About: Hi! My name is Keira, and I’ve been caring for animals of all kinds my entire life. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behavior and currently work as an animal caretaker at my local nature center. I have hands-on experience with everything from daily pet care to administering medications when needed. At an owners house I would ask the pet parent what they think would be best but at my own house I have a big backyard to play with any dogs in my care (leashed or off leash). Any food provided will be fed by instruction and if medicine is needed to be given I can assist with that as well. Always fresh water nearby for any fur baby in my care.

About: I grew up in a family of animal lovers, and I adore cats, dogs, and birds! I was raised alongside a giant labradoodle named Samson and a tiny toy poodle named Delilah, so I’ve been caring for dogs since adolescence. I began dogsitting and dogwalking outside of the family when I was in high school, and also started volunteering with T.A.I.L.S. I would love to take your four-legged friend for fun walks, play fetch with them, or just keep them company at home. I’m currently working part-time/asynchronously so I have a relatively flexible schedule that would allow me to accommodate a variety of needs. The best times for visits for me would be between 9:00am-12:00pm and 3:00pm-7:00pm, although I can do some evening and overnight visits as well! My objective is always to ensure that your pets are being looked after as you yourself would look after them. I love being given a clear set of instructions for pet care, and will defer to the directives given to me by the owner. About: Many of my friends have an array of different breed dogs. I love them all and enjoy the smiles they bring. This is my first venture in trying to raise money for a wedding for me and my fiancé. As of 2022 I have been studying Pre Veterinary Medicine at the University of Delaware and will be applying to vet schools this summer. Lexi was great! She took care of our senior, old and slow pit-mix like he was her own. She came over ahead of time to meet Mason and get a lay of the land.
