On my drive home I realized I had forgotten their food and water bowls. Not a problem, Mary informed me she had extra and that I didn’t need to worry or come back with them. I had informed Mary that walks weren’t needed as I have one dog who doesn’t like other dogs and another dog who is leash reactive out of excitement when he sees other dogs. To avoid stress, I usually let sitters know that walks aren’t necessary during their stay. Mary was able to take our dogs for walks without issue! She didn’t hesitate to do so, even if they could be a little challenging. Mary made sure they took their different medications with their food. She also provided nightly updates along with a few pictures. Lastly, during their stay, one of our dogs had stomach issues, most likely due to a new medicine from the vet. Mary was on top of things with communication and recommendations of action. She was very informative and detailed about it. She even offered to possibly take our dog to vet services if needed. Our dog has a sensitive stomach and we didn’t realize the medication could be an issue for her (when we dropped her off, she had only been taking it for a couple days). We really appreciated her being forward with what was happening and being very patient and kind with us because we felt so bad that happened during our dog’s stay.”

Karen was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment I dropped my dogs off, I could tell they felt safe and loved. She welcomed them as if they were her own, giving them so much kindness and attention. My active pups had plenty of chances to run, play, and burn off energy, and they came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. What meant the most to me was knowing they weren’t just being “watched” — they were truly part of her home and family during their stay. Her own dogs are just as sweet and made great companions for mine. It gave me such peace of mind to know they were in such a warm and loving environment. I can’t thank Karen enough — she gave my dogs not just a place to stay, but a real home away from home.
Anna and her husband took great care of our dog, Oakley, for a weekend! I was very nervous leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know, but from the beginning Anna was warm and friendly and helped us feel at ease. She was accommodating of Oakley’s reactivity and sent us updates throughout the weekend. If we ever need to find someone to watch Oakley again, we will definitely consider Anna in the future!

This was my first time me leaving my dog for several days for a vacation. Novelette was great with my dog. She kept me posted daily with photos and videos and activities done with my dog. My dog was comfortable and was able to meet other dogs and blend in well. All I can say is that Novelette is a sweet caring person who truly cares for the pets she takes care of. I had my mind at peace and was happy with her taking care of my pet.
I have been using rover for 4 years now and Amy has been the best petson to take care of my dog "Johnny" so far. She is Highly Recommended and will be using her to take care of my Dog moving forward. Our dog has never stayed with anyone besides family when we had Adam watch him for an overnight. Apollo was happy and excited to see him, and wasn’t anxious like we expected him to be. We got updates and pictures which were appreciated. Apollo takes a number of medications and Adam handled that easily. We were thankful for Adam watching Apollo and taking care of his needs while we were away.
