About: I just lost my dog of 12 years. I'm not ready for another yet. Until I would l to help you with extra love for yours! ♡ I work 7 to 5, Monday through Friday. 10 HOURS PER DAY, I MAY NOT be a good fit everyone on weekdays! However, I would be available to help you with walking from 5pm to 7pm on weekdays, and we could talk about weekends! I live in downtown Hendersonville and do the Ecusta Trail quite often, if you are near I would love to help! I would prefer to come to your home to help with your dog! But if we vibe well, I have a home set up for a dog, with a fenced in yard and a doggie door!

About: As a person who has been the primary care taker of my pets since I was 8, I know the right way to take care of animals and know how hard it can be to find quality care for our furry friends. With 2 cats of my own and with several previously owned dogs, I know I can provide excellent care to all kinds of animals! I also have a Veterinary Assisting degree, so also being able to alert owners of any health issues to be wary of is something I take seriously! Pet care is a daily task, as such I am able to do daily walks and be able to do other care tasks throughout the day so that your pet feels enriched and loved even when you’re away. I understand dog behavior to a good degree as I studied it while in school to earn my degree, so being able to safely walk a dog even if they are reactive is something I feel comfortable with.

About: We have almost always had pets! I have been pet sitting for friends, clients and family, as needed for the last 8 years! I am familiar with dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, birds and fish. I shave and bathe my own cats, if that doesn't display how much they trust me, I don't know what does. I love all animals and think they all deserve to be treated with love and respect. I enjoy hiking and walking so if that is something your pets like, I would love to take them to do that, on leash of course. I have a full-time job. So,I am looking to pick up extra pet jobs when you go out of town or need an extra hand! Afternoons after work, mornings on the weekends also available. I do not allow other pets in my home as I have two cats that are scared if others, including people. Usually when pet sitting, I do so in the clients home. I stay in a spare room and clean up after myself and the pets. The last thing you want when you come home from a trip is more cleaning!

About: Please Read All Before Contacting: I am currently only available for overnight stays from 5:00pm- 7:30am during the weekdays and am available for an extended time frame on the weekends and holidays for an extended rate fee. For all bookings I require a meet and great before the booking dates. This free meet and greet will last around 30 mins so I can meet the fur baby and the family, get acquainted to your home and pets life style. We will talk about the needs during the meet and greet. I will take notes, but I do require for written information or instructions to either be sent to me or left at the home for me. I will not accept a booking without a meet and greet. These are very important to make sure we are a right fit for each other. Keeps everyone safe and at ease. ALSO: Your time and my time and communication are very important to me. When we schedule a meet and greet please be sure that you are certain that you do require my services and are able to meet. Please, communicate with me if your plans have changed in a timely manner and I will do the same. Failure of communications prevents other fur parents to reach out to me regarding care for their fur babies for those dates. I have spent 17 years taking care of all kinds of doggies and kitties. Before becoming an Independent contractor on Rovers platform I would care for coworkers and friends pets in their home during their vacations or business trips. I have established trust with many people. I Love these fur babies like my own. Enjoy building this bond with them that lasts a lifetime. I will only sit in your fur babies home where they are in their element and feel most comfortable. This also means that you get a house sitter caring for your home as well. I like to make sure that I leave the space as clean or cleaner than when I arrived . This means that I will be cleaning up after myself and the fur babies when I am there. I love being active and will provide your fur baby with the necessary mental and physical stimulation they needs. I will take care of your fur babies and your home like my own. About: Growing up with cats, I knew I wanted to be a dog person. I have rescued two dogs, both of which like to shadow us. I work from home next to an open doggy door all day. Our guests have access to a large fenced in yard, the opportunity to have some quiet time if they need it, and endless toys and bones to play with. Kyle and I are available often; the only restrictions we have include traveling that we do a handful of times throughout the year. When we aren’t traveling or working, Kyle likes to fish and I am focused on my art which takes place in my home. We have very few restrictions in our house when it comes to the dogs. (I think our only restriction is to table food, they don’t get any.) They have free rein of our large, fenced in back yard. If a dog needs their space, they go to another floor. I have a door that separates upstairs and down with comfortable areas in both locations for them to be alone with toys, bones, dog beds, and human furniture with full and easy access to all. If I am downstairs (in my studio) they will be with me. From my studio, they have direct access to the backyard via doggy door which is almost always open.

About: For many years I've been my family and friends go-to animal sitter and daytime/evening caregiver. I take pride in their trust in me caring for their babies. I have two fur babies of my own. My availability to provide animal care outside of my home is Saturday and Sunday during the day or extended evening hours with the occasional holiday. I work remotely Monday-Friday, I’m happy to accommodate your pets needs during the hours of, 6pm-10pm, Monday-Friday. Also, experienced in administering medications not limited to injections such as insulin, subcutaneous fluids, etc. Each service can be customized to your needs and discussed over the phone in terms of caring for multiple animals at your home. Trust is a significant factor when it comes to putting your animals in someone else's care, it's important to follow any instruction that you leave me for your pet while always keeping you updated and taking your pets safety first and foremost. All of my clients and animals are treated as I would expect my animals and myself to be treated. They become my family when I care for them. I am also very knowledgeable about toxic materials including plants, food, etc. For birds, dogs and cats. I am cautious and constantly aware of my surroundings. I prefer to be preventative when it comes to animal care.

About: Hey there Rover. My pet-sitting journey started with caring for friends' and family's animals before joining Rover. After taking a break to raise my own little ones, I'm excited to be back! I look forward to keeping your furry family members safe, happy, and well cared for! I have a daytime job Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., so pets in my care should be comfortable during those hours. Outside of work, I'm available for walks, playtime, drop-in visits, and plenty of attention. To provide the best care and flexibility, I only accept Rover bookings during the weeks my children are with their dad. This allows me to fully focus on your pets and their routines while you're away. I can not board pets as my partners German Shepherd is territorial! But, basically I try to keep the same house rules as the owner.
