About: We have almost always had pets! I have been pet sitting for friends, clients and family, as needed for the last 8 years! I am familiar with dogs, cats, chickens, turtles, birds and fish. I shave and bathe my own cats, if that doesn't display how much they trust me, I don't know what does. I love all animals and think they all deserve to be treated with love and respect. I enjoy hiking and walking so if that is something your pets like, I would love to take them to do that, on leash of course. I have a full-time job. So,I am looking to pick up extra pet jobs when you go out of town or need an extra hand! Afternoons after work, mornings on the weekends also available. I do not allow other pets in my home as I have two cats that are scared if others, including people. Usually when pet sitting, I do so in the clients home. I stay in a spare room and clean up after myself and the pets. The last thing you want when you come home from a trip is more cleaning!

About: Growing up with cats, I knew I wanted to be a dog person. I have rescued two dogs, both of which like to shadow us. I work from home next to an open doggy door all day. Our guests have access to a large fenced in yard, the opportunity to have some quiet time if they need it, and endless toys and bones to play with. Kyle and I are available often; the only restrictions we have include traveling that we do a handful of times throughout the year. When we aren’t traveling or working, Kyle likes to fish and I am focused on my art which takes place in my home. We have very few restrictions in our house when it comes to the dogs. (I think our only restriction is to table food, they don’t get any.) They have free rein of our large, fenced in back yard. If a dog needs their space, they go to another floor. I have a door that separates upstairs and down with comfortable areas in both locations for them to be alone with toys, bones, dog beds, and human furniture with full and easy access to all. If I am downstairs (in my studio) they will be with me. From my studio, they have direct access to the backyard via doggy door which is almost always open.

About: My name is Mac Graf and my husband and I live right outside Hendersonville, NC. I am a certified and licensed athletic trainer and am the Director of Sports Medicine as my full-time job. I work 90% of my job from home, and would love to help take the stress off your work day by allowing your fur family to hangout with me and my family for the day. I take my work seriously whether that be with my patients or with my fur friends. I fostered dogs throughout undergrad to give me more experience and make a change in an animal's life. I ended up adopting one of my foster dogs in 2020 and it was the best decision i've ever made! I rescued another dog in February of 2023, so I have lots of personal dog experience. I understand that having a dog is not just having a pet, but it is another family member. I treat them as such. With my experience as a foster, and being a pet owner myself - I know that I am responsible and loving towards all animals. I would love nothing more than to help take the stress off other dog owners, and help take care of them when needed. Since my job is 90% remote work, I have the flexibility to take my dogs on a walk or play outside in the fenced in area of our home multiple times a day. Throughout the work day they go outside multiple times - usually with a longer walk at the end of my work day. I ask the person I am dog sitting for what they want, and I always accommodate to whatever makes my client feel most comfortable with! We have two baby gates at home, so if we ever need to separate dogs in our home, we have the ability to do so. I always will be respectful of my clients and whatever their wishes are.

“Carlina did a great job with our dog, Maddy. She checked in and sent pics. I really appreciated that it was just our dog and Carolina’s dog there - I think too many make it a stressful stay. Maddy said she was a 10/10, bed and treats were great.”

“David and April were amazing with my 2 year old golden-doodle, Trooper. A very beautiful house, a big fended in yard, lots of walks, he had his own vacation while I was away out of state. He was very cared for the week I was gone and I never had to worry. I got photos and updates! Troop was so happy! Their dog Joey played so well with him from the very beginning. He was cared for like family. Highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!”

“We had our 8mo Chihuahua mix pup, Zelda, stay with Julie while we were out of the country & we won't use anyone else in the future. We hadn't left our pup with anyone yet & Julie graciously hosted a meet & greet in her home so I could see where she'd be staying. From the moment Julie sat on the floor to meet my timid pup where she was at, I knew that she understood exactly what dogs needed. The drop off before our trip was a breeze, as she had Zelda engaged in play & we just slipped out quietly. Julie was very communicative, kept us up to date on the adventures they were having & sent us lots of pics of our sweet little lady throughout each day. It was awesome to see Zelda having so much fun & being loved on, just as much we do. We had a bit of trouble with delayed flights coming back to the US, & Julie had no problem being flexible with keeping Zelda another day. Julie is one of the most kind & thoughtful humans. She put papertowels in between the food dishes when she packed everything up & put a note to remind us the peanut butter was in the bag so we didn't leave it out of the fridge too long after the days of travel we had. She snuck a welcome home card in, too. There are so many examples I could give of the type of caretaker & human Julie is, but the fact that I never worried once about Zelda while we were gone really says it all (I admittedly am an anxious control freak of a pet parent). I know Zelda loves her just as much as we do because she greeted us with barks & hackles up until she realized we were her long lost parents. 😆”
“My Basil Boi stayed with Christina for 3 days of boarding. She was very understanding and welcoming. Basil is skittish and timid however enjoys other dogs hence I selected Christina because she has her own personal dog. Christina has a fabulous backyard for the dogs to run and play. Christina was very attentive, sent plenty of pictures, texts and updates. Basil had a great time. I will definitely use her again.”

“Nikki was beyond amazing with her care for our pup! Her home and property are a dog’s dream for endless running and outdoor time. She also made sure Asha got lots of great hikes on the nearby trails! Also, her dog is a wonderful play buddy! Nikki even gave us some goodies from her garden when we arrived and then made sure Asha got an early morning trail hike/romp early in the morning before we picked her up. We couldn’t have asked for better care for our fur-kid. Thank you, Nikki!!”
