About: I’ve been around dogs pretty much my whole life—since I was 13...and I'm 30 now! I couldn’t imagine life without them. Right now, I have 7 of my own, and I raise Goldendoodle puppies, so caring for dogs is a huge part of my everyday life. I’ve worked with dogs of all ages—from tiny newborns to sweet senior pups—and I’m comfortable handling a wide range of needs, including basic medical care, administering meds, and supporting older dogs. I also provide basic grooming like baths, brushing, and keeping them looking and feeling their best. Whether your pup needs a calm and cozy environment or someone to play and burn off energy with, I’ve got it covered. I truly treat every dog like they’re one of my own, and I know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your pet in someone else’s care. You can trust they’ll be in loving, experienced hands! I’m a hospice nurse -weekend nights only, so I'm home all day during the week and weekends! My husband is home after work everyday and on the weekends as well, so we are completely available to take care of your pets. We live on the back of our 13 acres, far from any main roads. We don't have the property fully fenced in just because it's so large. We have multiple dog kennels/runs for our own dogs if separation is needed.

“Jessica is wonderful! This is the first time I have left my puppy with anyone. She is very communicative and made sure she knew Tama’s schedule for feeding and bathroom breaks. She sent me updates and pictures of Tama and her dog Toby. She took care of of Tama as if he was her own! I Would definitely recommend her and Toby to you and your pet.”

“Kharen was great! It is obvious she loves dogs and knows how to make your pets not only feel welcome, but a part of her family! She has a great fenced in yard and because it was calling for rain this past weekend, even had a play area set up in her garage complete with indoor/outdoor rug and a large fan and toys for the dogs to keep them entertained! Kharen is very warm & friendly and she made us feel very connected to our pups by sending us many pictures of our dogs over the 3 night stay with her! We will definitely use Kharen again next time we are visiting our friends in Arden, and would not give her anything but a 5 star review!”

“Fantastic communication, positive attitude, and most importantly… my baby boy loves her! He’s a spoiled puppy when he goes to stay with Megan.”

“We have been boarding our golden retriever, Jersey, at a boarding facility and had been happy with it. Now that she is a "senior", 12 years old, we were looking for a quieter, calmer environment for her. We visited with Kaela before boarding, and it was the perfect fit, not to mention that she lives 5 minutes from us. She has 2 sweet dogs, and you could tell there was a lot of love to be had. Kaela sent me many pictures and Jersey looked like she was having a blast. Kaela's 9 year old daughter was providing many belly rubs and love. What a wonderful experience for Jersey, and peace of mind for us. We have already booked her for another trip.”

“We had our 8mo Chihuahua mix pup, Zelda, stay with Julie while we were out of the country & we won't use anyone else in the future. We hadn't left our pup with anyone yet & Julie graciously hosted a meet & greet in her home so I could see where she'd be staying. From the moment Julie sat on the floor to meet my timid pup where she was at, I knew that she understood exactly what dogs needed. The drop off before our trip was a breeze, as she had Zelda engaged in play & we just slipped out quietly. Julie was very communicative, kept us up to date on the adventures they were having & sent us lots of pics of our sweet little lady throughout each day. It was awesome to see Zelda having so much fun & being loved on, just as much we do. We had a bit of trouble with delayed flights coming back to the US, & Julie had no problem being flexible with keeping Zelda another day. Julie is one of the most kind & thoughtful humans. She put papertowels in between the food dishes when she packed everything up & put a note to remind us the peanut butter was in the bag so we didn't leave it out of the fridge too long after the days of travel we had. She snuck a welcome home card in, too. There are so many examples I could give of the type of caretaker & human Julie is, but the fact that I never worried once about Zelda while we were gone really says it all (I admittedly am an anxious control freak of a pet parent). I know Zelda loves her just as much as we do because she greeted us with barks & hackles up until she realized we were her long lost parents. 😆”

“They took great care and attention to my Shiloh during her stay with them. A couple of walks a day. Lots of pics updates! Easy communicating with them. Shiloh thoroughly enjoyed her stay and will definitely be back...💜”

About: I've taken care of many dogs over the years. I love knowing a dog is well taken care of while their family is away. Love meeting new dogs. My wife and I work full time jobs. I am up early for work. The morning starts with early potty breaks. She goes into work later, that's when breakfast happens and plenty of play time/outside time during that time. I'm home in the afternoons for more fun time. We treat everyone's dog like they are our own. Lots of whatever each dog needs, love, play time, toy time, cuddles, walks, running around outside.

“Ryan was so nice and accommodating during our trip to Asheville. We really appreciated her help with our dog Kaya and would absolutely book again.”

“Tori was amazing and took extremely good care of my 10-month old boy. My booking was last minute and she responded immediately. I was nervous Nelly but she put me at ease. I received daily updates and some pictures. The fenced in yard was great; he got plenty of play time outside with her dog Mabel. He had his first snow and his first camping trip! (I'm a little jealous I did not get to go camping. lol). I would absolutely trust her to care for my dogs again. Shout out to her partner too - it takes a village - he was awesome.”

About: I've spent the last 4 to 5 years working in an amimal shelter and veterinary medicine. It's not something that'll make me rich but I go home every day with an unparalleled sense of satisfaction that I am making a positive change in my community. I currently work 4 days a week which leaves me some extra time to support my community of animal lovers! Generally I get off work around 5:30 and I live 10 minutes from work so I go home on my lunches as well! I am working on fencing in my yard, until then i have a front and back yard i can use for leashed exploration. I have a pretty and walkable neighborhood for more exercise as well! I am able to crate if need be in my home and I have a dog of my own who i am able to send to his grandparents if preferred! I also have a kitty cat that loves other critters and 2 rabbits that are closed off in a separate room.

About: Animals are a big part of my life! I currently have 4 dogs, Chihuahua/Corgi mix (Ellie) and 2 horses (Jackie and Wildfire)!! I love them so much they are my babies!! I am also a CMA, speak fluent Spanish, and love watching cute animals videos in my free time! I’ve had a lot of animals in my childhood from turtles to hamsters to fishes and cats but I never found that passion for them like I did to dogs! That’s why until this day dogs are my best friend, are unique in their own way, and are just what I need to be satisfied! I am willing to take care of a happy, sad, or energetic dog because I know I will make him/her happy and they will make me happy! Im currently a stay at home mom. I have 2 beautiful daughters. I will have a lot of free time to care for a fur baby! And my daughter would love to have a new friend for awhile. I have a yard big enough for some play time or walk around the neighborhood. I can also crate indoors if needed, anything to accommodate your fur baby

“We will definitely be returning to Charles for any future boarding needs. This was the first time we’d ever left our dogs with anyone other than family, and he made them (and us) feel comfortable. His yard is beautiful and a fun place for the dogs to play and explore, and with his schedule we knew our dogs would have someone caring for them constantly. He sent me pictures and videos, was quick at replying. He also took the time to remember all the details I’d sent prior to the booking before we got there. When we dropped them off, he already demonstrated knowledge of them. He made my shy dog feel comfortable enough to cuddle him, exercised my higher energy guy enough, and was attentive to my thirds dogs separation anxiety. Can’t recommended him more!”

“Panda had the best time with KaLynn! We couldn’t have asked for a better Rover experience. KaLynn sent us lots of adorable photos and videos and was so engaging and sweet with our sometimes nervous pet. We are super grateful and will use her again if we find ourselves in town!”
