About: I used to take care of my mom’s dog while I lived with her, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines and giving pets the attention they need. Every morning, I’d take him to the park for playtime and a 30-minute walk, and I always made sure he was fed on time. He was scared of the groomer, so I learned how to brush and bathe him at home to keep him clean and comfortable. That experience taught me how to be patient and gentle, especially with pets that are a little nervous. I can take care of your pet at night when you’ll be home late, during the weekend when you’re at a get away or over night for your work trip. About: I've had 4 fish, 4 cats and I used to work in a doggie daycare. I currently work as a professional dog walker in one of the many Manhattan based companies! I also use Wag and have dog sitting experience, as well as experience with reactive, aggressive and anxious dogs. I work 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday and are free all day on weekends. I have open availability any time beyond that timeframe but I don't work at night. I do overnight stays though. I make sure all doors are locked, all pets are given fresh water and feed daily, with washed pet bowls, crated if need be, that every strap on a leash collar or harness is secure before leaving the apartment, and I also have heavy duty leashes for pullers, reactive or large dogs and water bowls. I also make sure that anything dangerous like medications or human food are out of the reach of a soft.

I have been volunteering in animal shelters for 7 years, I work with 3 animal organizations helping animals get adopted and fostered, fostering many of them myself. I have had dogs ranging from 5lbs to 75+ Lbs. I also have had numerous cats throughout my life and understand the many personality and needs they have.
