About: Dogs have been a constant my entire life. I've always owned or been a caretaker to them. I truly prefer their company to humans! Experience administering medications to senior dogs. I work in film and television and it has been terribly slow this year. Going to try this for the summer to see if it's a good fit. I will be home with your pooch all day most days. They'll have access to the fenced yard if I need to run to the store. I have an adorable house with two fenced outdoor areas your pooch will be free to explore. Also live in a great walking neighborhood close to some wonderful trails if your dog is into hiking. Couch potatoes welcome, too!

About: Hi! I’m transitioning my career (from working in the entertainment industry) into a focus on pet care after a lifetime of loving and living with dogs. For the past 30 years, dogs have been an essential part of my daily life and currently, I share my home with a sweet senior pug who gets physical therapy weekly. About: I have had dogs my whole life. I have also taken care of all kinds of dogs, from pitbulls to chihuahuas, besides cats (I love the affectionate ones). I have housesat for friends for 2 decades just because they know how much I care about animals and I treat them like they were mine. I'm very confident to say I am trustable and very caring because animals are my biggest passion. I have a good balance between giving love and discipline and I have learned a lot about animal behavior. I work from home and whenever I have pet guests, I like to take them to the pet coffee shop nearby. I normally walk my dog 3x a day and we do play time in between work breaks. I already answered above but I have an easy going and well behaved dog and first we would need to know if they get along. I am very careful, responsible and attentive to animals.

About: I grew up in a home with a dog, a cat, birds, fish, and rabbits. Throughout my life, I’ve opened my heart to many a pooch, including a beautiful epileptic Dalmation, a feisty pocket Shih Tzu (that one of my students brought to school in a backpack), an adorably lazy Bijon-Maltese mix who came to stay for a weekend and stayed 10 years -- and most recently a spirited 13 year old Terrier mix that we brought home after his person died unexpectedly. All were loved and doted upon until they crossed the rainbow bridge. The smaller ones vacationed by car, truck, and plane and were with us 24/7. I’ve often cared for my friends' dogs and am known for giving good doggy massages. I’ve also shared my space with an African Sulcata tortoise for the last 17 years. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I own a small business that allows me to come and go easily, allowing for long walks and/or lounging around. I have a fenced yard, leashes, bowls, a medium sized dog crate if necessary, lots of healthy snacks and lots of time for walks and doggie massages. In your home, I will care for your special friend as instructed. If your pooch loves toys, we will play, if snoozing is their favorite thing, I will happily sit nearby and chill too.

About: I discovered my love for dogs (relatively) later in life, when my parents adopted a sweet middle-aged mutt when I went to college! Since then, I have adored dogs and in addition to caring for my family dog on school breaks I’ve been petsitting (in my home and others’) for friends and friends of friends over the past few years. I enjoy getting to know the personality of each animal and catering to it, whether that means long walks or long cuddle sessions on the couch. I love all dogs, but due to a bad personal experience with a pit bull, I prefer to work with other breeds. I’m a freelance writer and in between jobs I am at home and available to care for your pet on whatever schedule you prefer. My only recurring conflicts are comedy shows I perform in at night but they rarely go longer than 2 hours. I live in an ADU that is a tiny home so dogs on the smaller side will be more comfortable there. I have room for a crate but sleep in a bunk bed, so if your dog prefers sleeping with a person, a dog I can comfortably lift in and out may be better (I’ve done it before with a Cavapoo). In a client’s home any size of dog is fine, I just want to know the house rules for both me and the dog to follow and if it’s a long sit check out the space beforehand.

About: I’ve always loved dogs since I was a child, best animal ever hands down. I had a French bulldog growing up that I took care of exclusively so I have about 9 years of experience caring for a dog including grooming, vet visits, and everything else. I know when dogs are trying to communicate about being hungry, having to go to the bathroom, wanting to play, etc. I’m looking forward to meeting lots of new dogs and spending lots of time taking care of them in whatever ways they need to be taken care of.
