“Magdalena took care of my dog Marty overnight. She sent many updates with photos/videos. Marty had a very eventful and active stay. He was very happy and Magdalena took great care of him. She also agreed very last minute when I had to leave town, which was hugely appreciated. I would absolutely use her services again.”

“Using this service was so easy and rates are great for having your little one watched over, we met Albina. Sweet person and after talking with her we could tell she likes animals. Thank you for your help.”

“I left my Llasha Poo, Charlie, with Adrienne for 5 days. Adrianne took great care of him. She sent pictures and I could see that he felt very comfortable and happy at her home. She and her husband live on a nice street with sidewalks and grassy areas that are perfect for dogs to go on their walks. I am sure Charlie loved it. At pick up time, she was flexible and willing to coordinate with my friend as I was not able to pick up Charlie myself. I would recommend her highly and would not hesitate to have Charlie stay with her in the future.”

“Kimberly was absolutely amazing! My dog loved her and her dogs and took to her place immediately. Kimberly was prompt, responsive, and took plenty of pictures so show how my Bella was doing! I would use her anytime and would recommend her to anyone :)”

“Hillary was great with Oliver. She was super patient and understanding of his needs and slight anxiety. I appreciated her communication style and updates. Would definitely book again”

“Josie is amazing! My pup had a great time with her while I was away on vacation. I think he had a better time than I did! Josie is very responsive and sends daily updates with the best photos. I will definitely rebook with Josie again.”

“Having a shy doggie can make it hard to find caretakers, but Eva had her for a week while we were out of town and did everything to make to make her feel comfortable and grew to trust her. Walks, meals, cuddles, she was super attentive to her needs and very communicative and flexible with us on dropping off and picking up!”

“Selien was awesome! It was my first time leaving my fur baby so I was a bit skeptical. But after reading her reviews and speaking to her briefly, I knew she was the perfect person to leave her with. Selien send updates throughout the entire stay, which I loved. I will definitely use her services again. Thank you Selien! ♥️”

“Amanda was very professional , very caring and really took care of my dog Raider as if he was her own . She sent tons of pictures and messaged me by the day . I really enjoyed how she cared for my dog . He was sad to leave her hahaha but I’m forever grateful for her and will definitely be booking with her in the future! Thank you again Amanda!”

About: What sets me apart is how deeply I tune into each pet. I'm an empathetic and thoughtful caregiver — I read the subtle cues and anticipate what a dog needs before they have to ask. I genuinely care for every pet as if they were my own. I also have hands-on experience with: • Puppies (patience, potty training, basic commands) • Senior pets (gentle handling, mobility support, medication routines) • Basic training reinforcement After decades of pet sitting on the side and loving every minute, I've learned that the little things — a calm voice, a predictable routine, noticing when something feels off — make all the difference. Pet care is my full-time focus. My daily routine revolves entirely around the pets I'm caring for. A typical day starts early — morning walks, feeding, and medication if needed. Throughout the day, I schedule playtime and rest according to each pet's rhythm. Evenings are for settling everyone in, sending updates to owners, and prepping for the next day. Because this is my only job, I'm fully present; No juggling meetings or rushing off to a desk. Your pet gets my complete attention. I care for pets in my own home. I've created a calm, pet-friendly space where dogs feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Here's what that looks like: • My home is clean, secure, and set up with pets in mind (no hazards, plenty of cozy spots) • I follow your pet's regular schedule — feeding, walks, potty breaks, medication, and rest • I only take a small number of pets at a time, so each one gets individual attention • I send daily photos and updates so you can see exactly how they're doing For safety, I'm careful about introductions between pets, keep the environment calm, and never leave pets unsupervised in risky situations. Your pet's well-being is my full-time focus.
“Zac was fantastic! It was our first time leaving our dog overnight and Zac made us feel great about it. Provided regular photo updates, which we really appreciated.”

“Yulia has been so amazing to us and our little pup. She dedicated so much time getting to know Poppy, learning about her sleep, walk, and eating cycles. And she gave us so many updates and pictures while we were on our trip. Yulia was even very understanding when our flights got delayed and we were very late from our scheduled pick up. She was happy to accommodate this unforseen challenge and made us feel so relieved knowing Poppy was in good hands. Thank you, Yulia, for being such a great sitter and friend to Poppy!”

“Cecilia was such a lifesaver! She was super Responsive and took care of Louis from 8am-11pm. She took him on several walks and was friendly with Louis right off the bat!”

“Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.”

She took incredible care of my cats, went above and beyond to accommodate my shifting travel plans, left my home even cleaner than when I left, and sent me lovely photos and updates every day. She was so kind, so helpful, so communicative, and took impeccable care of my babies. Not only did she and my kitty get along very well after just a few meetings with her, she worked with a weird schedule for visits while traveling for over 2 weeks. About: I have been around animals all my life and I often take better care of them than of myself. I am very good in reading animals and I have a calm energy that makes them feel at easy. I am already a dog mom with a pet routine. I am home most of the time. Available for boarding small dogs or housesit for larger dogs and cats I respect people's homes and their stuff and I keep it clean. I live in an apartment which is safer. No pet escapes with me.

About: I absolutely love cats and have never understood those who do not enjoy a cat’s company. So if you’re looking for someone who adores AND is responsible I am your savior! My first pet was my cat named Nemo! And after that I’ve had 6 cats since then and all had a beautiful life in my home. I’ve raised them all from kittens and have rescued some off the street. I have bottle fed/ medicated kittens back to amazing health. I currently have a male Siamese cat named Blue. He is my furry soulmate and I believe all cats to be so wonderful and loving just as he is. I make it a priority to make sure a cat can trust me before I administer any kind of care. Cats as most know, can be very cautious when meeting someone new so I am very respectful of a cat’s boundaries and provide care patiently and according to their time needed to trust and bond with me. I would love to share my services with your cat! I have a very flexible schedule!

“Kenya was so great with our two cats!! Punctual, communicative, and with attention to detail. She even took the time to play with them which put our minds at ease about leaving them alone for the long weekend. We will definitely be booking her for future trips!!!”

“Lindsay was amazing! I was apprehensive about leaving my senior kitty for a week, but as soon as I met Lindsay I knew she would be in very capable and caring hands. The whole time we were gone, Lindsay went above and beyond and was very communicative, which gave me great peace of mind. We returned home to a happy, healthy kitty. Thank you Lindsay!”

About: I have a lot of experience watching my sister’s, friends, sister-in-law’s dogs I.e. safely taking them through the airport, around town, through the hills/residential areas or even snuggling with them at home. Friends of mine have relied on me to watch their pets. It’s a privilege for me since I love to do it and I adore showering them with attention and snuggles 🥰. I’m very patient meeting each individual dog at their comfort level. I’m also a fashion designer and have made some swanky outfits for them!! I’m an at-home-costume designer/actress currently working part time with adaptable hours. My time is very flexible for your pet’s needs. I love finding the greenest gardenned areas in town. I’ll take time to smell the flowers with your pup and keep them well hydrated 🌸🌻💚🐶🐾 This all depends on the needs of each individual dog. Their food regimen/attention needs/cleanliness reflect their breed, and current training program you have them on. I guarantee leash always & only walking them in safe areas/places where I know they will enjoy themselves. I can reflect the way you prefer them trained, as well as time for play and cuddles.

“Magdalena is very good with dogs and has a cozy, comfortable yard and home for them to enjoy themselves in. I really appreciate her communication as well. Thank you!”

“Great experience with Erika as first time doggy day care users. She is very responsive with texts, and keeps constant updates on how our puppy is doing and how she has been developing. Our puppy was pretty shy with other dogs before, and was not so great on a leash, but Erika has been working with that and it's been much better!”

About: Last year I said goodbye to my 17 year-old dog Max, just a few months after my cat Scotty passed away suddenly from kidney disease. Thankfully, Scotty's sister Star is still with me and thriving, but I really miss being around and caring for other animals. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and the gentle care they require. I'm also very familiar with younger dogs of all sizes. And I've fostered a lot of cats - mainly kittens - which is how Star and Scotty originally came into my life. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet - whether it be walks, drop-ins, boarding or pet-sitting. I work part-time, teaching improv and also teach at an academy for gifted and neurodivergent homeschool students. The classes are short and nearby (and are not every day) so I'm never gone for more than 2-4 hours. Which leaves me plenty of time to spend with your pet! I'm available for home visits, walks throughout the day, boarding, and/or pet sitting any day of the week. I live in a residential neighborhood in the Somerset section of Glendale, perfect for walks. My apartment is a large one-bedroom I share with my cat Star, who is very affectionate and easy-going - she'd love to keep your pet company!
About: I grew up in a home with a dog, a cat, birds, fish, and rabbits. Throughout my life, I’ve opened my heart to many a pooch, including a beautiful epileptic Dalmation, a feisty pocket Shih Tzu (that one of my students brought to school in a backpack), an adorably lazy Bijon-Maltese mix who came to stay for a weekend and stayed 10 years -- and most recently a spirited 13 year old Terrier mix that we brought home after his person died unexpectedly. All were loved and doted upon until they crossed the rainbow bridge. The smaller ones vacationed by car, truck, and plane and were with us 24/7. I’ve often cared for my friends' dogs and am known for giving good doggy massages. I’ve also shared my space with an African Sulcata tortoise for the last 17 years. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I own a small business that allows me to come and go easily, allowing for long walks and/or lounging around. I have a fenced yard, leashes, bowls, a medium sized dog crate if necessary, lots of healthy snacks and lots of time for walks and doggie massages. In your home, I will care for your special friend as instructed. If your pooch loves toys, we will play, if snoozing is their favorite thing, I will happily sit nearby and chill too.
About: Hi! We’re a work-from-home family—along with our sweet fun goldendoodle co-pilot. Over the years, I’ve cared for and raised rabbits, cats, dogs, and even a teenager. I also use Rover for our own dog, so I understand what you’re looking for in a sitter: someone who communicates clearly, sends photos, and treats your dog like family. That’s exactly how I care for every pup in our home. Our dog gets 10,000 steps a day. I also know how to avoid mean dogs behind fences, and I carry a taser for emergencies. I am new to Rover, but not new to dog-sitting. I regularly care for dogs for our neighbors and family. I work from home with a flexible schedule. Morning dog walks and afternoon dog walks happen everyday and we aim for 10,000 steps or more. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I am best suited for well-socialized dogs who are comfortable in a home environment and get along with other dogs. I treat our dog guests the way I treat my own: like a member of our family.
“Jonalyn was fantastic with my dog! She sent so many photos and kept Mocha busy and got her tired, which is hard to do. Mocha is usually nervously reluctant to separate from me, but every time we went to Jonalyn's, she got so excited. Definitely booking again!”

About: My top priority is making sure each pet feels not just safe, fed, and hydrated—but loved. I understand that time feels different for animals than it does for humans. When their owner is away for days or weeks, it can feel like forever to them. I provide comfort, companionship, and affection to ensure they feel safe, secure, and well cared for until their family returns. Sticking to routines and instructions as provided. Morning walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles. Spending time and learning your pets personality and catering to that. Ensuring they are safe, protecting them from anything harmful, and maximizing your pets health. I like to give your pet plenty of space to get comfortable and check me out before we start interacting—that way, trust can grow naturally. I always follow your instructions and will reach out if I have any questions. I also take care to keep your home clean and free of anything that could be unsafe, so your pet feels secure and well cared for. In your home, I follow your routine, keeping your pet comfortable and maintaining consistency with walks, meals, and snuggles.
“Skipper is a treat boarder with Frances! She takes great care of him and it shows every time. This trip was last minute with last minute adjustments and we are so grateful for Frances’s flexibility and willingness to adjust with us!”

“Tracy was SO great with our dog! She followed instructions to a T, sent pictures, and was super prompt and attentive. He seemed to really bond with her as well! We really appreciated her detailed notes on her visits, and she even did some extra games and spent time entertaining our pup and building a relationship with him. She was able to give him his meds, walk, feed and play - and just really went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be booking with her in the future, and highly recommend her services!”

“Pia is so wonderful! She was super responsive on a last minute request, asked all the right questions, and clearly understands and loves dogs. I haven’t needed a dog walker in at least 5 years so I was a bit nervous to start up again, but I’m so glad I found Pia! Would trust and recommend her to any dog parent :)”

“Brandi was great with our wild pup! She was always on time and super communicative. She even got some great photos of my dog enjoying her walks. Since it was my first time leaving my dog during the work day, I was nervous she would be crazy but Brandi’s walks helped to keep her happy. I highly recommend Brandi for your pet walking needs!!”

About: Hello! In 2017 I met my first friendly street cat which sent me on a journey from “strict dog person” to “cat lady.” I have since adopted two cats, Bean and Raisin, and fostered more than a dozen adult cats and kittens. I also work closely with an organization doing TNR in my community--trapping neighborhood cats and spay/neutering them. I have a 2nd bedroom that I use as both my office and cat zone with toys if your cat needs his/her own space but am also a friendly home for a rambunctious cat. Bean is very passive and chill, while Raisin just wants to make friends and play. I’m a trusted cat mom and foster mom and will cuddle your fur babies just like you would if you were home with them! I know how important it is to a pet parent's peace of mind while away from their animal to know how they're doing so I always make sure I send pictures and regular updates. Please note that due to my cats, I only board other cats in my home—no dogs. And I only board one client at a time. Rover doesn't give the opportunity to specify this. I can do drop ins for other animals in your home no problem! I work from home and can occasionally have period of hiatus from work with lots of free time to dedicate to doing drop ins and being there for any boarding guests. I am very strict about indoors only for cats given my history with TNR. Also because I'm an experienced trapper, if somehow your cat escapes my care, I have the skills and equipment and knowledge to get them back for you. I don't leave boarding guests alone with my cats without supervision, even when sleeping, unless enough time has passed that I can trust them all together.
“Sofia is amazing with my pup, Keaton — she nurtures his natural curiosity and indulges his love of ripping napkins for fun. He loves her and I love hearing about and seeing pictures of their adventures together around the neighborhood. She’s the best!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of friends and clients pets, feeding and walking them when they are out of town. I give them the attention they need and deserve while their owners are out. I work part-time, but I’m free any time. I’m available most of the days even holidays or weekends. Just let me know what days and times work best for you. At the client's home, I make sure all the doors and gates are closed. I care for your pets like my own, and I know how important they are to people.
“Lorraine is a true dog lover. They were amazing with my pup and treated him like their own. Lorraine even made the cutest video during their walk - couldn’t recommend more!”

“Kenya is amazing! She is extremely patient with all 3 of my dogs, each with very different personalities. My 2 younger pups are anxious and skiddish with new people yet they were very receptive with her. She allowed them to go to her somehow managed to keep them calm. Will definitely be booking her for housesitting as I know they will be in good hands!”

“Alyssa was incredible!! She was very very communicative, asked a lot of great questions to make sure my Bowie got the best care possible. She was always right on time for her walks with him. I felt very very safe leaving my Bowie in her care. I would 1000% use her again”

“Prompt, on time and dedicated to the best for your pup. Took great care of our senior dog and without being able to meet in advance to discuss her idiosyncrasies. He goes the extra mile for you and your pet.”

“Isabel is excellent! She’s punctual, is a great communicator, and is very natural with dogs. She observed a lot of things about my dogs temperament that I really appreciated . She has also done dog sitting in my home and is very trustworthy.”

“I reached out to Sara last minute and she was available. She's super responsive and most importantly, our pup Ozzy loves her. Thank you again, Sara, for helping us out!”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child and grew up around both. I've trained a few dogs before and have experienced with administrating medication to cats and dogs. I can care for any other animals as well! Scales, slimy, feathers, fur, no complaints from me. Regardless of the species or breed, I adore and care for them as if they're my own. I'm currently available full time to take care of your pets! I can build my schedule around pet care to make sure their needs are always met. Each day will include feeding, walks or playtime, and monitoring their behavior and health. During my time with your pet, I can also take care of bathing and cleaning them. I treat a client’s home and pet with the same care and respect as my own. I follow all care instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special needs. I also pay attention to the pet’s behavior and well-being, and I keep the space clean by handling things like litter boxes, food areas, and any messes. I’m more than happy to provide regular updates and photos for the client's peace of mind!

About: Hi, my name is Angie! I love animals like my blood relatives and I would love to be your next fur baby caretaker! I've lived in a house with 3 dogs for my entire life, and love to play, walk, relax, and explore with them. Since I was 8 I've been actively taking care of pups (feeding, walking, bathing, grooming, and cleaning up after them), so I'm definitely confident with taking care of dogs. My earliest memories were with a Husky, Doberman mix, and Super-mutt, and then I grew up with my GSP, Australian Shepherd, and Chi-Poo (who is now the happiest 14-year-old old lady). In college I also fostered cats – a sibling duo I took care of for 6 months, as well as a litter of 6 kittens – so I love to be with both dogs and cats alike, and know how to take care of both sweet creatures :) I'm available for dog walking, dog sitting, or cat sitting, and have availability throughout the week (with only Sunday afternoons fully blocked off). I can take care of small and big dogs alike, and love to be active – so no amount of energy is too much for me! I have taken care of dogs from 6 weeks to 14 years, and cats from 2 weeks to 6 years old. I just graduated from USC, and I'm very responsible and know how to look after and take care of our precious pets. Feel free to reach out today with any questions about future care, and I look forward to becoming your pet's best friend! I'm free for walking throughout the week, and am very flexible with my work schedule since I'm a figure skating teacher. Sundays I am unavailable from 11AM-4PM, but I am otherwise available to take care of your pets or board for a period of time. I have lots of toys, treats, and love to give, and having experience with both old and young pets, I adapt to energy levels very quickly and know how to build connections and trust with animals. I am very clean and responsible, and if any mess is made I clean it right up. I can find a way to make even the smallest space a wonderland for pets, and am confident that I can keep them entertained until their humans return.
“Erika did a great job with Murphy - taking him to his favorite spot, playing fetch with him, and making sure he drank some water afterwards. He’s a big dog and she was able to handle him and his big personality great! ◡̈”

“Liridona and her boyfriend Aj took good care of our 12 week puppy on our 2 night trip. Liridona was great at responding to my messages and made sure to send pics/ videos updates. …definitely felt like moon was in great hands. Thank you again!”

“Alexa was so great with Draco! She watched him for a couple nights and kept us updated with the cutest photos from their walks. She's super friendly and quick to respond, which I really appreciated. This was our first time booking a sitter, so we were a little nervous tbh, but Draco came home happy, healthy, and relaxed. :) Already planning our next booking with her as I’m typing this!”

“I can't say a single negative comment about Kim and her loving care for our dog Forbes. From the moment we talked with Kim on the phone, to meeting her in person we knew and felt our boy would be in great hands. She has a love and tenderness for dogs, especially senior dogs, that you can see as soon as she interacts with our dog. My senior dog has severe separation anxiety from me (mama's boy), and he is usually very stressed after we pick him up from other sitters. When we picked up our boy, he was calm and even snuggling with Kim while I was there. I VERY RARELY see him snuggling with other humans. This made my heart so warm and at peace, knowing my boy was well-loved while we were out. I will be using Kim again in the future, and I highly recommend her if your dog needs a safe, loving sitter. Thank you so much, Kim!”

“My dog Remi was incredibly well cared for during her time with Miry. She had a backyard to roam in and kids to play with. Thanks again so much for looking after her!”

“Yuhong is the best. She really came to our rescue last minute while we dealt with logistics related to the local wildfire. She took great care of our dog, and he was clearly happy in the daily update pics. On top of being available and reliable, Yuhong was also incredibly sensitive and caring towards our family's situation. I highly recommend her as both an awesome Rover and awesome human.”

“Stephanie is the best! She recently watched my senior pug while I had to travel out of town. She was very communicative and sent me photos of the boy while I was away. He was very happy after I picked him up and could tell he was well taken care of. Would definitely book Stephanie again in the future!”

“Teresa took great care of our dog, Andre, over the weekend. She was communicative, kind, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Andre came home happy and well cared for. We would definitely trust Teresa to watch him again and highly recommend her!”

“There are not enough characters to put into words about what an amazing boarding experience I had with Yvonne. She offered a worry free care filled boarding experience for my dog. From the initial meet and greet and her interaction with Isabella, I knew I was dealing with a professional who loves dogs and provides attention to detail in every aspect of care. Her daily photos and updates bridged the distance while I was away. I am a bit reluctant to share this, as I want her all to myself but she is truly a gem”

“Karolina and her kids were amazing with Salah. She responded in a timely manner with questions and provided pictures of his time with her family. I was especially pleased when she reached out with questions about Salah’s puppy behaviors. She followed my instructions regarding his meals and vitamin regimen. I highly recommend Karolina.”

“Catherine and Albert were great! Our dog Peanut stayed at their house and he had a great time! They took him on walks and also to the park. Peanut had a fun time playing with Trace (their dog) and the other dog they were dog-sitting. They also provided lots of updates and photos which is greatly appreciated as I missed my pup a lot.”

“Our dogs had such a great time with Therese! She was communicative and friendly and great to work with. We will definitely ask for her assistance next time we need to board our two dogs :)”
“We hadn’t taken an overseas vacation in over five years because it’s always been so hard for us to leave our dogs, and honestly, we struggled to find someone we truly trusted. But after our meet and greet with Janelle and Alvin, I immediately felt at ease and knew our babies would be in great hands. I’m so happy to say that instinct was absolutely right. They took care of our two dogs for two days, and the entire experience was seamless. Janelle was incredible with communication! She sent updates and photos regularly without me ever needing to ask, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. Both Janelle and Alvin have such a calm, kind demeanor, and their home is clean, cozy, and clearly a safe space for pets. One of our dogs is usually very anxious and slow to warm up to new people, but he surprised us by opening up to them right away. That alone speaks volumes. I can’t recommend them enough, and we will absolutely be booking with them again in the future! Thank you Janelle and Alvin for taking such good care of our babies!”
