About: I have experience with deaf, senior and reactive dogs as well as cats. I fostered and trained for Blue River Pet Rescue and have taken dog safety courses with Nebraska Humane Society. I know what it's like to have a scared or sick dog and I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them when you can't. I am no stranger to a special needs dog and I want to be that person for you and your pet when you need me. My own dog, who passed in April 2025, had CHF and I could barely stand to let him out of my sight. I was lucky that the people who fostered him offered to watch him when needed. Without them, I'm not sure how I would've found someone I could really trust to be patient and kind to him. Now that he's gone, I want to be able to be that person for others. I work completely remote, so I am always home, giving me a great opportunity to care for special needs animals or just animals in general. I work Mon-Fri, 12-8 and weekends are usually free. I live close to a dog park that I took my previous foster to every day and have a nice neighborhood for walks. I have a yard (not fully fenced in) with a tie out leash, though I go outside often and would never leave your pet alone. I got the tie out recently for my foster to help her with separation anxiety but would walk around the yard and area with my own dog for a few minutes every hour or so. I have lots of toys and keep a pet water fountain running at all times. I keep a couple of dog beds throughout the house, so there is always somewhere soft and comfortable to lay down, whether they want to stay close by or would prefer some space. My house is their house while they're here. Besides the trash cans, they are welcome to explore.

“I wish I could leave 10 stars! Jasmine was so helpful in helping me give a new puppy a strong foundation in potty training while I was at work. She socialized him with her own pets, and I could count on her punctuality every day. I needed early morning drop-off, and she never let me down! Plus, my dog LOVES her, judging by his wiggle launches into her arms. She’s the best!”

“Michelle was great with our anxious little pup. She even sent pictures so that her anxious human mom knew that she was okay while away. I will definitely call on her again when we need a sitter.”

About: Born around lots of animals, including the GSD my mom bred many going to K9 programs and I would show them when I was little. Growing up, I was part of raising & training hunting dogs (Labs) & a seizure dog (Sheltie). As an adult I've had a GSD, Pomeranians and pitbulls (potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, basic commands like sit stay come - clicker method). I also learned some about senior care helping my friend who worked at Hearts United shelter for several years. I currently don't have any dogs, but have cats. I have minimal appointments (2 hour long weekly standing & sporadic others) and errands (school drop off and pickup) so I can be available to care for your pet nearly 24/7 Caring for your dog at your home, I would follow whatever routine, usual/best practices you have for them there. At my apartment, there is a large open grassy area right behind my building and a great walking/bike path, but it is NOT fenced so I would be taking out any dog myself on a leash. If I needed to leave my apartment for an appointment/errand and could not bring your dog along, I would want to crate to ensure there's no accidents while unsupervised in a strange environment.

About: I have taken care of and raised several animals throughout my life and love all the family members. I care for our neighbors and family members animals whenever needed and take a lot of pride in caring for each animal as if they are our own. I work during the week but there’s always someone home. I travel for our kids sports but will update availability when that happens. There will be plenty of time for snuggles and walks! I have a fenced yard and two amazingly friendly dogs! Their names are Teddy and Rocky. They loves all animals! I have a doggy door so your furry friend will be able to go outside when they need to!

About: Hello, my name is Mike. I have a family of four, consisting of two daughters and my wife. My daughters are aged 15 and 12. My wife and I have been married for 20 years. Our entire family has always had dogs, and we all share a deep love for them. We often dog-sit for many of our neighbors' and friends' dogs. Currently, we have one dog named Bella, who is a three-year-old Maltipoo and very social. When my daughters were younger, we had two rescue pugs that grew up with us but unfortunately passed away in recent years due to old age, which was very heartbreaking. Fortunately, we welcomed another dog into our home and regularly take care of the pets of many friends. Our eldest daughter, Sophie, enjoys running with our neighbors' dogs, a large Schnauzer and a Golden Retriever. She is quite fond of running frequently. Our younger daughter, Sadie, takes Bella for walks regularly, and our entire family enjoys walking our dog together. We have a fenced backyard where Bella has learned to use the doggy door to go outside whenever she pleases. We all cherish having dogs around the house, playing and keeping us company. Our family's schedule is very flexible as my wife is a stay-at-home mom, and I work from home most days. Despite their involvement in various activities, my daughters always find time to spend with our pets. I currently work part-time from home, while my wife is home full-time. My daughters are looking forward to dog setting! We love dog setting our friends and neighbors dogs, along with my daughter Sophie loves running and walking dogs! We have a fenced in back yard, along with a doggy door so the pups can go in and out as needed. We can let your dog roam the house or be crated. It is your chose. We have a 3 year Maltipoo that loves playing with other small to mid-size dogs.

“My dog Daisy was well taken care of and had a great time with Staci. She sent photos and provided updates. I couldn't have asked for a safer and more fun place for Daisy to spend time.”
