“Karen and Donald made my first experience on Rover the best it could have been. Not only were they initially quick to reply, but they were quick to set up a meet and greet within 24 hours. They helped me figure out the app to book easily and even gave me a discount for their services. Also, when I needed to cancel last minute, they were nice enough to not charge me. Hoagie loved his time with Karen and Donald and it was the highlight of his day. I couldn’t recommend these two walkers more!”

“The sweetest person I've met and my pup loves he so much couldn't ask for a better person to watch him when I wasn't able to. Very attentive when feeding and walking him at the times needed. Will definitely use her again when needed.”

“Lauren has been caring for our crazy Golden Retriever puppy for the last few months. She has watched her grow up and they have a special bond. Leia goes crazy when Lauren walks in. She is always available when needed and gets back to us super quick. She even messages me to see if we need her, to which we usually do. Leia and I both appreciate her help.”

About: I have grown up around dogs since I was young. I know how to act around them and how they each have their own unique personalities! I will give your dog the treatment they deserve. Doing all the duties you may be too busy to do, and adding a sprinkle of love to it.🫶🏻 I am currently a college student at Marywood, so I will be doing this in my free time or whenever I can!! Also doing some work study as well. If I pet-sat I would ensure that I gave the animal the attention they needed while also giving them space as well. I am very good with reading dogs and cats body language. I’d also make sure they were fed of course and walked every hour or as needed!! If I were to petsit a cat then cleaning out the litter box. :)

“Amanda is very good with our fur babies and very trustworthy. It has been a pleasure having her watch our babies and we will definitely call on her again. She comes highly recommended..”

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life. From age 5 when I got my first puppy Nittany, to Mindy And Robin, my parents miniature golden doodles. I’ve been a part of potty training pups and am used to cleaning up the messes that comes with the training. I’m also just a general animal lover and understand the things that could make some dogs nervous, and know how to help them calm down if they are triggered. Definitely not afraid to get down with the pups and I always accept puppy kisses. I have a pretty flexible schedule and am willing to travel a bit if I have to. I also love taking dogs on long walks and extra cuddles and kisses. At home, I believe in crate training when young. It’s important to have a safe place for the pups to calm down and be safe. Bells on the door for potty training, I feel, worked the best with all my pups, but understand that there are so many different ways to get the job done. Also never leaving them off a leash unless in a dog park. And even then knowing to read the park and make sure the dogs are playing together and not fighting.

About: I’m currently a full time dog trainer, and going to school for Veterinary Technician, but my love for animals goes beyond professional. I’m a cat owner, a reptile owner, and I’ve previously had dogs. Feather, find, fur or fangs, animals are members of the family. Very versatile— Tell me what works for you! My schedule is flexible and I am willing to help out wherever and whenever I am needed! As your pet sitter, I’ll ensure your pet’s safety and well-being by following their routine, providing proper feeding, exercise, and attention, and maintaining a clean environment. I’ll also keep you updated regularly on their care.

About: Extensive experience taking care of both dogs and cats, with hundreds of volunteer hours at dog shelters (primarily Greyhound rescues)! Will give your pet all the attention it needs and ensure their schedule remains as close to home as possible! I am currently off for the summer and will be a full time grad student in the fall. Your pet will get all the attention it needs and will be taken care of as if it were my own! I have a friendly dog and two dog friendly cats (they love other dogs once they get to know them)! We have trails nearby to make daily (or more) walks a breeze! All furniture is pet friendly and cuddles are encouraged!

About: I am currently a part-time Professional Dog Bather , working hands on with dogs of all kinds. With a safety certification and training, I work to ensure the safety and comfort of every dog under my care is always a priority. I was previously an Assistant Manager at Camp Bow Wow, a daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, supervising large and small dogs of all breeds for 2 years. I have been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, whether it be my own dogs and cats, or pets of family, friends, and neighbors. I have years of experience with walking, feeding, and watching over dogs and cats alike on a regular basis. I have spent most of my life dedicating much time, care, and love to any animal around me! I have experience sitting puppies as young as 3 months that I have participated in with training. I also had a senior dog of my own. I am comfortable and experienced with a wide range of breeds. I am aiming to go to be a dog groomer and would love to add to my experience! In 2023 I shadowed a Vet Doctor and Vet Tech at a clinic for two weeks, where I was able to witness and learn about various surgeries and basic health checkups. I assisted the team with care for both cats and dogs. I was Pet First Aid and CPR certified for 3 years. I am currently working a flexible schedule and have much time to dedicate to pet sitting and helping out some pet parents! I keep my calendar on my profile updated. I am very attentive to dogs needs. I will make sure your pet receives the attention and care that it requires. I am willing to crate the dog if needed. I will make sure they are active and have fun, while being safe. I can assure kindness and patience will be showed your pet. I can work in a variety of environments, and alongside other pets.

“Toni is awesome. On our first meet you would tell how caring she was and patient. We have a senior dog who needs special care and right away we knew Toni was the perfect fit. Our old lady is very receptive to her and Toni has gone above and beyond to give her the time and attention she needs.”

“Anna walked Xena (3 year old Rottweiler) for the first time this week and was wonderful. We were looking for someone who would be strong enough to walk our girl and we found her! Xena can’t wait to walk with her again.”

About: I have had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember. I've housetrained three of my own [all of which are happily old man living around the country], enjoy long walks on the through parks and giving belly rubs that last eternity. I also, surprisingly enough, do not mind giving dogs their bathes in between grooming visits [if they get those pampering spa days to themselves, of course]. Brushing, playing fetch, and of course - tug of war reign supreme. But so does chilling on the couch watching the Puppy-Bowl or dog show with a fuzzy little space heater wedged between me and the arm of the couch. If I were to be reincarnated, I would definitely choose a dog. They just have the life. **I do work full time\ in Plains, PA from 6:30am - 3:30pm. I have to go home and rescue my senior dog from his crate for a bit of a stretch and dinner before I really do anything else Monday - Friday. But I am available on the weekend! I play Dungeons and Dragons on Friday and Saturday nights!** I work during the week, and I play dungeons and dragons on the weekends. But I am more than happy to do some drop-ins or walks during the day on Saturdays and Sundays to let you have more out and about time! Drop-in visits and walks rely on a good relationship between visitor (me) and the animal that is being walked or visited. They get easier over time, and everyone loves making new friends!

About: I have a Bachelors of Science in Animal Science from Michigan State University and previously work as a Receptionist for a Veterinary Hospital as I am familiar with companion animal health and nutrition, as well as first aid. I have a Miniature Australian Shepherd of my own that I enjoy staying active with through hiking and teaching her new tricks. I also own a horse and occasionally take care of the horses that are kept in the barn with him by feeding, turning in, blanketing, and cleaning stalls for them. I also enjoy cooking, writing, and lounging around watching Netflix. I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats of many different breeds and personalities from Rottweilers to Shitzu's. From Persians to domestic shorthairs. I have experience with exotics that range from chameleons to rabbits as well. You name it, I’ve probably cared for it! I currently work remote Monday-Friday. Dog walking and pet care would be a great way to break up the mundane part of the week and allow me to get out more. Although I have an unfenced yard for my Australian Shepherd, all dogs will be kept on a leash for potty breaks. They will also get a walk on my lunch break and plenty of toys to play with. If in your home I am sure to spend time with them and make sure they are secure and receive very little disruption to their normal routine.
