About: Hi my name is Michael. I am a current senior at Wilkes who is looking to get involved in the local community. I have spent several years caring for dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. I take pride in being a student leader and a future educator, as well as being responsible, dependable, and knowledgeable. For instance, I am well versed in dog body language, basic obedience, and many different breeds and personalities (small to big, guardian breeds, I love them all!). I am happy to reinforce the rules, expectations, and training that you have with your pet, or teach small new things like leash manners. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for about 6 years now, all different breeds and sizes. My family, friends, neighbors, and bosses have hired me to take care of their own dogs for days at a time. This included walking, playing, feeding, taking to vet appointments and much for for their beloved dog. I am currently a junior at West Chester University, studying Finance. I am not afraid of bigger dogs as most people might be. I think of them as giant teddy bears. Just give me instruction, your furbabies name, any allergies, medications, walk/yard time and frequency, feeding schedule, and any other information you see fit and I guarantee your precious furbaby will find a new friend! My schedule is pretty packed, but I will make accommodations with you to accommodate the needs of your furbabies or ones with scales. My strong admiration for animals has only grown more with the more animals I meet and as a result, it brings me genuine happiness.
