Glenn is a godsend! My 2 dogs were happy & well cared for, as the photos he provided quickly confirmed. Glenn intuitively knew (1) how to coax my shy, sweet Shiloh into eating her dinner & (2) he had to protect her dinner from my other pup, Moochie, who--as Glenn noted--is named for his larcenous, food-stealing ways! He even tried to train Moochie to stop his tendency to mark his territory, which I've given up doing, resorting to a diaper most of the time at home. It was a crazy, fun, but calamity-ridden weekend for me, & my arrival times for both drop-off & pick-up were later than originally expected. Glenn was relaxed and patient despite my tardiness, so I'd actually have to say he took good care of all three of us!

Anna gave a great deal of attention to my nearly 17yo cockapoo who was blind and in diapers 24/7 the last yr. He had gotten down to 7 lbs from 16 but still spent every waking moment on the prowl for food. When I found out I had colon cancer that required surgery ASAP i took a couple days reading boarders profiles and reviews before choosing Anna. We talked extensively about peanut 2x before boarding. She got back yo me fast when contacted and sent daily video updates. As Peanut has severe separation anxiety, I was concerned but had to board him and I choose well! Anna is sweet, sensative, caring, & attentive to the animal. I would highly recommend her no matter your dog’s needs. Shes the best!

Daniela was absolutely amazing. I will 100% be booking with her again. Hampton was taken care of like he was her own dog, she sent me updates, and communicated perfectly. I felt comfortable the second I met her, Hampton has a new best friend. He misses her already. Thank you Daniela!

Fatima took care of our 75lb high energy Pitbull like it was her very own dog. We left for a vacation for 16 days and Fatima took over as both Mom and Pack Leader. She walked, fed, gave medication, cleaned ears, bathed, played with, etc. We got photos and vids daily, which gave us peace of mind that Leo was in great care. Highly Recommend!

I was super nervous about leaving my dogs with someone else for the first time and I’m so grateful for Adriana! She sent me photos throughout the day each day and updated me multiple times a day with how they were doing. She has the perfect backyard for dogs and my puppies made themselves right at home with her family! I highly recommend!

Laura watched our treeing walker coonhound while we went to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend. She sent regular pictures so we knew Copper was doing well and having fun! She was also very accommodating about drop off and pickup times, which was truly appreciated. Also, Copper is still young and can be quite a handful and she was patient and loving with him. I HIGHLY recommend Laura! Thank you!

Jennifer is such a kind, responsible, and loving pet sitter! Our pup, Arlo, loved every second he spent with her and her wonderful dog, Myrtle. Jennifer was able to take Arlo on last minute request. She met him prior to his stay to ensure he would settle in comfortably. She shared daily photos and updates, for which we were so appreciative while away! Jennifer took Arlo in the car, on hikes, and treated him as her own. We could not have asked for better care.

About: I have cared for pets since I was a a child. My first pet chose me when I was about 5 years old. When I stayed with my babysitter, I would play with their cat all day. The babysitter gave me Tiger because they saw how much I loved her. Ever since then I cared for dogs and cats. I walj my dogs every day weather permitting. I bathe and brush them when needed. My little guys love playdates and are sooo friendly. I am currently retired, so I can provide exceptional care. I spend lots of time in my big fenced in yard, and eager to play fetch. Lots of playtime. I have so many toys. Big fenced yard and lots of time for running around. I also have a doggy door so all the fur babies can go out and in as much as they like.

Carissa was a great sitter for Lennox - he seems to have enjoyed her care and the company of her pet, Judge. He came back happy! During his stay with her, Carissa kept in touch with me with appropriate updates, including photos and a few short videos. She was flexible on drop off and pick up times, which was great because my return home was delayed a little bit with traffic. I’d recommend her for sure and already booked Lennox for another stay with her in a few weeks!

About: I've been professionally caring for pets for over four years through my home-based pet sitting business, Yech's Pet Haven. I am also a licensed boarding facility, giving pet parents added peace of mind that their dogs are staying in a safe and compliant environment. During that time, I've cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, including puppies, seniors, and pets with special routines or medications. I have experience safely managing multiple dogs, supervising playtime, and making sure every pet receives the individual attention they deserve. Growing up surrounded by animals, including dogs, horses, and goats, has given me a lifelong understanding of animal behavior and care. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, low-stress environment where every pet feels right at home while you're away. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine. Since I run a home-based boarding facility, I am able to provide frequent attention, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and supervision throughout the day. I keep my boarding numbers small so each pet receives personalized care and plenty of one-on-one attention. My schedule is built around making sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their family is away. I provide a safe, calm, and loving home environment where pets can relax and feel comfortable. As a licensed boarding facility, I prioritize cleanliness, safety, and responsible pet care. I carefully manage introductions, supervise interactions, and separate pets during meals, rest time, or whenever needed. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and individual preferences, so they feel right at home.

Jennifer & Christian are a wonderful couple. They just watched our dog Hazel for a week. She loved them, right from the start! Hazel’s always been a shy little girl. She hasn’t been away from us often and tends to be nervous around strangers. When we dropped her off with Jennifer & Christian, she settled in very quickly! It was such a comfort to know she felt at ease with them. Jenn made sure to send me several sweet photos of Hazel, each day we were gone. Hazel looked so happy, which was a blessing. I highly recommend this wonderful couple, if you need a home away from home for your fur baby! .

Every sitter on Rover has their own rhythm and routine, but most will follow the flow that keeps your dog happiest. Sitters can give meals on your dog's regular schedule, provide a comfortable place for sleep, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

95% of Wyoming sitters also include daily walks in the neighborhood during dog boarding stays. You can also request photo and message updates throughout the stay so you can see which Wyoming landmarks or neighborhoods your dog is enjoying.

If your dog is a little shy, consider booking a one-night trial stay! This practice run can boost your and your dog’s confidence before your trip.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Wyoming home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
