Cheyenne was great with my pup, Bruce, and very communicative. Photo and video updates showed how much fun Bruce had with her family and Waffles (Cheyenne’s pup) during his stay. When we picked him up, it was clear that he had a great time and would miss his new friends. We’ll definitely be using Cheyenne again in the future!

Anna is fabulous. My guy is a little stand offish with me people yet Anna won him over in no time at all. Provided cuddles, lots of play time and he even made some new friends. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough!

I don’t know if you’ll ever find a better sitter! For more than a year, they have taken excellent care of our young, energetic dog. They constantly keep us out to date with her stay. Always send photos. Maggie can’t wait to run in their house each time we drop her off. Look no further than Karen and Donald.

We contacted her with short notice and she was gracious enough to let us drop by for a quick hello. She worked with me seamlessly and cared for my girl as if she was her family. I would without hesitation ask her again to care for my girl again.

Amber was fantastic. She was sympathetic to my worry over my first time leaving Bean. She was thoughtful, taking time each day to send me photos and videos with updates on how he was doing. She updated me at least twice a day while taking care of other dogs, her own animals, her business, and her family. She went above and beyond. When we arrived home and unpacked his bag, she had taken the time to handcraft an ornament with his name. This will be Bean's first Christmas and she gave us his first ornament. We suffered the loss of both of our beloved dogs, Cappy and Blue within less than 3 months less than a year ago. One from old age and one from cancer. We have been so careful and diligent with our new rescue Bean. She knew this and accommodated our paranoia with compassion and understanding. Bean is our little wild child and she took care of him as her own. We highly recommend her and value her as our sitter. It eases our minds knowing that he has a place to go if we need to get away for a day, or go on vacay without our little buddy.

Laura watched our treeing walker coonhound while we went to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend. She sent regular pictures so we knew Copper was doing well and having fun! She was also very accommodating about drop off and pickup times, which was truly appreciated. Also, Copper is still young and can be quite a handful and she was patient and loving with him. I HIGHLY recommend Laura! Thank you!

Carissa was a great sitter for Lennox - he seems to have enjoyed her care and the company of her pet, Judge. He came back happy! During his stay with her, Carissa kept in touch with me with appropriate updates, including photos and a few short videos. She was flexible on drop off and pick up times, which was great because my return home was delayed a little bit with traffic. I’d recommend her for sure and already booked Lennox for another stay with her in a few weeks!

Sarah took amazing care of our Goldendoodle, Olympia, while we were away. This was Olympia’s first boarding experience, so we were naturally a little nervous, but Sarah made us feel at ease from the start. She communicated quickly, sent regular updates and photos, and kept us informed throughout the stay. Olympia looked happy, was eating well, and clearly had a great time playing. We also had to extend our trip unexpectedly, and Sarah was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Olympia was in such good hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sarah again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy sitter. Thank you again, Sarah!

About: I’ve had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up there’s always been at least 1 dog and cat in our home. My fiancé and I currently have two pups of our own, including one with epilepsy, so I’m comfortable with medications, special care, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’ve cared for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and my goal is always to become your pet’s new best friend (with plenty of treats, walks, belly rubs, and a few silly conversations along the way). I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own and make sure they get all the love, attention, and care they deserve while you’re away! I work a hybrid schedule, so on the days my calendar shows I’m available, I’m working from home and have plenty of flexibility throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, meals, and lots of attention. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I treat them like they’re my own. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable, so I try to keep their normal routine as much as possible — same feeding schedule, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and plenty of love and attention. In my home, pets become part of the family! I have two pups of my own, so I understand the importance of making sure everyone feels comfortable, supervised, and included. I’m happy to provide a calm environment with lots of playtime, cuddles, and attention. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping things familiar and stress-free. I follow your instructions closely, keep your pets on their usual schedule, send updates and pictures, and make sure you come home to happy, well-cared-for pets.

My wife and I are very protective of our little dachshund Wella. When we read Julie's first response to our request, we knew right away that she and her family were the mature and responsible people we could trust to watch our dog. Julie sent multiple updates and photos to us while she had Wella, and that was very nice and reassuring. They did so great with Wella that she seemed to want to stay longer! The kids played so much with Wella that she needed to sleep in the next day! Great experience with Julie and her family and We are looking forward to using her again !!

Jennifer & Christian are a wonderful couple. They just watched our dog Hazel for a week. She loved them, right from the start! Hazel’s always been a shy little girl. She hasn’t been away from us often and tends to be nervous around strangers. When we dropped her off with Jennifer & Christian, she settled in very quickly! It was such a comfort to know she felt at ease with them. Jenn made sure to send me several sweet photos of Hazel, each day we were gone. Hazel looked so happy, which was a blessing. I highly recommend this wonderful couple, if you need a home away from home for your fur baby! .

Every sitter on Rover has their own rhythm and routine, but most will follow the flow that keeps your dog happiest. Sitters can give meals on your dog's regular schedule, provide a comfortable place for sleep, and plenty of one-on-one attention.

100% of Wyoming sitters also include daily walks in the neighborhood during dog boarding stays. You can also request photo and message updates throughout the stay so you can see which Wyoming landmarks or neighborhoods your dog is enjoying.

If your dog is a little shy, consider booking a one-night trial stay! This practice run can boost your and your dog’s confidence before your trip.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Wyoming home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
