About: I have spent my entire life around animals, especially larger, older dogs. I am home full time while classes are online and am very flexible with sitting times. I am currently taking classes online for the summer, so I have plenty of time to take care of your furry friends! I tend to be busier on the weekends but if you give enough time in advance I am pretty flexible. I live in an apartment complex, and don't have a yard, so animals will have to be leashed when outside. I do not have a lot of space, so smaller animals are preferred, especially for longer stays.

This most recent time I did not realize that my pup had a broken nail before dropping her off and Jessica saw it right away, took her to the vet, and went above and beyond to care for her during her week long stay. Also, my flight back to Des Moines was extremely delayed and Jessica was super accommodating and understanding. Jessica is incredibly responsive and I trust her completely with my dog Iommi. But, I can tell she was so well taken care of. There were a few other dogs there at the same time as Lucia (a couple are hers and the other was another Rover pup), which was heaven for my dog. I wouldn't even consider boarding Bella with anyone else. They gave her excellent care, and communication with them was outstanding. Thankful to have such wonderful people to look after her!
Penny and Marvin loved their stay with Elizabeth. It was great knowing they had all their needs met and such excellent dog and human company while we were away. I got several updates each day, which was both fun and reassuring. Elizabeth’s place is a dog’s ideal home away from home.
Kaylie took such wonderful care of our new little puppy, who was away from home for the first time. She made us feel confident he was in good hands, so we didn’t have to worry while we were away. I highly recommend Casandra ! This is the first time I have ever left Daisy ( she is 11). When we met for the first time my son and I both felt at ease and that Day would be in good hands. We were right. We received pictures every day !! ( really appreciated that) If we take another vacation. I won’t hesitate to use Casandra again.
Joseph was very accomodating as this was a last minute reservation. My babies seemed to be at ease there, enjoyed the backyard, etc. Joseph sent pics to us as well so we could see how well they were acclimating to his home. Would highly recommend and will definitely reach out to Joseph the next time we are needing care for the pups when we are out of town.
Amazing! A Huge Thank You and Shout Out to Rex! My frenchie has never stayed with someone else before and my anxiety was through the roof. Rex instantly connected with Oliver and made him feel right at home! I loved the communication and the pictures of their day. It definitely put me at ease while I was out of town! Julia was so great with Monte. She sent a bunch of fun photos and communicated throughout his entire stay. I appreciated how thoughtful she was about the hot summer days and making sure Monte was safe and cool. We feel lucky to have found her as a sitter for Monte and will definitely be in touch for future stays.
Elizabeth was a last minute booking for us after all our usual pet friends weren’t available. We were grateful to find her but even more grateful for how wonderful she was with Brody! We loved her updates and Brody seemed to settle in with her and have a nice time.
We were a little nervous to leave our Stella with someone new, especially someone with dogs. We've always brought her with us or had family watch her. After an initial meet and greet, and a play date at her house, we felt very comfortable leaving Stella with Anna. Initial impressions were great! Anna very clearly has a strong, deep relationship with her dogs, Ren and Shelby. They were both extremely well trained and behaved, which was a direct reflection of how much she cares about them. This structure was exactly what Stella needed in a sitter. She did so well staying two days and an overnight with Anna. Anna kept us informed on how she was doing with pictures, videos, and updates. She got lots of love, play, and cuddles. We wouldn't hesitate to have Anna watch Stella for us again! Thanks Anna!
