“Jenevieve was so wonderful to work with! She wanted all the info to make sure was fully prepared to take care of our Phil and super patient with all my questions! I literally could not have asked for a better first Rover experience! Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! Thank you, Jenevieve!!! If we ever come back to Des Moines, you will be the first person we look up!”

From the meet and greet, it was clear that Scott and Jess have dog boarding down to a science. They have a great space for it, and dogs are clearly their passion. After that, drop off was a breeze, even for us teary eyed owners. We received picture updates every day, and we could see the joy and care in each one. Freya experienced a doggie birthday party, time in the pool, and running with the pack around the yard. Since picking her up, she’s been out like a light! We couldn’t recommend Scott and Jess more—they took the anxious/guilty feeling of leaving our pup behind for vacation and turned it into “Freya’s on vacation, too!””
