“Jenevieve was so wonderful to work with! She wanted all the info to make sure was fully prepared to take care of our Phil and super patient with all my questions! I literally could not have asked for a better first Rover experience! Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! Kelsey was FANTASTIC with Sadie. She took the time to get to know Sadie before bringing her into her home. She made sure that she knew everything that Sadie may need or if there are any concerns that I had. She also took Sadie last minute which was super great for me. During Sadie’s stay, she sent me multiple videos and pictures which really helped me feel at ease, leaving my pup in her care. She’s very communicative and let I know what Sadie was doing throughout the day and when she was going for walks and how much she was eating. Sadie was very tired after her stay and I know that she enjoyed hanging out with Kelsey and her pup. We will absolutely be using her again in the future.
Morgan is AMAZING!!!! I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my pup was in the best care and could tell she truly cared for my dog the same way I would! He came home extra happy and in good spirits. I’m so glad I found such a reliable dog sitter - Morgan is truly the best and I look forward to using her service again!
Buster enjoyed another wonderful overnight at Meghan’s— or what we have started calling his “vacation home,” because he gets so much love and attention! Meghan is an excellent communicator, a wonderful dog-caretaker, and a top-notch photo-sender. She is our go-to, and we are incredibly grateful for her!
Kevin watched our pug for six nights while we were in Hawaii and kept us updated with photos and fun stories. He made us feel super comfortable, leaving our furry family member. Kevin‘s dog Ricky is a big bonus. He’s a fun little guy and Sushi loved having a friend for the week. Can’t wait to book with Kevin again in the future highly recommend.!
We continue to ask Alexandra to care for our pup every time we go out of town. This time, our dog hurt his leg just before we left and she right away reassured us she could manage whatever he needed. She is always responsive and takes great care of Auggie. We are grateful for the peace of mind!
Holly was absolutely fabulous. She graciously took our dogs last minute before Thanksgiving and they loved her! She took them on tons of walks, sent fantastic pictures and was always in regular correspondence (very quick responder), which reassured us that our boys were in great hands. 10/10 recommend!
