She was open to do a meet and greet before Teddys actual staycation and allowed us to see her home and meet her pets to make sure everyone gets along. She's very considerate, making sure Salem gets proper attention and care, and communicates early, and often, to make sure we're on the same page or if a problem arises. As long as she'll take Salem, I hope to continue to book more sessions in the future.
Could not have found a more perfect sitter for my dog and my cat for our 5 day long trip. Communication was a breeze and she provided me with multiple photo updates throughout the day. Will most definitely rebook for future needs. Very accommodating and responsible.
I boarded my dogs for 10 days with her. She was super communicative! I really appreciated all the updates she sent me as I tend to be on the nervous side with my pups; I felt my dogs were incredibly comfortable with her after seeing the videos sent. By the time I picked them up, they didn’t seem to want to leave haha. She also went out of her way to bathe one of my pups! Thanks so much!!
Erica was beyond amazing with our one year old german shepherd. He has some reactivity and struggles to meet new people. Erica was extremely patient with Kai and let him get comfortable on his own timing. She is very knowledgeable about dogs, their behaviors, and actions to take. While Erica had Kai the communication was phenomenal. Pictures and updates every single day. Walks, playing outside, chilling inside. A very calm environment. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Kai was treated like he was her own. The rules, training, and schedule I had for Kai was respected and followed without question. If I ever go anywhere, I know exactly who I trust to watch Kai.. Erica! Thank you so much for all you did for Kai!
Krystal is awesome! We just moved back into the area and luckily she had availability to board our pup for the week. It was like they never missed a beat after 2.5 years. Krystal was very attentive, allowed her other dogs to play with our pup in the backyard and gave updates regularly with pictures. As long as we're in the Hampton Roads area, Krystal has a repeat customer everytime!
Ms. Tiarra T - Excellent, just wonderful, she was awesomely pleasant, and communicated every step of the way. She sent pictures and videos. Some of the pictures looked like he was away at a spa. She was patient with us and amazing with our little fur baby NIKO. I know he loves her and would want her as a second Mom. When we go on vacation we would love for her to take great care of him again. She is AWESOME!!!!!
