She was open to do a meet and greet before Teddys actual staycation and allowed us to see her home and meet her pets to make sure everyone gets along. Once we dropped Teddy off she sent pictures every day! Communicated very clearly and kept me informed of Teddys well being. She was accommodating when we had little curve balls thrown at us and we have absolutely no complaints at all. Your fur babies will be in good hands with Constance! Outstanding service and support with our pet, Skylar. Met with us and Skylar prior to our booking her services. She was very adaptive and flexible working with our schedule prior to our trip. During our three week trip she sent pictures periodically showing how Skylar was adjusting to the new surrounding and kept us informed about how she was adapting. Heather was great at ensuring that Skylar received the medications and treats we provided. Heather and her family welcomed Skylar and treated her as one of their own, lots of belly rubs. Skylar was clean and ready to go when we arrived to pick her up after our return. We will definitely book with Heather again.
My fur baby Max has a couple of health issues which he takes medication throughout the day. Elisabeth accepted & was willing to care for Max in my absence. He went to her without any hesitation which made me feel very comfortable. She took very good care of Max, sent pictures, & constant communication and I was able to enjoy my getaway. She will be our number one caregiver for Max.
Rodney was incredible and made Layla feel right at home. Not only was he very attentive to her, but he provided frequent updates on their day and how she was doing; this included how far they walked and how long her walks took. Booking with Rodney was a last minute need, however, I’m so glad to have found him and will definitely be booking with him again!
They were absolutely amazing!! Very clean loving environment!!! Very attentive and friendly instead of my fur baby feeling like he was being abandoned he was welcomed with open arms into their family, and he had his mini little vacation as well. They communicated every step of the way and sent lots of pictures and videos as well and follow the instructions perfectly to be honest I wasn’t sure if my fur baby was going to wanna come back home with me. He absolutely fell in love with this family. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again!! 1000%
I was desperate to find a dog sitter for my dog Jingles. After many attempts to find someone close to my location Sherlean finally answered my request saying she was able. I was nervous about a new unfamiliar dog sitter as st times Jingles can be a handful. He stayed with her for four days and she sent pictures ever day and he looked happy. She sat that if I needed a sitter in the future she could be available . It got me peace of mind that I have a reliable person to keep him
I’m so thankful I found Timerra! My baby gets so anxious when we’ve tried boarding outside of our home in the past. Not this time! She made him feel right at home. She even sent pics and videos of him playing with her pups and kiddos, which put me at ease and gave me so much relief to see how well he was doing. Ocho slept almost immediately once he got home. I could tell he was exhausted from all of the playing. Thank you for taking such good care of Ocho, Timerra! You’ll be my first choice anytime we need to go out of town. I can only pray you’ll be available 🙌
Katharina was amazing. This was a trial day for us to see how they handle our old man. Mayhem has high energy in new environments. He gets over stimulated very easy but today he had the best experience. She sent pictures and videos all day. He was so calm and plyed well with her fur baby was easily calmed. I definitely will use them again for more play dates.
