Reagan (42lb mutt) is a nervous/anxious dog with some behavioral issues but they made her feel so at home and loved and expertly navigated her eccentricities . “Nancy was a great match for Macy. Macy is our pampered pet and she did well with Nancy. She had other doggie friends to play with. Nancy did a good job of keeping us informed and sending pictures. Macy usually won't eat well when traveling and she even managed to get her to eat. She has a nice fenced yard so the dogs can have room to play but also welcomes them into her home. I would definitely let Nancy keep Macy again if we are in the area.”

She was open to do a meet and greet before Teddys actual staycation and allowed us to see her home and meet her pets to make sure everyone gets along. Once we dropped Teddy off she sent pictures every day! Communicated very clearly and kept me informed of Teddys well being. She was accommodating when we had little curve balls thrown at us and we have absolutely no complaints at all. Your fur babies will be in good hands with Constance! We will be booking again for our next vacation.”

Our dogs’ new favorite person and our new favorite boarder! Amazing communication and frequent updates. We felt completely at ease our entire trip knowing our dogs’ were receiving top tier care and plenty of attention while we were away. Brandy gave one dog daily pills without issue and even did some obedience training with both of them. Our high energy, athletic dogs napped immediately in the car so we know she gave them plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Highly recommended for any doggy daycare or boarding needs!
After the person who was supposed to watch our lab for a week ghosted us one day before we were supposed to leave for vacation, we decided to give Rover a try. We were pretty nervous to be honest lol We decided to contact Alexis and see if she could take Lucas in last minute. She didn't hesitate to contact back quickly and said yes. I asked if we could meet up first to make sure he would click with her and her pup and she said absolutely. Lucas clicked with her and her family instantly and that gave me peace. She did such a great job with him and contacted me everyday with pictures. You can feel her kind spirit instantly. I highly recommend her and will be using her services again!
Raven was amazing! She agreed to watch my pup on very short notice, which I truly appreciated. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, so I always knew how he was doing. She was also incredibly accommodating when I ended up getting back into town later than expected. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. I’m so thankful I found Timerra! My baby gets so anxious when we’ve tried boarding outside of our home in the past. Not this time! She made him feel right at home. She even sent pics and videos of him playing with her pups and kiddos, which put me at ease and gave me so much relief to see how well he was doing. Ocho slept almost immediately once he got home. I could tell he was exhausted from all of the playing. Thank you for taking such good care of Ocho, Timerra! You’ll be my first choice anytime we need to go out of town. Krystal is awesome! We just moved back into the area and luckily she had availability to board our pup for the week. It was like they never missed a beat after 2.5 years. Krystal was very attentive, allowed her other dogs to play with our pup in the backyard and gave updates regularly with pictures. As long as we're in the Hampton Roads area, Krystal has a repeat customer everytime!
