“Arianna gets all the stars and then some!! She is the VERY best!! Her communication, animal skills, and all around genuine kindness are top notch!! I worked in a small animal veterinary hospital for about six months back in the day and intially w/out further info except reviews etc. here on ROVER, from the begining, I could tell Arianna has that natural intuition+. My pup is actually a bit of a larger(~95lbs.) older guy(~10-11yr's old). He's a sweety but still very tenacious and can be a handful especially at the beginning of his walk or if he sees another neighborhood K-9 friend along the way he really wants to just say hi to. Arianna handles him w/zero issue though. Even my wife who's used to walking him finds it difficult but Arianna has a way about it that just plain works. I applaud Arianna, suggest her to anyone/everyone, and highly recommend her to potential ROVER clientel. Choose Arianna and you'll be more than happy you did. I know I am!!:) Thank you SO much, Arianna!!!! Herbie looks forward to all his future adventures w/you and is happier overall every day he gets to go:):):)”

“Joselyn is great with our dog. She is very warm and understanding. She is happy to accommodate our routine and requests. She is very communicative, asking any questions that will benefit our dog's experience and sending recaps of each walk. I highly recommend Joselyn.”

Looking forward to working with Mary more!”

About: Hi! I'm Emily. I've always been a big animal lover. I grew up with cats but helped take care of neighbor's dogs when I was younger. After my husband and I got married, we adopted our first rescue, Aggie. We adopted our 2nd rescue, Daisy a few years later. I've taken care of several dogs whether it be for family or friends throughout the years. I love the loyalty and joy they bring. I've watched several friends' dogs and regularly dog sat for a German Shepherd while living overseas. I've also had the rewarding experience of having my late dog, Aggie, CGC (canine good citizen) certified to do pet therapy through Therapy Dogs International and the Red Cross. I loved how happy it made people on our visits to hospitals and nursing homes. Dogs bring me so much happiness and joy. :) I'm currently a stay at home mom but work part time at an elementary school. I own one dog, Daisy, whom I walk regularly. I would love to look after other's dogs on a part-time basis! I would ensure your dog(s) are well taken care of by making sure they are fed, exercised, hydrated, entertained, and overall happy. Lots of cuddles and treats too! :)

“Niajha is amazing. Super friendly, reliable, and very accommodating. She is great with our dogs and so patient with our high maintenance puppy. We won’t use anyone else. Hire her, you won’t be disappointed.”

About: Hi all, I am here to care for your big dog needs! I was very lucky to get to spend 15 years with my Chewie, until he recently went to the Rainbow Bridge. He was a German Shepard/Husky/Chow mix, with a ton of personality, who I care for since her was a few weeks old. I am familiar with senior dogs, and medication regimens. I am looking to be able to care for them either in my home, or visiting them for walks/feeding/snacks/fun! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I am currently working part time, Wed - Sat from 9:30am to about 3pm, though sometimes earlier and rarely later. Happy to host your dog in my home (my wife and I live in an apartment, and we have no other dogs). I am also available for walks and visits to your home. I live in an apartment, however there is a lot of outdoor space to take dogs for walks and play. I am used to having dogs in our home without crates, or you can bring a crate if needed. If I am visiting your furry friend at home, I am happy to follow their schedule!

“Keyana is a excellent pet sitter. My dog did wonderful with her & was well taken care of. I highly recommend too hire Keyana. Nibbles was in great care & felt loved.”

About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats including my own! I have Im responsible and give continuous updates. I will treat your pets like part of my own family ! I'm currently attending school online, which gives me the flexibility needed to have an open schedule. I can fit many openings into my daily routines. I will come to your home and take care of your animals. Following any instructions, you may have and be respectful of your property. I will give them the love the need until you get home from your long day to do it yourself

About: Highlights! I am very cable with senior care. I cared for my own senior dog who took daily medications, ate a special diet, needed extra bathroom outings (including at night), and had limitations with mobility. I have a soft spot for seniors! I've worked with multiple shy dogs who need patience and lots of positive reinforcement to feel comfortable. I view that time not only as a way to build a good relationship with your pet, but as valuable experience for building your pet's trust and confidence for future encounters with new friends. I am very comfortable with excited, high energy dogs, or dogs that are still learning. I am patient and consistent which provides clear feedback and boundaries. I am there to reinforce what you are already doing! I also love to find healthy outlets for them to channel their energy and natural instincts. Do they like puzzles or chase? We'll play hide-and-seek or tag! Do they like to use their nose? Let's play a scent game or go for a walk in a new place! Each dog and cat has it's own unique personality. Whether it's their favorite place to be scratched or pet, what game makes their tail go at turbo speed, or knowing they need patience and time to know they are safe, I genuinely love getting to know each of them. I can't wait to get to know your best friend! Background and Experience! At 5 years old, I made a best friend. His name was Tyler and he was a family friend's golden retriever. (You can find a photo of us on my profile!) I used to ask to ride him, but his owner seemed to think riding a senior dog wasn't a good idea. Although that was a disappointment to my 5-year-old self, that did not stop me from following him around the house on all fours and snuggling up when he laid down! I have always deeply loved animals, especially dogs! As a young kid, I regularly asked - or rather, begged - to walk the neighborhood dogs anytime someone would let me. Around 10, I started house sitting for neighbors' dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and birds. Our family had two cats when I was young, Gaby and Spunky, who due to health issues only lived with us a few years. However, they laid the groundwork for a love and appreciation for cats too! When I was in high school, my family adopted our first dog, a bichon named Savannah. After graduating college, Savannah became my dog and moved in with me. She and I enjoyed over a decade together before she passed just shy of 15. During that time, we lived with 8 different dogs (and their owners) who came in all breeds and sizes, from a mini horse-sized golden retriever to a shih tzu, shepherd and pit mixes, and a hound who loved to sing with us. I still see many of them on a regular basis! I now live with a cat (belonging to a roommate) who I enjoy playing with often and occasionally I get to give her a few scratches, if she's in the mood. In addition to the dogs I've lived with, I have regularly house sat for friends and family. I respect the trust that you put in me to care for both your pet and your home. I am not only there to provide care but also to provide consistency for your pet and peace of mind for you. I enjoy teaching and reinforcing basic training and make a concerted effort to educate myself on dog and cat behavior so I can be the best communicator possible. You will always be their favorite person. But no matter your pet or their needs, I'm excited to become their second favorite person! I work full-time and understand the challenges that can bring to a busy home. But with a flexible lunch schedule and open evenings, I am excited to be there for you and your friends. It is your home and I am a guest in it. I care not only about your pet's well-being but about your peace of mind. You should be able to come home assured that your pets were thoroughly loved, thoughtfully looked after, and your space was respected. When it comes to your pet, you know them best and I will always take my lead from you! Having lived with multiple dogs with varying degrees of training and personalities, I know each pet has specific quirks and needs within the home to stay safe. Maybe it's keeping the bathroom door shut or keeping food off counters. Maybe it's ensuring they don't bolt through an open door or that they get their medication on time. You can be comfortable knowing I genuinely will treat your pet as my own while they are in my care.
