We were gone for 5 nights and my dogs loved her. Will definitely rebook again

Tahirah was great sent plenty of pictures. We have no complaints. She kept our 3 dogs we will be using her again.

My 3 dogs were well taken care of & happy, Tahirah had excellent communication with us the whole week, we received many pictures of our dogs. i highly recommend her!

Really appreciated how communicative Tahirah was. She sent me multiple pictures throughout the day, she distributed bubbas medicine for me and watched out for the things I asked her to watch out about. Would book again.

I want to start by saying that Nyla was returned safely, and I appreciate that. However, I did have several concerns with this stay that I feel future pet parents should be aware of. Communication was limited. I did not receive regular updates or photos unless I reached out first, which was disappointing and not what I expected during a boarding stay. When I picked Nyla up, her carrier, which she has used for years without issue, was ripped open. I was not informed of this beforehand, and when I asked what happened, I did not receive a response. Additionally, the home strongly smelled of marijuana at pickup, and Nyla also smelled like it afterward, which made me uncomfortable. While I understand that accidents can happen, the lack of communication and explanation made this experience stressful. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays.

Tahirah was great. Remi was well loved and taken care of while we were gone. I will be using her again.
