About: Ever since I was young, I have had a strong love for animals, especially dogs. I grew up surrounded by dogs and currently have two of my own. Over the years, I have pet-sat for neighbors and friends, and I always enjoy caring for and spending time with their pets. At college I am part of a club where we work with and volunteer at the local animal shelters. There are photos on my profile that highlight some of the events on campus I have volunteered at to raise money for the puppies at the local animal shelter. I do also have experience with horses. My experience has strengthened my passion for working with animals and reinforced my commitment to providing them with attentive, compassionate care. I currently have a lot of availability to be able to take care of your pets. I can board and attend to your pets any day of the week. I have a fenced-in backyard and two dogs of my own as well. I have a 10-month-old male English Bulldog and a 3-year-old female French Bulldog. They are both very friendly and love playing with other dogs. Addie seemed relaxed and in tune with Janice from the start. We had an introductory visit before our first drop-off where we could see that Addie felt comfortable and confident with Janice and her family. We could see from the photos that Janice sent that Addie was enjoying her time and getting to know the other animals (cats, dogs, sheep) that are part of Janice's home and farm. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. It meant a lot to us that Addie enjoyed her stay because she has a tendency to experience some separation anxiety, but she didn’t seem to have any that day. Janice has a gentle way with animals and is genuinely interested in how they feel and what they need. Addie received excellent care and loving attention during her visit.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since I was about 10 years old. I currently volunteer at our local animal shelter and have a dog of my own I rescued in college. I also rescued a cat when I was a bit younger and working in the foster system with cats. I would walk your dog using whatever harness/leash you prefer making sure their paws are safe and are well taken care of. My husband and I love to take them on long walks in our neighborhood. We live in a beautiful cul de sac neighborhood, with a beautiful large landscaped yard with plenty of room to romp around in. We also have a built in pool that we allow to swim in if owner is on board with that. All play activities are supervised at all times. Dogs are never left outside without myself or husband being present. All dogs that stay at least 7 days get a complimentary bath. We have always had dogs in our life. In addition to the rates. If your dog is picked up by noon the next day there will be no charge. Half day charge will be applied after that until 6:30 PM. After 6:30 PM next night charge will apply. Dogs can be dropped off between 8am-8pm.
About: I just got out of the Army after 8 years and had my best friend with me the whole way, a German Shepard named Mac. Sadly he passed about a year ago and I would love to have a new companion but I'm going back to school in the fall and need to focus on that. However, in the mean time I have the whole summer free to care for other's dogs. I live in a house with a large, fenced in yard and all the free time in the world.
