“Carolyn was a wonderful companion for my energetic border collie. They explored the hiking trails together and became best friends. She was always on time, reliable and highly professional. She genuinely loves dogs! I recommend her highly.”

About: Hi! My name is Ellie and I am a dog person. I grew up around big dogs, and have had years of experience taking care of other's animals as well. I grew up with cats and I love taking care of cats too! I currently have a rescue Saint Bernard named Winnie. I have had experience administering medication, vast puppy experience, and senior dog experience as well. I can promise a nurturing, loving environment and I treat all dogs in my care like they are my own. We have a dog-friendly fully fenced backyard, as well as a walkable neighborhood for daily walks. I currently have 6 chickens as well in a fully enclosed run and coop. If you have chickens that need caring, I am happy to provide that service as well! If your dog is staying at our home, I will ask that they are not aggressive and try to go after the chickens in their run. - Large fenced in backyard for playtime - Flexible and understanding service offerings - Comfortable with specific care requests I'm currently a full-time stay at home parent with a toddler. My schedule is highly flexible, as long as I can bring my toddler with me. For that reason, I will only be accepting clients that have child-friendly animals. My toddler will be in a carrier on my back and will not interact with your pup or kitty unless given explicit permission. I am open to weekends and holidays as well! I treat anyone’s home I am working in with respect, and make sure to “leave no trace” as much as it’s possible. I am happy to accommodate other household tasks during my visits/stays, including trash and mail.

“Jeremy has walked my dog a few times and from what I can tell, she enjoys walking with him. I get an update before and a photo with time and distance after the walk, which I appreciate. When my pup wasn't up for a walk, Jeremy stayed and played with her. He was also patient while helping me to navigate booking and rebooking, when my recurring schedule changed. Looking forward to future walks!”

Ellie G.
“Ellie is one of the most responsible, organized and compassionate people I have ever known. And she absolutely LOVES dogs! She and her husband have two of their own and are on the verge of adopting a Saint Bernard they've been fostering through a rescue organization. They bought a home in Colorado Springs in lieu of renting, in part, because they wanted to more easily expand their "fur family." She is seeking part-time employment so that she can devote the hours necessary to successfully complete her Masters in Social Work. She is an amazing human with a great big heart for all animals, especially those of the canine variety.”

Jeremy B.

“Jeremy has walked my dog a few times and from what I can tell, she enjoys walking with him. I get an update before and a photo with time and distance after the walk, which I appreciate. Looking forward to future walks!”

Sammi D.

Jackie B.
“I have known Jackie for 52 years, she truly and honestly is my best friend. Through all of her travels and adventures she has stayed true to her love, dedication and protection of all dogs. What you will learn and appreciate about her……is her attentiveness, knowledge and compassion towards all animals especially dogs. Her communication skills are strong and she has a fondness for dogs with special needs. Jackie is very patient with dogs and people and upon meeting her you will feel comfortable in her company and most importantly your fur family will fall in love with her. She loves the outdoors and walking in all kinds of weather, as long as it’s safe outside to do so. While working with Jackie you will not only feel your fur baby is in confident hands but you will realize you have also made a friend. She is the best!!!”

Meredith B.
“Meredith has watched my dog, Sadie many times and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a pet caregiver. Sadie is always so excited to see her and feels very comfortable with her. Normally, Sadie is very shy and gets nervous with new people, but she warmed up very quickly to Meredith. She treats my dog like her own and takes great care of her, so I would recommend Meredith.”

Hannah B.
“She was very easy to communicate with and set up time to come meet by dog before setting up a firm appointment. I have a miniature dashhound who doesn’t do well out of his normal routing and this was the first time someone he didn’t know took care of him. She was willing to drive out of her way to come and stay so he could be in an environment he knew and was very sweet and patient with him, giving him a lot of love and attention. She stayed in contact with me the entire time I was gone and said he did a very good job with her. Would definitely use her again and recommend!”

Madison D.
