Larry is simply amazing. From being professional to ensuring he is following your instructions and on time, I have been happy to use Larry multiple times, often on short notice which Larry is typically able to accommodate within an hour or two of when you requested he be there for your previous pups/pup. Still highly recommend this person as a professional dog trainer of over 25 years.
I just can’t say enough about Alora. She has become a member of the family in my two corgis hearts. It is so good to leave them with someone who truly loves animals and can give meds and special food needs when. Called upon. I already have her booked for her next stay!
Selina was outstanding! She took excellent care of our four cats, including one who needs insulin shots and pills. And when our flight home was delayed, she was amazing in working with us and providing coverage until we got home. We would definitely use her again!
I am extremely pleased by the excellent service the Lisandra provided in caring for my dog while I was out of town. She went above and beyond expectations with the drop in visits that she provided for my dog Nala. She not only fed her and took her out for potty breaks but also walked her and spent time playing with her during her visits. She was also very punctual and had great communication. She always let me know when she was here to take care of Nala and communicated when she was going to be a few minutes late. She put my mind at ease while I was away knowing that Nala was well taken care of. Thank you Lisandra, I'm so glad to have had you to care for Nala while I was gone.
Alba was amazing! I had to book last minute due to a medical issue with my dog. She not only provided all the care my dog needed, but also made sure to keep me posted and send me private photos. I looked forward to her notes every day, they cracked me up! Eevie could not have been in better hands while I was away! Alba even cleaned up a few dishes before heading out.. im so appreciative for that!
Dee and Tatiana are very kind, gentle people and they took wonderful care of our cat, Burly while we were on vacation. (Also watered plants and checked mail) They stayed longer than required each day and sent us photos and loving reports every day. Because of my incomplete planning, we bumped into each other on the last day, when we returned, and they took that day off the total cost, which they really did not have to do!!
Julia is the best! I was so worried to use rover initially because I am very protective of my kitties, but now I can enjoy being away without hesitation. She is very attentive and even our most shy cat has warmed up to her. Would highly recommend Julia to anyone!
