About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was little, whether that was taking care of our cats and dogs or watching a neighbors pet. I worked in the veterinary field for a couple of years and a technician so I am comfortable administering any medications. I am open to sitting dogs of all ages, I just ask that if they aren’t potty trained to please provide a kennel. I have a border collie who loves to make friends so we hope to see your furry friends soon! I am currently a PhD student here at the U of A. I do have classes and work during the weekdays but I am available after 5pm. On the weekends me and my dog take it easy and stay in. I do live in an apartment complex. There are two dog parks present in the complex if you would want me to take your pet to run some energy out (but totally understand if you would prefer no visits to the dog park). I am able to crate any pet that needs to be I just ask that you supply the crate since I do not have one at this time. I do have a 7yr old border collie who loves to meet new friends and is very patient with energetic breeds. I take her on a long walk at least once a day and will definitely take any pet I watch on a long walk too (a girl has to get her steps in).

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs and friends animals for at least 5 years with no issues. I’ve fed, walked, bathed, loved and snuggled many friends and family members animals as well as my own I am primarily a stay at home wife with a wide range of availability. We do take a few various trips throughout the year but I do my best to keep my schedule updated! I care for the pets at their own home as I find this easier on them being in their own environment. About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! About: I have a little one (chiweenie, 5 years) and take care of my mom's two (shitzu, mix terrier) when she goes out of town. Chalupa hangs with her cousins during the day and enjoys my mom's home. I enjoy walking, playing, feeding, and caring for dogs (teeth brush/brush/shower/etc.). Would love to go above and beyond for you and yours while you are out of town or need some extra help. I am currently a post-graduate student who is looking for additional opportunities to get ahead on loans. I go to the gym and park in my free time, usually 3-4 hours a day. I can transport large or small dogs if desired; I have a hatchback SUV, two small boxes for dogs to sit leashed in the car, or can have small dog on my lap while I drive - something I often do with Chalupa. I would prefer not to leave the house in a vehicle unless the dog park is a part of your routine and you have a crate I can transport larger dogs in. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my life. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop cleaned up and making sure things are cleaned up regularly like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up.

Jenn and Rio were very attentive to her and she seemed very happy with her stay, as exemplified in the photos and videos they sent and her happy disposition upon getting home. “We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”
