“Exceptional! Carly is a shy dog with others but because Sheila and David are such "dog people", they sent pics every day of Carly, peacefully laying on their laps! This was the first time ever boarding Carly and she is not used to having other dogs around her but, their own dogs, Mellow and Jaxon were well behaved and welcomed Carly. Mellow even shared his crate with Carly when she wanted a quiet place of "her own". The daily texts and pics were fun and welcome. Their home is perfectly set up for boarding multiple dogs if needed. The outdoor spaces are perfect! Plenty of shade and spacious enough to lounge or run around. I can't recommend Shiela and David more highly. If it is your first time boarding your fur-baby, and you are nervous about it, choose Shiela and David. You can rest assured that your baby, even a baby as shy as Carly, is well cared for with Shiela and David.”

About: I've had animals all my life, they've been a constant joy. I've worked with animals in a professional setting, as an assistant to a Professional Dog Trainer. While working with a Dog Trainer, I've interacted with many different types of animals (even their temperaments at times) such as different dog breeds and sizes, as well as cats. For dogs being trained, as well as those being boarded, I was responsible for feedings, any medications that needed to be administered, crating and uncrating dogs for bathroom breaks, cleaning of all outside kennels and inside crates, I also bathed and groomed dogs before they returned home. Other than dogs and cats, I'm also experienced in working with reptiles, rabbits, fish, etc. I am very careful and respectful to all animals and their environments and schedules. I've also done overnight house and dog sitting for friends and family. Outside of my resume, I truly love animals and enjoy meeting new furry friends. About: I have walked, fed, bathed, and taken care of dogs of all different breeds and ages. I have enjoyed all my experiences from short walks to sitting for several weeks! I just graduated from the University of Arizona and will not be starting my new job until August 2026, so I have plenty of free time during the summer to play and have adventures with all kinds of pets! We needed a last-minute sitter for our precious Pitbull, Oliver, during the New Year’s holiday, and Steve was incredibly kind, open, and flexible with the dates. It is clear from the start that Steve is a professional who truly knows what he is doing. He is deeply passionate about animals and treated Oliver as if he were his own, which we appreciate infinitely. He took Oliver to the park and managed his socialization with other dogs perfectly and he always sent pictures, what made me feel so much more comfortable being out of the state and keeping up with pictures every day of my baby; it’s impressive to see how he controls and cares for several pets at once while still providing personalized attention to each one.
