“Highly recommend! We use Josh for dog walks and couldn’t be happier. Our dogs LOVE Josh and so do we. He is extremely dependable, an amazing communicator, and treats our girls like their one of his own. One of our girls can be very reactive towards other dogs while on walks and Josh took the time to help with this. He was even able to include one of his dogs on a walk with our reactive pup after some training. The walk went great and we can see such a difference in our girls behavior for the better! We truly couldn’t ask for better care for our girls. 10/10!”

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life. From growing up with dogs, to working with them, they've always been there. I'm a formally trained groomer who has worked in various places around New England. My specially was working with puppies and dogs with anxiety. Both of those need extra patience and time to keep them safe, comfortable, and to make it the best experience possible. I've also worked for a doggy daycare, have done at home walks, and have a number of years experience with housesitting dogs of all ages. I'm a stay at home mom with two young kids, one in school, one will be going in the fall. We spend plenty of time in our yard, getting fresh air and sun. I have a large yard, unfenced, and a good sized home with plenty of space. There are stairs in the front to get upstairs, but no stairs by the backdoor, making it easy for dogs with mobility issues to come inside.

About: I've been caring for animals for about 3 years. I also work at a pet store. I work with dogs of all different types. I take care of dogs weighing in at 3 lbs to 230 lbs. I work with dogs who have anxiety and need help gaining confidence. I currently work part-time at a pet store. However, I am available most days in the morning and afternoons. I am also available most evenings as well. When I am with your pet, you can trust that they will be in good hands. I am trained in animal CPR and first aid.

In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific instructions. I keep a clean, secure environment and always ensure doors, gates, and leashes are handled carefully to prevent any accidents. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, making sure they feel comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I also provide regular updates so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and well cared for. My goal is to create a calm, familiar, and loving environment where pets feel at home.

About: I previously worked at a doggy daycare/kennel with hundreds of dogs, each of which had varying personalities . From this experience I have gained the skill of understanding that every dog requires different wants and needs, and I have discovered a love and passion of caring for such sweet animals. I’m currently a part-time worker, and would love to spend some free time caring for some puppies! My work flexibility changes weekly, but for the time being, I’m absolutely available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at any time! I am focused on making sure any dog I tend to is happy and sticks to a schedule they are comfortable with. It’s very important to me that I follow any instructions given, but also make sure to create a bond with the pup, as it makes the experience enjoyable for both of us. I can easily feed, take outside, give any needed medicine, and play for as long as they’d like!

About: I have been working with dogs in many different capacities for over 15 years! Dog sitting/walking has always such a fun way for me to engage with pups and have fun, I’ve also trained pets and professional K9! I have a very flexible lifestyle that allows me to provide the utmost care and attention to not only my own pack, but others that I’m taking care of. About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, I know how important your baby is, my goal is to give your dog safe and happy visits! I am currently on summer break for college so I have a mostly open schedule! I work some days at Aroma Joes and all my other time I am free. I always greet dogs slowly by letting them sniff my hand and get used to my scent, I have walked dogs since a kid and know how to handle dogs that pull.

About: Worked at a doggie daycare for 2 years under a dog trainer of 15 years. Walked a German Shepherd puppy for a year weekly and overnight stayed with him and his 3 older dog siblings lab collies and a boxer mix, also dog sat for a family with 2 mastiffs. enjoy spending time with animals creating a bond and going on adventures! Have had family dog for 12 years experience will all breeds and sizes of dogs. Want to make sure pets are living the best they can each day and getting some fresh air! Looking to make connections and new friendships, love to take puppies out and help with their social training and learning of the world. Can help puppies or older dogs work on basic commands. I have a flexible schedule and usually take my dog for a midday walk around 1 and could bring a long a friendly pup to accompany us. Being around animals is healing as well as rewarding for me. I’ll take care of them as if they are my own, and my pup loves to have a friend around as well.
