I left instructions, due to my dog having some issues. They seemed to follow them and hopefully he kept to his routine, which made it easier on them as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't be held back from not being invited into the house. In this day and age I would not want everyone I didn't know running in and out either. Xena and her assistant trainer Taylor were fantastic! They took very good care of our rambunctious boy Arthur. Our guy is 70lbs and still has a bit of a wild puppy energy and behaviors that would be too much for some. It wad a releif to know these ladies were able to handle him and take excellent care of him while we were out of town. Would certainly recommend them.
Thank you for this opportunity to express how my dog was cared for while I was on vacation. She didn’t adjust well at first and was having a difficult time with her separation anxiety. They worked with her they were patient, loving and caring. This is the second time that I have boarded here and the only place we will go. Definitely, definitely recommend daycare or boarding here.
This was my first time booking with Jim. I had a great experience. Jim had a meet and greet before the stay which made me feel comfortable to meet him and see where Finley would be staying. Jim watched Finley for three nights and took great care of him. He was very responsive and sent photo updates. I'll be booking with Jim again and would highly recommend him.
Megan to me she is the best, she care for my Ivry twice . Megan is very truthful and punctual ivry love her so much she’s even know her name by heart every time I say Megan she raise her head.
