I have been a real estate broker for 20+ years and am now a passive realtor. I plan to retire soon from the real estate industry. I do not sit fur babies in my home. If I sit for someone who doesn't have a fenced yard, leaches go on before going outside. If I have to leave for an hour or so, dogs are crated if the owner wants this or if I think it is needed.
