About: Let me provide you with peace of mind while you're away! I'm a licensed veterinary technician with many years of professional pet care experience. I began pet sitting when I was in high school, got my Bachelor's degree in zoology as well as my dog training certification, worked as a kennel manager for a boarding kennel after graduating college, then went back to school and became a licensed vet tech. Now I'm working part -time, which puts me in an ideal situation to offer some pet sitting services. I also have years of dog training experience, and I train and compete in dog agility in my spare time. As a former kennel manager and as a pet parent, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for your pets while you're away. I know that your pets are members of your family, and they deserve to be treated as such. I will care for your pets as I care for my own fur-babies. I can provide a safe, comfortable home-away-from-home for your dogs where they will get plenty of attention and interaction! My home includes 3 dogs and 2 dog-friendly cats. I have a fully fenced yard for the dogs. If your pet has any medical needs, I can provide them whatever they need. To provide the safest environment for your dog(s) as well as my own, I do request that your dog(s) be up to date on vaccines as well as flea/tick prevention and heartworm prevention before staying with us in our home. I also request that puppies be crate trained. As it has come up in the past, please be aware that I am NOT willing to use an electronic/shock collar on your dog while they are under my care. Please understand that I have a young child at home, and her safety is my top priority. For that reason, I can only board dogs that are child-friendly and gentle. If I believe that your dog(s) staying in our home will in any way cause a safety concern, I will decline the boarding request. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to contact me! *Holiday rates apply.* I'm currently working part -time at a local animal clinic, and I have availability to pet sit Fridays-Mondays. Longer stays can be considered on a case by case basis. I have a fully fenced, large yard at my home. I have friendly dogs who love to play, and I live on a quiet, low-traffic cul de sac if your dog enjoys leash walks.

About: I recently graduated college. I have had cats and dogs since childhood, and currently have two dogs. In fact, one of my two dogs came with me to college as my emotional support animal. I have cared for multiple different animals within my family, which has ranged from watching them to clipping their nails. I am my family's go to person. I look forward to meeting your furry friends! I am currently open anytime for playing with your animals. I do have my own animals which means I cannot stay overnight, but am more than willing to visit anytime you need to care for your furry friends. My dogs are out all of the time. They get food once a day and always have water. As for my family's animals, I abide by whatever rules they tell me. This is anywhere between putting the dogs in their crate when needed to letting them out.

I can also handle various home services which, by making it appear that your house is occupied, can be a crime deterrent. Choose the schedule and services you want, and I'll do the rest. Pet services include: Feeding Walks: 30 or 45 minute Brushing Administration of medicine Litter box cleaning Transportation to vet or groomer Overnight and extended stays Home services include: Watering plants Bringing in newspapers/mail Turning on/alternating lights Opening/closing blinds Carrying trash in/out I am a mature, experienced pet care professional, I make taking care of your pet a personal priority, providing the best care your fur babies deserve. It is the only job I have. I do not offer in home boarding at this time. Safety is number 1 when I am in your home or are taking your fur baby on walks.
