About: When my rather difficult but beloved rescue passed away in November 2024, I realized for the first time how integral dogs are to living a happy and healthy life. In April 2025, I decided it was time to add a new addition to my family, and I now have a 7 month old female German Shepherd, Pilar (who I'm pretty sure is a Golden Retriever trapped in a Shepherd's body). Pilar is the most friendly dog you'll ever meet, and she LOVES to play with other dogs. I am constantly searching for quality day care for her, and I find it's difficult to find someone who is truly reliable and provides safe, clean, and comfortable care. So I've decided to take matters into my own hands and invite pups into my home. When your dog stays with me, she's going to enjoy all of the comforts she's accustomed to at home. Whether that be napping on the couch, playing in the fenced-in backyard, or lounging at my feet while I work from home. I even have a couple of crates if you'd prefer your pup enjoy crated nap time. I've had pets my entire life and have plenty of experience with animals of all types and all personalities, including damaged rescues. I've been through extensive training with Pilar and am happy to apply the skills I've learned when working with your dog, as well. My main goal with providing this service is to create an environment where pups who really enjoying playing with each other can do so safely and comfortably while enjoying the kind of care they're accustomed to at home. Please note that I have a 10 year old cat, and while she knows how to hold her ground with dogs, I cannot accept any pups who don't tolerate cats or who would put her safety at risk. I work from home full-time so pet care is woven into the fabric of my daily routine. I can support hourly potty breaks and am able to take frequent breaks for walks, playtime, mealtime, potty time, snuggles, etc. I have a fenced in yard where dogs will be let out for supervised play and potty breaks. Depending on the time of year and your preference, I have a small doggy pool so that dogs can play in the water to release energy. Indoors, dogs are welcome on the couch and on the dog beds. During nap time, I can crate your pup if you prefer, or she can be loose. The only place that's off limits are my two guest bedrooms.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats for over 20 years, pets are my passion! I am also a former Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp Manager for a national chain and have extensive experience handling dogs, cats, and small pets of all sizes and breeds. I am currently accepting small and medium sized dogs for in house day care and overnight stays. I specialize in small and delicate breed types, not usually suited for kenneling or vet boarding. All fur babies will be treated as family members while here! They can sit on the couch, sleep on the bed, and watch TV with us just like at home. Some larger "gentle giants" can be considered on a case by case basis, just reach out. I believe pets are family! All pets in my care are treated with loving and gentle guidance using only positive reinforcement. All dogs will remain on leash the entirety of their walk. We have a fenced in area off the back patio for bathroom breaks with wood chips as ground coverage. No grass of any kind for the safety of those pets with grass and skin allergies.

I have a 3 year old dog named Ace who came to me as a puppy. I raised him and have trained him to be off leash, sit, stay, paw, and heel. (Basic commands) if you need assistance or would like for me to work with your dog in any training/ socializing way please reach out! Currently available anytime! Would love to have the ability to work with your animals and still have the time to give my animals the loving they deserve as well! I walk my dog every chance I get while working on any minor behavioral or fear based problems to insure my baby can live a full healthy happy life.

I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know their furry family members are happy and well cared for. I’m able to help out on Monday-Friday or Saturdays and Sundays. About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my life since I was young. Friends, family, significant others, and my own which entailed bathing, walking, training, feeding, and just going outside and playing fetch with them. My whole life I have been a major animal lover of all shapes and sizes, and I have years of experience to make you comfortable with me taking care of your pet. I make it my priority to spend as much time with my dog Sadie as possible, I bathe when necessary because she loves to be outside and makes a mess of herself I walk her, feed her, and take her to the dog park with me some days. I will do whatever you all would like to do when it comes to your fur babies if that entails crating when necessary I can, or giving your dog medication, I would love if you’d like me to take your dog on walks it’s always good for them to get as much exercise as possible, just know that when it comes to your pets I understand how important it is to be getting the proper care and I will make sure that will happen. I’m currently unemployed and I’m very much available right now, I would like to work more full time like Monday-Friday 8am-5pm I can also do boarding. I would ensure your dog is safe and well taken care of, monitoring the dog at all times is key and being aware of surroundings for the fur baby.

About: I’ve taken care of pretty much all kinds of animals in my life! Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, chickens… I’m a current dog mom to 4 pups. One of which is a cancer dog, so I’m very familiar with giving medication if need be. We also have a 1 year old puppy + are very refreshed on puppy life! I love any + all animals— they’re my “people”. I currently work mornings- 2pm ish Monday Tuesday and Friday so can come for afternoon walks/visits! I’m available Monday thru Friday. Available some weekends with prior notice if is suits. I have plenty of dog leash walking experience + can keep my eye on your pups! We love to host dogs in our home as it gives us the little bit of love to go around without the need of getting more of our own.

About: I’ve always had animals in my younger life from cats to dogs, and even though I only have a cat I continue to love dogs. My current housing situation allows me to share dog sitting and caring of his clients dogs (ages 9 months to 14 years) for the last ten years. Since then I have asked my neighbors for tending to the needs of their dogs be it from a 5 mile walk on and off leash to a 100 yard potty break in addition to giving medications. I’m currently working part time three days a week and an occasional Saturday, so I have the time to care and interact for your furry friend. I live in a neighborhood with easy access to the Rivanna trails and a road trip access to a farm with woods in Earlysville for running in fields. I also have a very tolerant cat who actually enjoys dogs staying with me because she’s learned that visiting dogs often get a treat she’s earned one too. My house has hardwood floors on the first floor throughout access to the carpeted lower level is through a door. The dog would have free range of the house while we were at home and unless he/she is accustomed to be crated.
