I was a little nervous at first but once we had the meet and greet with Jeff before confirming the stay I knew this would be the best place for my Betsy! Jeff was great at communicating before, after and during the stay. We got so many photos of how Betsy was doing. We had a bunch of thunder storms the week she was staying, Jeff did a fantastic job keeping her comfortable. He sent many updates and overall I felt confident that betsy was taken care of. When we picked her up she was so calm for the rest of the day. She had a great stay, and made so many few doggie friends! I would recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone! Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”
