About: I have taking care of pets for a long time without pay. I feel comfortable with them, I like to make them feel safe. I’m good with play time, feed, and senior care. I’m very responsible and I understand the importance of taking care your baby pup. I’m currently working part time, and looking to earn some extra cash while helping others and the baby’s. I love animals and I would love owner have freedom without worrying for their baby’s. At the moment can’t offer boarding service at my home, but looking forward in the future. If I stop at your I’ll make sure to know all the safety and security concerns to make sure the pup is safe.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I love going for walks with them and taking them for rides in my truck. I love finding new enrichment activities so they can use their brains in a different fun way. One of my favorite activities is to take them swimming I’m currently a domestic engineer with time to do drop in visits to your home. I am also available for dog walking weather permitting and house sitting on weekends and holidays. I will follow any directions and instructions you give for your animals and I will treat them the exact same way as I treat my own animals.

About: Being the youngest of 5 brothers and sisters, I grew up baby sitting and dog sitting for all my siblings. Which type? All types really - Pugs, Pit Bulls, Chihuahuas, Boxers, Wiener Dogs, plus a few more. Since he’s an only dog here, I enjoy Dr. Gonzo making new play mates, without the need to drive to the dog park. Plus, it can be a bit congested and it's open to too much randomness in my experience, I really do feel this is the best of both worlds. I also work from home and my work desk is facing the back patio yard, I'm 10 feet away from letting Dr. Gonzo out to play, run, potty.. etc etc. When my niece gets home from school, she too enjoys the company of new friendly pups. I have a 4 yr old toy poodle and a 6 month kitten. I am wanting to go back to training and become a veterinarian technician. I just recently moved to the states from the uk to be with my husband. I live and breath animals. I am currently out of work and so I am available to look after your loved ones at any time of the day. I also drive I have my own fur babies and they love other pets. Even though I am not offering boarding I will come to you and give your babies everything they need Currently working from home so I am available anytime to care for your pets, long walks, playtime at home, cat sitting, over night stays and check ins. Not providing boarding as of yet, but I have a car to come to you as often as needed and can sit over night if needed.

With a short notice Tayler was able to watch our chonky kitty, taco. We wanted to book someone that would be reliable and bond with taco immediately. Tricia was SO responsive both before and during our booking. We did a meet-and-greet and felt very confident leaving her to check in on our babies. Our crazy 50 lb dog is already a lot, but then he unexpectedly had dental surgery a few days before our trip. Tricia made us feel confident he’d be carefully watched and get all his meds in the six days we were out of town! She sent such thoughtful and detailed updates with every check-in, and always sent numerous adorable pictures of our pups. They were clearly happy and having a good time with her 😊 she even watered our flowers for us so they wouldn’t die in the Texas heat!! We hope we can book her again for our next vacation! 🐶🐶❤️
My booking was last minute and I wasnt able to get my usual sitter, however Heather saved rhe day. She did an amazing job with my babies! She made sure to keep in contact when she would be delayed even if by 1 hour. I really appreciated the open communication. The food area was clean and the litter box did NOT smell. Wonderful job! I will be using Heather again.
Jasmine did a great job handling our three dogs while we were out of town. She always arrived on the schedule we asked her to, provided their food/medicine when they needed them, and sent us pictures along the way. I would highly recommend Jasmine as your petsitter. We will use her again, she did a great job!

The peace of mind of having a reliable sitter who my dogs adore is priceless! I’m so thankful Dillan was willing to stop by and love on them while I was busy across the metro. In the past for these event days I felt guilty all day and rushed to and fro, but knowing Dillan would show up to love on them was such a huge relief. I don’t love leaving them all day but I may have to schedule them a little more often so my pups can see their favorite sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
