“Our dog was well taken care of with Anthony and his family. We could tell that she was happy when we picked her up, so happy that I don’t think she wanted to leave.”

“Nancy and her husband Scott are the nicest most caring couple! We always know our Gumbo is in good hands when he is there. They send multiple photos and videos and make us feel so comfortable. Gumbo comes home happy and sleepy from all his play time. I am a very happy repeat client !”
“Luis is great with dogs...and their human conterpart. I have large breed. She has separation anxiety. The first time I left her -back in June- she was panicked about my leaving. However, when I picked her up two days later, I was talking to Luis in the backyard and she was so super relaxed, running around his amazing property having a good time. This last time (November) she didn't panick so much about my lvg. He was honest & open that she showed signs of intial separation anxiety when I first was leaving, but quickly acclimated to having a relaxing time. When I picked her up this time, again while we spoke she was running off to the far back, like she wasn't even bothered if I was leaving. She really likes Luis and his place... as do I -her human ((; ChristaRuth. I'll be going to the area abt once a month now, and will use his great service. So many ppl don't know how to manage dogs. He is not one. Thanks again Luis!”

“Absolutely loved Blair! She definitely eased my worries as I am a first time user with Rover. She kept me updated with daily texts/updates about how our pup was doing and was super flexible with drop off/pick up!”

“Goose stayed with Patrick for 26 days and he loved it. Patrick sent us multiple photos and videos every day showing what they were doing and when goose was going to bed. Patrick took goose on daily walks which I just know he loved. This was the first time I’ve ever been away from goose and Patrick made it a wonderful experience. Definitely will be booking with him again!!”

“This dude is simply amazing ! Simple as that, help we last minute , communicated the entire time, took photos of my dog having fun. 10/10 will use him again as I'm always on the go for business”

“Laura was awesome. We have never left our Halo with anyone before( so my nerves were through the roof.) She sent multiple photos of our baby and really made me feel at ease. He even got along well with her two dash hounds. It’s safe to say if we ever need a sitter again and he e will definitely be going back.”

“Shawndra was a great sitter for Luka. He really liked her and I was pleased everything went good. It was one less thing I needed to worry about while I was away. She was the best and the communication was top tier”

“We had a last-minute boarding request around Christmas, and Newana and her family were incredibly kind and accommodating in accepting my German Shepherd. From the start, the coordination was smooth and hassle-free. Newana kept us at ease by sending regular updates and photos, and she made sure my pup got his walks and plenty of care and attention. It was clear he was comfortable and well looked after in a friendly, family-like environment. We’re very thankful to Newana for stepping in during a busy holiday time and taking such good care of our German Shepherd. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and easy-to-work-with host on Rover!”

“Janet and her BF were amazing sitters! They kept us updated everyday with pictures and videos. I will absolutely be using this service again in the very near future, and I don’t even think I will ever need to find a new sitter. She’s always gonna be my number 1 choice.”

About: I truly treat every pet like my own. I make it a priority to keep owners updated with regular messages, photos, and little notes so you always know how your fur babies are doing. I understand how important peace of mind is when you’re away, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. With over a decade of experience caring for dogs that need daily medication, I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and patient. I take time to play, comfort, and bond with each animal - not just to meet their needs, but to make sure they feel loved and secure. Just let me know how I can help! All summer I am FREE! During the school year I’m available for some Saturdays, all Sundays, and weekdays after 6-7 PM. I am a teacher! Whether you need an evening walk, weekend drop-in, or someone to spend a little extra time with your pets while you’re away, I’m happy to help whenever I can! When caring for pets in their own homes, I make sure they feel completely comfortable and loved while their owners are away. I follow each pet’s routine closely — feeding times, walks, medications, playtime, and cuddles — to keep everything as familiar as possible for them. I’m available for week day walks, drop-ins, and extended sitting, depending on what your pets need. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience giving medications to my own dogs (one of whom needs multiple meds daily), so I’m very comfortable administering pills, liquids, or injections if needed. Communication is a must for me. I will always let you know if something comes up, all I ask is the same from you! If we have clear communication from the start we will be just fine! Whether it’s walks around the block, belly rubs, backyard fetch sessions, or just sitting with them for comfort, I give every pet the same love and attention I give my own - Roscoe and Blue have taught me how much those little moments matter. My goal is always to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

We will definitely hope Melinda is available the next time we need a sitter. Highly recommend!!”

I can also stay the night at your house instead and take care of your pets as needed, with walks, feeding, medicine, and lots of cuddles.

We have ropes, balls, sqeaker toys, chew toys, treat toys, and interactive toys...plenty to play with! About: Hey! I’m a lifelong dog lover who’s basically never been without a dog by my side. I currently have a senior Chihuahua, so I’m very comfortable with the patience, slow paces, and extra attention that older dogs need. From administering meds to just knowing when a dog needs a quiet break, I’ve seen and handled it all over the years. Since I work from home, I’m here all day. Your dog won't just be "checked on", they’ll be my little coworker and have someone hanging out with them 24/7. Whether they want to curl up under my desk while I work or need frequent potty breaks, I’ve got them covered. If you’re looking for someone to give your fur baby love and attention 24/7 I am your sitter! I treat every dog I watch exactly like my own, with plenty of updates and photos so you know they’re having a great time while you’re away. Looking forward to meeting your pup! I work from home as a graphic designer, and I am home most weekends. If you have a pet that does not like to be left alone (like mine) let me know and I can adjust my schedule so I will always be home! I live in an apartment with an elevator for those senior dogs who are not a fan of stairs. There is lots of grassy areas for potty breaks, and miles of trails right outside my front door. For potty breaks, there is a fenced area or I can hand walk. Your fur baby will get lots of cuddles, and I have an array of enrichment toys. Dogs are allowed on any furniture in my home and will be treated like family!
About: I am new to professional pet sitting. I’ve always owned my own pets and care for them very well. I look forward to meeting you. I’m currently working full time from home. I’m more flexible at the end of the week during the day than the beginning of the week. I prefer specific instructions on how to properly care for your pet. Tell me what they need and I’ll get it done. Feel free to trust me.
About: Hi there! My name is Lauren. Some helpful things to know about me is that I have 5+ years experience in animal care. I've worked at animal shelters and as a manager at a pet daycare/boarding facility, I also have done pet sitting and dog walking on my own in the past. I've recently moved to the area and want to continue working with animals. I am responsible, reliable and will treat your pets as if they were my own. I love to send lots of updates and pictures so you know your pets are well taken care of. I have just recently moved to Alvarado and left my job at Operation Kindness Humane Society because the commute would of been too long. So my schedule is very open as of right now while I look for another job. I have a large yard, however it is not fully fenced. If you'd like for your pup to come to my house I would walk them to go potty. I also have 2 dogs that are dog friendly so if your pup likes to play they will get along great. My dogs are fully vaccinated and up to date all all shots and preventions. For your baby to stay with me I would need to see vaccination records, just to make sure everyone is safe and healthy. If you'd prefer me to pet sit at your home I am more than happy to do that as well and stay consistent with the daily routine you have with your animals. This is usually my preferred way, as it is less stressful for your animals to be in a familiar environment.
“Rochelle was absolutely amazing! She was willing to take Ivy in even though Ivy is completely blind and we requested our stay less than 24 hours in advance. She sent pictures and videos and I did not have to worry about Ivy being in her care. She has the perfect puppy palace set up in her home and Ivy absolutely loved it. Rochelle makes me wish I lived in the area so Ivy could hang out with her while I work, but unfortunately we were just passing through. If I ever find myself in the area again we will definitely be paying Rochelle a visit! I would recommend Rochelle to everyone!”

“It was so great to have Guinness with Arlene and her family. They took Guinness in as one of their own! So grateful for them. I was in town and worked early and long hours every day for a week. 💯”

“Lori was wonderful with our dog, Addie. She is very professional. We enjoyed getting the detailed daily updates. I would definitely book with Lori again and recommend to others.”

About: I have always been the go to pet care taker in my family and with my friends because of my love for animals. I treat every pet like they’re my own because I know how important it is watching over someone’s pet they love. I have a miniature dachshund Mamas and she’s 17. I have a mixed breed Sunny that we adopted and he’s now 8. A couple of years ago he was diagnosed with Lupus. It’s been a tough journey for him but we have given him the proper treatment and care he needs. I give him medication everyday so I have experience with medicine! I’m currently working part time so I have open availability! I’m extremely flexible and make it easy for you and your pet. Thank you for thinking of me! I have a fenced in yard for my doggies, that way they are able to roam and sniff all they want. My senior dog loves to sun bathe while my other one likes to play with his toys.

“Lorie, was delightful my golden retriever just seem to love her! So you take him for a nice long walk and he was super rested for the rest of the day I will definitely use Lori again!”

About: I’m a retired educator and animal lover with the time and flexibility to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care. While I’m newer to professional pet sitting, I’ve cared for my own animals for years, completed two long-distance puppy transports from DFW to Charlotte and Los Angeles, and have repeat sitting experience with my cousin’s two dogs. I understand how important it is to have someone dependable and patient caring for your pets and home. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that means walks, playtime, quiet companionship, or extra cuddles. I’m also comfortable giving basic medications if needed. What sets me apart is that I have the time to truly focus on your pets and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I also believe good communication matters, so I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos for peace of mind. I’m retired, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to caring for your pets. Because I’m home most of the day, your pet would receive lots of attention, companionship, and supervision rather than being left alone for long periods. I can easily work around your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, or quiet time. My goal is to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed by keeping their routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. I understand that trusting someone with both your pets and your home is a big decision. I will always treat your home with respect and care while making your pet’s safety and comfort my top priority. I pay close attention to routines, instructions, and any special needs to help pets feel secure and stress-free in their familiar environment. I’m dependable, calm, and attentive, and I believe in keeping owners updated with regular communication and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away.

“Our dog was well taken care of with Anthony and his family. We could tell that she was happy when we picked her up, so happy that I don’t think she wanted to leave.”

“Jill was very easy to work with! She took extra care of our dog over the 4th of July weekend. She was very accommodating with our schedule & we are very grateful for her! Will definitely use Jill again!”

“Our pupper seemed to have a great time with Kaci and her dogs. Kaci kept me informed throughout the visit and was willing to do a meet and greet before the visit. Would recommend!”

“Evangelina is amazing! She was so great with updates and pictures. She had extra patience with our puppy. This was our first time leaving our pit and rottie with anyone and she really gave us so much peace of mind. We were able to enjoy our vacation and know our babies were being well taken care of. If she will have them back we would love to use her again in the future. As a fellow Rover sitter I can confidently say, she is a great choice!!!”

“Perfect hosts for us and our dogs! It's the first time we've used Rover, but I'm so glad we did. From the very beginning, they made us feel completely at ease—great communication, very attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. A special mention to Jessica, who has her own bakery/pastry business—she even gifted us some of her products, and they were absolutely delicious. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and genuinely caring hosts.”

“Thanks for providing such good care of my baby. I especially enjoyed the many photo updates you sent us. I was nervous, as this was the first time he stayed with a stranger and other dogs, but you made us feel comfortable with the updates. I felt that my Coco was well taken care of and definitely recommend you to others.”

“Randa and Phil were amazing! This was the first time our little girl spent time with them. We communicated via Rover messenger. They kept us updated with our fur baby and even sent us pictures! Our little girl loved their large grassed back yard. She was well taken care of over the days with them. Thank you Randa and Phil! Highly recommend!”

“Spencyr was an amazing communicator and made us feel so at ease while our pups were in his care. He was very friendly and handled our hyper husky so well. We will be using his services for all of our future pet sitting needs!”
