“Winston comes home from Renee’s house happy and sleepy. Her home and yard are great for a lower-energy dog. She also made sure to update me on his first day, which helped my peace of mind!”

“This was the first time using someone to watch my 5 mo old puppy. So glad to have found Linda! Grace was well taken care of and came home exhausted after a day of play.”

“Ashley is very good with my dog. I love the home environment for my pet. Communication with Ashley is great. My pet seems to be very happy with Ashley”

“Libby walked right in like she was visiting family and seemed very happy at the end of her visit. I could tell she enjoyed herself. I really appreciated the good care she received from Susan!”

Their care is our #1 priority. We have scheduled meal times and always ensure fresh water is available. We also take time to make sure they have plenty of exercise and fun. “Bianca was great with my extremely timid Miniature Schnauzer, Sophia. I adopted my now seven year old just before the pandemic hit so she's not used to being away from home; and, before adoption, she was essentially a puppy mill momma. Suffice it to say my girl isn't a people person (not aggressive, just timid) but loves to meet dogs. Bianca introduced her to her two adorable Shih Tzus plus two bigger dogs that were there that day with no problem and she got to explore the fenced back yard. Bianca sent me a photo of Sophia chilling (she decided to hang out in a large crate with the door open and went in and out as she felt comfortable). I'm sure Bianca could have snapped a picture of her outside and acted as if Sophia was really whooping it up; I appreciate the honesty and, because of that, feel comfortable with her taking care of my dog later this summer when I'll be out-of-state. I recommend Bianca for trustworthy care of your critter.”

“Megan did a great job watching our pup. She sent lots of pictures and kept us updated while we were gone. Harley was EXHAUSTED when we left, which is always a great sign. Will definitely use her again.”

About: Hi! I’m an experienced dog owner and lifelong dog lover who has raised and trained my own 4-year-old chocolate lab from puppyhood. I provide a safe, structured, and loving home where your dog will be treated like family. I’m a teacher and am home full-time during the summer, so your pup will get plenty of attention, including daily walks, playtime, and enrichment. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all ages and can administer oral medications if needed. Dogs staying with me must be friendly, as they’ll be spending time with my well-socialized lab who loves having a buddy around. Dogs are welcome on furniture to feel at home (just not on beds). Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority, caring for them just like I do my own! I am home during the summers, as I teach during the school year! This allows my schedule to be flexible and provide your pet with frequent bathroom breaks, outside time, walks, and play time! Your pet will be welcomed into my home and treated like a family pet during their stay! Pets are allowed on furniture, but I request that they not sleep on the bed. I have beds that I can provide for them as an alternative sleeping area. My yard is fenced in for ease of bathroom breaks and time spent outside, but will likely be accompanied by me as I will likely be home during the majority of your pets stay. If your pet tends to get curious when left alone, I ask that you provide a crate for them to be put in when I have to run out of the house during your pets stay. I am pretty flexible and happy to accommodate your pet’s needs during their stay!
About: I am an English teacher and I have summers off! Dogs or cats, or lizards! I would love to spend it with your furry friends! I can spend all day with your special friends! My apartment has a dog wash station, and a great walking space and with some trails! I have worked with large and small animals and I am able to walk and play with them all day! I love to cuddle them!
“Great experience. She was flexible with our arrival and departure times, as we were running behind for both. Dog seemed quite happy when we picked her up. Would absolutely use Sarah's service again. Thank you.”

“Leeann was very friendly and took excellent care of my princess. Communication was great and I got tons of pics which gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Libby is the best! She does such a great job with Bo and he loves going to see her. She gives regular updates, takes him to the park and on hikes, and is very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Shelby was WONDERFUL with Wren & Clover. Patient, flexible and fun! They had happy faces when I picked them up at the end of the day and Shelby provided photo updates for me so I could see how comfortable and happy they were at her house. I was moving that day, which is already so stressful and it took a huge weight off my mind to know my babies were being tended to with such sincere care. I highly recommend Shelby and her sweetie dog, Soma.”

“She said he did wonderful. She took great care in all his needs & wants. Very dependable. Love the pics & communication through the day. Already booked again. Thank you”

About: I've had one or more dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. I currently have a senior red heeler that I rescued 8 years ago. Not only have I grown up taking care of my own dogs, as an adult I dog sit quite regularly for friends. I do work from home, which affords me the opportunity to take breaks to interact with and toilet my heeler and any other dog we have visiting, on their schedules. I work from home, so Monday thru Friday, I rarely leave my home, except to take the dog for walks. I may go away in the evenings, during the week, for a couple hours, but that's rare. I do tend to be more active on the weekends, doing my grocery shopping and running other errands, as well church on Sundays, and an occasional brunch. I do have a fenced in back yard as well as a senior red heeler (as stated earlier). My heeler doesn't really pay much attention to other dogs, and seems to prefer the company of humans. That being said, he gets along great with other dogs.

About: I work remotely, which means I’m home a lot and able to give pets real attention throughout the day, not just quick check-ins between errands. I’ve been a dog owner since 2009, and while my two dogs sadly passed away a few years back, that long experience really shaped how I understand routines, personalities, and all the little quirks that make each pet unique. I usually keep things crate-free so dogs can relax and feel at home; they’re welcome to lounge on the couch, their bed, my bed, or wherever they choose, and I want them to feel like they’re just hanging out in their second home. If your pup is crate-trained or prefers a crate routine though, I’m totally happy to stick with that too. I focus on keeping pets comfortable and sticking closely to their normal routine, whether that’s walks, playtime, meals, or just hanging out and keeping them company. I’m pretty used to everything from energetic zoomies to picky eating to strong opinions about walk routes, so I try to meet each pet where they are and make them feel at home. I also keep pet parents updated with regular photos and messages so you’re never wondering how things are going, and can relax knowing your pet is being well cared for (and probably a little spoiled). Working from home gives me a lot of flexibility to fit pet care naturally into the day; walks, feeding, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout. Most pets are rarely left alone for long periods, which can be especially helpful for dogs that get anxious or just like having company. Overall, I try to keep things steady and predictable for pets, since they tend to do best with routine; regular walks, meals, playtime, and companionship built into the day so they feel comfortable and cared for. I offer flexible pet care in both my home and the client’s home, depending on what works best for each pet and their routine. In my home, pets are treated like part of the day-to-day household in a calm, pet-friendly environment where they can relax, play, and settle in comfortably, with consistent routines for feeding, walks, rest, attention, and plenty of time for play and companionship so they feel at ease and not bored. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping everything as familiar and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their normal routine and following any specific instructions, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and anything else that helps them feel secure, while also making sure they get plenty of one-on-one attention so they still feel cared for while you’re away. If I’m house sitting, I also help keep things running smoothly by bringing in mail, watering plants, and making sure everything stays secure, and I always provide regular updates with messages and photos so you know how things are going. Since I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, I’m able to accommodate midday check-ins, overnight stays, and longer care periods, and I’m also pretty adaptable if anything changes last minute. My goal is simply to make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for the whole time.
“Mallory was great! We needed a sitter for our new rescues first time in doggy day care, and I am so happy to have found Mallory! She sent photos throughout the day and took good care of our pup while we were away for the day.”

Creston dog parents share their Rover experiences
Daphne gave our puppy,Roux, a fun day full of outings. She took her the dog park, the trails and the beach! Roux also got on very well with Daphne’s dog, Maggie. Roux had such a great time, I had a hard time getting her to leave 😂 Will definitely be booking with Daphne again!

Mallory was great! My two small dogs stayed with her for the day when I had to go out of town and were happy and relaxed when I came to pick them up. She was flexible, easy to communicate with and super sweet, they basically cuddled all day. I recommend her and will book again.

We had a great experience with Remi! She went above and beyond from the very beginning by offering to meet our anxious puppy ahead of time. She kept us updated with photos, which we really appreciated. It was clear our puppy was happy, well cared for, and getting plenty of attention. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and caring sitter!

Joshua was a great sitter for my dog Blu. He was very communicative throughout the day, and responded very quickly whenever I’d reach out. I felt very reassured that Blu was in good hands whenever he was with Joshua. Joshua was also very kind and understanding with last minute changes in my drop off and pickup times. I would absolutely rebook with Joshua and recommend him as a dog sitter.
