I pride myself on dependability and transparency. I foster for the Humane society and have done so for the past few years on and off. I have cared for and treated a range of behavioural and medical issues through their volunteer program. I started working with Rover on October 12th 2021, have dozens of repeat customers (Im not only on Rover) and really enjoy getting to know all the various pup-personalities out there. This has expanded into a fully insured business: Promised Petcare. Check us out on FB for more reviews :) I thoroughly clean in between bookings -Mop. Steamclean. Launder linens. I have no carpet in my household. Multiple animals from separate households meet the following conditions- 1: Consent from everyone involved 2: The animal has been previously socialized with animals from outside its own home 3: The animals are roughly the same weight/size/ or energy level (If I have another booking that overlaps with your dates, I may need some extra time to confirm with the other pet owners). With notice I am available any day of the week, and most times ( Note: I currently have some regular walks around noon in the Rockford area).

Mallory was great! My two small dogs stayed with her for the day when I had to go out of town and were happy and relaxed when I came to pick them up. She was flexible, easy to communicate with and super sweet, they basically cuddled all day. I recommend her and will book again.

Mallory has watched my cat several times and always does a great job. She sends me updates and pictures and I come home to a healthy cat. She is always willing to do a quick meeting beforehand to get the keys and go over anything that has changed since the last time she watched him. Even if there’s a snow storm, I know she will make sure she gets to my cat to check on him and give him lots of treats!

Schedule
I work from home as a 1099 worker, as well as morning/noon walks in the Rockford and East Beltline area (negotiable rates if you're within 5 miles of a current walk) with some repeat customers. I have a flexible schedule, even with my walks so I can usually meet any scheduling needs with proper notice.

Safety, trust & environment
I make a point to follow instructions and preferences meticulously. Needs are met on an intentional schedule. Water at all times. Food first thing when I get up, follwed by a short walk. I do a longer walk in the afternoon/evening. I have a lot of supplies (blankets, toys, leashes, a spike tie-down rated for 120lbs, a large crate) but feel free to include anything your pet is used to for their stay!

A typical day
I love taking your pet around to expel all that energy. However, I am observant enough to know when a lot of walking isn't what your pet needs, whether it's due to age or a medical issue.. I will do my best to make good choices for your pet and reach out when I am not confident! My yard is nearly an acre and I have a small trail in the back treeline for exploring. It is not fenced in. I love to play fetch/games and mentally challenge the animals in my care to provide them a great experience during their time with me.
