Meet Roger Roger has cared for his own dogs throughout his entire life—from bouncy puppies to beloved seniors. He’s also helped care for pets belonging to family and friends, often taking on full household responsibilities while they traveled. This hands on experience has taught him how to build trust quickly with animals and maintain a calm, dependable environment. Roger currently works full-time for a medical supply company from 4 PM–1 AM, so he’s available for morning, early-afternoon, and weekend care. Meet Amy Amy has owned and cared for both dogs and cats for many years. She’s experienced with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and needs, and she always brings patience and empathy to every furry friend she meets. Her schedule is Tuesdays and Saturdays, 6 PM–4:45 AM, which complements Roger’s availability and gives us plenty of flexibility to meet your scheduling needs. I currently work full-time for a medical supply company from 4 PM to 1 AM, Tuesday through Thursday and friday 20m-11pm and Saturday noon to 8:30pm I’m available for pet sitting outside of those hours, including mornings, early afternoons, and weekends. My fiancé and I are in the process of starting our own pet care service, and Rover is a great opportunity for us to connect with pet owners in the community. Amy works Tuesdays and Saturdays from 6 PM to 4:45 AM, and her schedule complements mine, allowing us to offer flexible and reliable coverage for your pet’s needs. We will always use the tools, supplies, and routines you provide to ensure your pet stays comfortable and consistent in their environment. We respect your home and will only handle items you haven’t specified if it’s absolutely necessary such as cleaning up after your pet, ensuring their safety, or maintaining a clean and healthy space for them. About: Growing up in South Africa, going on safari was a significant part of my culture, and my love for animals has been ingrained in me from a young age. After the loss of my beloved 20-year-old cat, I found joy in walking and playing with a neighbor's Husky, helping to fill that void. Currently, I don't have any pets of my own, so your furry friend will be my top priority and cherished companion until you return. I moved to the mountains five years ago and work primarily from home, allowing me to provide plenty of attention and care. I am very hands-on, with a wealth of love to give, and I have a natural knack for connecting with animals. My cat used to snuggle with me every night, and I can't wait to welcome more little fur-balls into my life to cuddle. My standard nightly rate includes up to 2 pets. In addition to my passion for animals, I have completed a cat and dog CPR certification course through the Red Cross, ensuring that I am prepared for unexpected situations that may arise. I also hold my own liability insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, separate from Rover's insurance, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in my care. Furthermore, I have successfully passed an enhanced background check by a third-party provider. Animals are my passion, and I feel incredibly grateful to live in the mountains, surrounded by all the beautiful wildlife. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member/s! Pets need love, security and re-assurance when their human parents are on vacation. That is why I prefer to house sit. I can also just drop in for feedings and walks if you are more comfortable with that. I will treat your fur babies with love and respect and give them lots of play and cuddle time! About: I've loved animals ever since I was a little kid. I grew up with dogs and have 3 senior rescues at home who still act like puppies. In 2020 I began my journey with cats when I adopted my rescue cat Pams. She is now 6 years old and still thriving alongside my dogs and her new kitten brother. About: I have had about 4 pets in my lifetime and have taken care of my mom and sisters pets since I was small I take them to the doctor and for walks at the moment im not working and have most of my days available in short notice I have a big yard but can also take them out for walks in the street I have a big yard and have a big car to fit and transport your pup if it has a doctors appointment if need or for any transportation

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs my whole life. I can help your puppy be the best version of themselves; I can take great care of your senior dog too. I’m a pro At popping pills in their mouth or giving supplements to any kind of oral medication. I’m currently a stay at home dog auntie so if you need me I’ll be there. Me and Louise go for coffee and other short walks throughout the day, so it will be nice to have someone to take along for the ride or for Louise to play with. I have a fenced yard and two extra crates under our covered patio so there’s that. I can also run your fur child for a coffee/potty break if that’s what they need. Whatever they or you need I’m there. Currently I’m not working so I provide a constant care environment for your pets. It is always a pleasure for us (Louise and I) to have a new pup over. I have a fully fenced backyard and I love to have your pups over. I hang out under the covered patio all day with them. That’s what my house is like. Especially because we have an unfenced pool and it’s only happened once but it did happen; one pup fell in and had to be rescued, I jumped in and got him out. No big deal.

About: I grew up with a spunky black lab who lived to be 16 years old. Now I get to live with my sibling and my dog-niece who I also hope lives a long, healthy, happy life! We've been housemates for a few years now. Gently combing her curly hair is my favorite. I have an adaptable flow where I can give a pet activity if they are young and need it, or take it easy if they are older. I work with a flexible schedule from my laptop between Salt Lake County and Utah County, so I can adapt to your needs too! I like to first ask what schedule or routine your pet is used to and see how closely I can match that and their temperament. I'm used to an easeful morning, getting sun during lunch, and then some other kind of outing later in the evening even if it's just a walk. I like to try to make it to a team meeting Thursdays and Fridays in Salt Lake. I can time it so I'm not gone for long, or I can reschedule meetings depending on the circumstances, commute, animal temperament, etc. I'm happy to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I'm in a condo so I'll limit my boarding services to one pet at a time. If it's possible for me to come to you and get acquainted with your pet before overnight stays, I'd prefer that for more easeful transitions. If you come to my place, my apartment complex has green spaces and waste bag dispensaries distributed throughout the property where I walk my dog-niece in the evening. But during the day the dog is away with my sibling and I'm all alone. So your pet will have my attention. I'll ensure pets have their own separate, undisturbed sleeping space. If I come to your space, then of course your pet will be most familiar and cozy.

I’ve looked after small Chihuahuas to big Rottweilers, from ages 13 and under. I’m currently taking online community college courses on Mondays and Wednesdays. I’m available all day on weekends and weekdays to look after your amazing dogs! I think it’s best that a dog stay in their own environment so they can feel more comfortable. I will follow the rules you give about your house and pets to make sure they feel safe and your house stays clean and secure.

About: My family had puppy dog named Hazel who we had for about 3 years. I used to play fetch with her in the backyard when I’d come home from school when I was around 10. I’d help with baths, walking her, my mom taught me how bring her inside when I was home alone doing homework, she behaved great and protected me well. A few years later, she passed from choking while eating something that I think had a bone in it and that was the first experience of heartbreak/loss. A few years after that, I adopted my current pet cat on my birthday, Ace, who I love so much. I’ve always loved animals and give pets to dogs whenever I have permission to, my best friend has many dogs so when I go over her house, I get all the cuddles and get drooled on, which I’m used to at this point. I love watching dog training videos and educating myself as I get older so when I finally get a dog again, as an adult, I want to be prepared and educated on how to protect their health, feed them properly and keep them safe with proper nutrition, exercise and training. I would personally love to get myself a Doberman or German Shepherd (Like Hazel was). I often go to my aunts house who has multiple chunky french bulldogs and help her in anyway I can, I enjoy how sweet dogs are and would love to help do any training techniques you’d love your little doggo to be working on while you are away. I am also in the process of my goal of losing 100lbs! So this helps me get the exercise I need while doing something I’m passionate about! Weekday and Weekends for now, preferably during the Morning & Afternoons on Weekdays and anytime as long as there is a day notice beforehand so I can clear my schedule just for your pet.
