About: I love animals and enjoy meeting new friends and would enjoy watching your doggy when you can't. I have owned or cared for Poodles, Tibetan Spaniel, Toy Fox Terrier, Whippet, Havanese, Pit Bull mix, Golden Retriever, and others from the long list of dogs. I also have owned several cats and have cared for cats including giving them medicine. Please feel free to ask any questions. I homeschool my kids and also do childcare, so I enjoy a chance to get out of the house alone. Getting paid to exercise is bonus! I treat my client's pets like I would want my pets to be treated. I also treat their house the way I would want someone to treat my house. I follow directions and ask questions if I don't understand the instructions. My moto is to leave a space better than I found it. If that means taking a few more minutes to clean up a mess that a pet has made than that is what I will do.

About: Hi! I’m MacKenzie, your pet’s new best friend and part-time squirrel scout. While I might not have a fancy pet-sitting degree, I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, and my own dog (a.k.a. my four-legged child) has taught me plenty—especially about basic training, reactivity, and the art of treating every leaf like it’s a masterpiece. I’m also a pro at giving meds and following care instructions to a T, so your pet’s routine won’t miss a beat. Plus, as an avid hiker, I’m more than happy to take active pups on day hikes for a little extra adventure! I get that every walk is a big deal, every squirrel is a personal nemesis, and if there’s a cat involved, they’re probably running the household. And yes, I’m here for my own steps too, because walking is my therapy! I'm currently in between full-time jobs, so I have ample flexibility for pet care throughout the week—perfect for midday walks, medication administration, or just dropping by to say “hello”! If your pet lives more than 30 minutes from Petersburg, they should be comfortable being home alone for up to 8 hours once I return to full-time work. For now, my schedule is wide open, especially on weekends! Routine is important to me, and it’s no doubt important to your pets! My primary goal is always to limit the amount of change, so feeding and potty break times will be strictly adhered to. If there’s valuable training you’ve worked hard to implement, it won’t go to waste! Don’t be shy about letting me know exactly which cues and commands to use, and any other little personality quirks I should know about.

About: I've had all different types of animals my whole life from pigs, birds, and reptiles to dogs, cats, and fish. I have 5 years of vet technician experience and will insure your four pawed family members will be safe, healthy and loved in my care. I have an open schedule; morning or night and have no problem with being flexible to anytime or day you may need your four legged loved ones! I have free range chickens and turkeys and three lovable fur balls who always have a massive yard to play in and explore. I have a snake who also enjoys lounging around outside while everyone's playing and exploring! Everyone gets food and clean water every couple hours. (Treats included of course!)

About: I have a few dogs at my house already but I've also been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I used to volunteer at rescues. My family also has many pets and farm animals I help take care of these include fish, hamsters, and budgies. I'm currently in college right now studying life science but I have plenty of free time. About: A dog is truly Mans Best Friend. I do have a kind heart, and I love for animals. I would treat your baby as my own. I have been around animals for the most part of my life. Just this past year two my dogs (Shakee Biton age 15 and Casper Coton de Tulear age 16.5) have crossed over to the rainbow bridge. Snowball (Bichon age 17) is still with me and just loving fife. Snowball loves going for car rides to the local country store for a hotdog. She also loves her daily neighborhood walks. She has 27 sister Hens, tow Roosters and for baby chicks. I administered all oral medications for my animals. I have open availability. I just recently left my job to work for myself. With the experience and love I have for animals I feel that I am where I need to be. I have four acres that is fenced in. About: I grew up with lots of animals and have plenty of experience. I have experience with senior animals. I have some experience in dog training as I trained my Labrador Retriever as a puppy in doggie obedience school. My Lab is now currently a senior doggie. We breed and raise pedigreed Mini Rex, and pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies for showing and pets. My husband also has experience working with a vet some years ago, as well as experience in dog breeding. I homeschool a preteen and teenager. I'll be able to look after your pet so he or she will not have to stay crated all alone at home. Can provide frequent potty breaks for your pets. Our dogs stay on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. We do have some caged pets but they will be in a separate part of the house during boarding 🙂
