“Shelly is wonderful and did a great job of taking care of our pups. Extra care was needed and Shelly was amazing and had resources to help. Absolutely recommend Shelly for taking great care of the pets!”

“Can’t say enough great things about the care that James C. & wife provided to our elderly dog while we were on vacation. They were willing to take Apollo at the last minute when our previous boarding reservations fell through. Our dog had recently experienced a spider bite with subsequent need for wound care & medication. Couldn’t have asked for better care due to their knowledge & experience. They provided updates & readily responding when we had questions. Would highly recommend!”

“Rachel was great with Aspen. Her dogs and Aspen became fast friends very quickly. I received so many pictures it was delightful! When I ran out of time to bring Aspen to her, she was out not so far away and picked her up. Then was headed my way anyway, so returned her after I returned. Aspen will be very happy to go back as needed.”

“This is Finn's 2nd time going to Melody & Matthew and he absolutely loves it. They make him feel welcome! He loves having other dogs to play with. Melody keeps me updated with pictures and quick replies. When a situation arise, she quickly notified me. He is wore out for the next couple of days after visiting with them.”

“Wonderful sitter. Responded quickly which really helped me in an urgent situation. Sent tons of pics and I could tell my puppy had a ton of fun. Definitely recommended.”

About: We love pups and have been pet parents for most of our lives. We firmly believe every dog deserves to be spoiled rotten and treated like a prince or princess! I’m currently in school and spend a lot of time at home studying in between classes. My husband is retired and is around the house all day. Providing attention and care for pets is already part of our daily routine and is easily incorporated into our activities. Your pup will be able to have free access to the downstairs of our home. We have pet gates in place to keep them in an area where they will be safe and have plenty of room to relax on a pet bed, couch, or in one of our laps!

About: I have 7 years of experience taking care of dogs. This includes outside dogs, inside dogs, crated dogs etc. I have experience taking care of puppies as well as senior dogs. I am currently doing full time online college, this has given me the opportunity to spend more time at home and focus on pet care! I currently do not have a fenced in back yard, to accommodate for this I walk dogs every two hours to ensure they get enough outside time! I also have a crate for any pups that use one.

About: What sets me apart is the presence and care I bring to every interaction. With 15+ years of hands-on experience across a wide range of animals—dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs—I’m not just pet sitting, I’m attuning. I notice the little things: a shift in behavior, a need for extra cuddles, or when it’s time to give space. My calm, loving energy helps animals feel safe and understood. I don’t rush through visits—I show up fully, giving your pet the same patience and warmth I give my own. As a homeschool mom with a flexible schedule and a peaceful home environment, pet sitting fits naturally into my life. I’m home most of the day, which means your pet gets consistent attention, companionship, and care—not just quick check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, and it brings joy and balance to our rhythm at home. Whether it’s daily drop-ins or extended stays, I have the time, space, and heart to give your pet the presence they deserve. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my approach is rooted in calm, attentive, and loving presence. In my home, they’ll enjoy a relaxed, pet-friendly environment with plenty of snuggles, play, and quiet time—whatever makes them feel safe and happy. If I’m coming to you, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, respecting their space and energy. I treat every animal like family and always follow your instructions with care and attention to detail. We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of walkable sidewalks.

“There aren’t enough words to explain how wonderful Yvette was with our dog Peanut. She truly LOVES what she does and I am so thankful to now have our new “go to” sitter for Peanut! No more anxiety about traveling because of no one we trusted to care for her! THANK YOU, YVETTE!!! You are amazing!!!”

“Jennifer was great! She gave updates about Winston’s stay and even made inquiries about his personality. When we thought we needed to stay a day longer, she was willing to keep him longer.”

“Dayan and Ashley were great with Harley! Their family was very comforting to her and made sure to make her feel at home. They were very communicative about how Harley was doing and sent pictures daily. We really appreciate how well they took care of our doggo.”

“This is Mary’s second time watching my Lab and she is such a gem. Great photos and great communication whenever I ask for it. I look forward to booking with her again. Great care and love for my dog. Thankyou Mary!”

“Rachel took care of our elderly dog with such love and affection that my dog didnt want to leave! She kept me informed of my dogs progress with settling into her stay which eased any worries I had. She was very easy to work with.”

“Maira is amazing! She was a lifesaver for me when I was in need of a sitter for my dog, Baylee. The day before my wedding, Baylee (who has epilepsy) was having seizures and I had scheduled to board her at my vet, but the vet was hesitant to keep her in the condition she was in because they didn't have someone there 24/7 to watch her. My close friend got in touch with Maira who was willing and eager to watch Baylee for the next week while I would be gone on my honeymoon, even with her possibly having more seizures while there. Baylee had a seizure almost immediately after arriving at Maira's, but Maira was calm and handled it with ease, soothing Baylee until she was able to get up and walk. Throughout the week Maira updated me and my family members frequently with pictures and texts, reassuring us that Baylee was in good hands and doing well. As much as I hated being away from Baylee, words can't express how grateful I am for the care and love Maira constantly gave to Baylee. She treated and spoiled Baylee as if she was her own, and that's all any dog mom/dad could ever want or ask for! I 100% recommend Maira to anyone in search for a sitter, she will be my #1 choice in the future for pet sitting! :)”

About: Hi there! My name is Dana, and I'm an experienced dog lover providing dog sitting and boarding services. What truly sets me apart is my personal journey with dogs. After overcoming a childhood fear, I've spent the last 9 being owned by a Standard Schnauzer. My love for my own dog inspired me to learn everything I could about canine behavior, communication, and safety. I even worked closely with some local trainers to ensure I was providing the best possible environment for a happy and healthy dog. What this means for your pet is that they will be cared for by someone who is not only knowledgeable and loving. I understand what it takes to earn a dog's trust, and I'm committed to ensuring your dog's wellbeing while you're away. Having used Rover as a client in the past, I also know how much clear communication and frequent updates matter. You can expect plenty of photos so you can see your best friend is having a great time! I'm always happy to schedule a quick "meet and greet" beforehand to ensure we're a perfect fit. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I work from home and able to provide adequate breaks and feed twice per day. Sometimes I have gigs outside of the home on weekends but that's a few hours and you would know in advance. I have a friendly dog who's pretty smedium sized and a large parrot in the home. So the perfect dog stay would mean that your dog is okay with other animals. Your dog would sleep on pet bed in the room with everyone or where it feels comfortable, there's flexibility there but not on my bed or furniture. I do have a large kennel for those that prefer. I feed twice per day. Potty breaks in the back yard which is largely fenced, there's a wooded area behind us. I always go out with visiting dogs just to be sure they don't do too much exploring.

“Robert and Taylor were great and accommodated a last minute stay around the holidays. We got picture updates and our boy seemed like he had a great time. Highly recommend!!”

Lauren K.
“Lauren is such a pet lover. When she visits my cats love to snuggle up on her, they even sleep with her at night (which is a rare honor from them) and she always respects both their personal boundaries and any rules I’ve set regarding food/treats. She loves animals of all kinds and is always ensuring she does her research if it’s an animal she’s not experienced before. She will love on your pets as if they were her own (and if they could write their own testimonials I’m sure they’d give her 5 stars) and I can’t think of anyone I’d trust more with my pets.”

I’m funny about people in my house, but I trust her 1000%. She’s always been good about updates and takes the time to make sure they get what they need. One of my dogs is special needs and has to be fed on a particular time frame, and she has never missed it.”
