“Jacki was great! I needed some help walking our puppy while my husband was out of town and she was super responsive, prompt and professional. Emmy loved her walks and Jacki took great care of her. Highly recommend!”

About: Ive owned dogs my entire life up until my last dog passed, since then I have decided to take care of dogs when people need someone they can trust. I love all dogs and have experience with senior dogs as well as dogs who have seizures and/or have to take medication. I work in the healthcare field, I only work 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) I do work 12-14 hour shifts but if I have enough time I can request to leave early to be able to go home on breaks to care for your babies. I work from 4am- around 3pm, I am available to drop in to check on your pet after work and/or take your pet on a walk and give them some exercise. I do not offer in home sitting due to having two cats of my own, I do not want the chance of any animal getting stressed out. I like to come by before you leave to get a layout of everything and learn your pets routine so that they can still have a sense of normalcy while you are gone.
“Kat is amazing with my little guy! He warmed right up to her which is no small feat with my anxious little dude! She is always mindful of the temp outside and does what is best for my pup! She is an awesome communicator and is really on top of things. She is also very flexible and I have really appreciated this about her!!!! I dont trust just anyone with my fur baby but I feel comfortable with her 100%!”

My schedule will open up more once school is out for the summer! I have a big fenced in yard with a house full of pets! Any pets looking to stay with me will need to be ANIMAL FRIENDLY! I have a home with dogs, cats, small animals and reptiles. The dogs and cats are the only free roaming pets so as long as your pet is dog and cat friendly then that’s ok! I also have crates if your pet would need to be kenneled for any reason!

About: I worked in a vet clinic for two years, and know how to give pets medication and injections. I have been taking care of friend and family pets for years. Many neighbors have hired me to care for their pets while they are on vacation or during emergencies. I am always fitting pet sittings in my schedule, I enjoy working with pets and am more than happy to do overnight visits, and weekends too! I am more than capable of crating your pet if you prefer. I will watch toys carefully to prevent ingestion. I am more than happy to take pictures during visits, to help ease any worry about your babies.
About: **NOTE: If you are outside of my normal service preferences, please still request, particularly if you have a pet that has medical or behavioral concerns. I am extremely comfortable with unique behavioral/medical needs and I find great joy in working with these animals. I have always loved animals. This was amplified when I completed an internship at an exotic animal sanctuary on their animal care team. After this, I trained as a veterinary technician at a senior dog sanctuary specializing in hospice care. When I moved to KC, I worked as a vet tech under a renowned veterinary orthopedic surgeon. I was the lead vet tech for a high-volume clinic where I was the lead surgery and dental tech, emergency tech, and euthanasia tech, and I oversaw the vet tech schedule and controlled substance logs. I am comfortable administering injections (insulin, for example), administering subcutaneous fluids, delivering triage care in an emergency with your animal, and monitoring heart rates, respiratory rates, and capillary refill times. On a personal level, I am the proud mom of a one-eyed French Bulldog, a senior Chihuahua, a ball python, a milk snake, and an eyelash-crested gecko. In the past, I have been a parent to hamsters, rats, a guinea pig, a corn snake, and multiple fish species. I currently work as a Behavioral Interventionist for a district that participates in four-day weeks. For the summer, I have open availability. The school year will begin again 8/11/25 for me which will leave me with full availability for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays and availability from 5 am to 8 am and after 5 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays until the end of May, holiday breaks being the exception. When you request a time for a visit, I will care for your pets within one hour before or one hour after the requested time unless there is a special circumstance such as medication administration needed at exact times. For example, if you request a drop-in visit at 12pm, the visit may start anywhere from 11am to 1pm in order to accommodate unexpected situations where I need to spend more time with an animal. An animal's safety is my highest priority. I am trained in safe dog introductions and reading animal body language. Additionally, I am trained to safely intervene if an interaction between animals becomes aggressive to minimize injury to the animals and myself. I am well versed in identifying potential emergency medical situations and will respond quickly to reduce stress on your beloved pet. I would like to know immediately if something is wrong with one of my babies, and it is essential to show you the same respect.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I’ve been dog sitting consistently for one family for 7 years, I just moved to Kansas City and I’m looking to meet some new pet friends and learn more care and responsibility with pets. I co-parented my 11 year old Sheltie for a long time until her passing in March. I enjoy all dog breeds and I have a lot of experience with dogs from Maltipoos to Berneses. I am currently waiting for a full time position at my job, but I’m hoping to fit dog care into my schedule to add a little more variety into life. I live on the second floor of my apartment building, but it’s only 16 steps so it’s not a long tread. I’m able to carry the dog if it needs help or is afraid of the stairs. We also have a small fenced patio for some fresh air as well as a dog park in my complex.

I know every animal is unique and assure patience and a willingness to take the time to get to know your pets! I have a flexible schedule. My pups eat twice daily, but we can incorporate whatever feeding style your fur baby needs. Most of my life revolves around my pups so that means it will around your animals as well! I know it takes a couple days for us and animals to learn each other and will be understanding of that while meeting your fur baby where and how they need. Please just let me know what your pets needs to be cared for and to feel loved and we will go from there!
About: I have a stay at home job where my hours are very flexible. I do have visits with clients that can last 1-3 hours but if I know that I’m caring for your dog I will do my very best to not schedule two visits in a day! I will spend lots of quality time with your dog and make sure it is getting more than enough love and care that it needs! I work in social work, so I usually have 2-3 visits per week that last between 1-3 hours. Other than that, and the other activities I spend my time doing, I will give your dog so much love when I am home! I am rarely ever gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I am available any day of the week on a normal week. I live at an apartment complex, but we are only on the second floor, have a good amount of space, and our complex even has a dog park!
“Arrica is amazing! Hands down one of the best walkers we’ve had. She’s professional, flexible, highly responsive, thorough and patient! She does great with my dog Mello, who warmed up to her quickly. He loves seeing her come through the door and we could not ask for better!”

About: I’m a fur mama of 4 beautiful babies! I’ve had a dog/pets since I was a toddler. I love all animals. They’re honest, loyal and good, thru and thru. I was a professional dog bather at my part time job after my long career at Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. All animals love me, some take a second to warm up, but I love earning their trust. My main girl that passed last June I wear in an urn necklace right next to the charm with my own mother’s ashes. I have so many stickers on my truck of my babies and anything fur baby related. One says, abuse an animal, go to jail. I couldn’t agree more, unless there’s a harsher punishment available, then I choose that. Animals are my life. Anything I can do for any animal in need, I’m doing it. And doing it with love. With that, I give you my word. Pet care IS my life. At work. Definitely at home with our 5 fur babies, and if I see a baby in need, I jump at the chance to help. Pet care is an honor and it brings me so much happiness and joy in my heart. Honestly, I wait on them hand and foot, and I love it. Any need, any time, I’m on it! And nothing could make me happier. I live to love and care for them. And I do it well. It’s my gift.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my comprehensive experience in pet care, which includes specialized skills like training puppies and providing attentive care for senior pets. I am adept at administering medications, ensuring your pets' health needs are met, and I have a keen eye for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. My passion for animals and dedication to their well-being means your pets will receive the highest level of care and love. I’m currently working part-time for doordash and instacart! But would love to watch your furry friends as it doesn’t seem like a job for me! I’ll be available for in-home stays M-F. And most weekends! Currently, I will only be available for watching and attending your pet in your home! I am hoping to soon have services available at my own house. I will tend to your pets every need and provide them with the best care possible :)
About: Hi! I’m Reilly – a lifelong animal lover with hands-on professional experience. From feeding and administering medication to playtime, walks, and making nervous pups feel safe, I’ve handled it all in a fast-paced, high-responsibility setting. I’m home from college for the summer and have a flexible schedule to help with walks, drop ins, or overnight care. Whether your pet is shy, energetic, or somewhere in between, I’ll give them the same patience, love, and attention I give to the pups I care for at work and my own at home.
