About: Besides caring for my own dog for nearly 13 years, including nearly a year of hospice care, I also have experience volunteering at animal sanctuaries and cat-sitting for roommates and neighbors. I consider companion animals to be family members, and the care I provide reflects that belief. I work from home, and my schedule is flexible, so I’m easily able to accommodate anything an animal in my care needs, any time of day. Because I work remotely, I’m able to keep your dog or cat company all day while house-sitting. I'll stay at your home so your pets can keep their normal routine, environment, and yard. For drop-ins and walks, my flexible schedule allows me to stop by multiple times for walks, meals, potty breaks, playtime, or just hanging out. In addition to the Rover Guarantee, I'm also privately insured as a pet-sitter through PCI, so your pets are well-covered.

About: I am a regular volunteer at the YOLO animal shelter and Happy Tails Cat Sanctuary. At home I take care of all of my exotic pets, I own a parakeet, cockatiel, bearded dragon, rat, and two fish tanks. I love my at home zoo and taking care of everybody, I'd love to share that joy with YOU! I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule to accommodate all YOUR pet's needs! Weekdays are very flexible where-as weekends need a couple days notice. I follow directions diligently and confidently. About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a little girl. Big, small, fluffy, energetic, you name it, i’ve done it. My family is full of animal lovers and I want to spread that love to other people’s animals as well. I have had every variaron of dog you can think of and they’re always my best friend. I do love cats as well, especially if they’re cuddly! My parents gave me responsibility of walking, feeding and bathing our dogs ever since I was 10-11 years old and I’ve loved doing it ever since. I currently work part time and am a student at UCDavis! I am graduating this year so I will have pretty open availability in the summer. My most free days are Wednesday-Thursday, with some availability on the weekends. I currently have a German Shepherd and she is an amazing dog. I try to take her on a a walk at least once a day and save time to play with her in our yard when I get home. When it comes to clients home's, I am a very quick learner and comfortable with doing what care is needed requested by the owners for each pet.

About: I have cared for a wide range of animals since my childhood on a small family farm. I have bottle fed kittens to goats, trained puppies to ducks, and cared for little piglets to senior dogs. I also have some experience with medical procedures with dogs and cats, to farm animals. Experience with cats with diabetes, pets with blindness, deafness, and immobility. I enjoy caring for animals of all shapes and sizes and good care and enrichment is always my top priority! I like to check on my animals and animals I’m caring for a minimum of 3 times a day for 30 minutes each. With cats I like to spend time playing, setting up enrichment activities, and learning how they are most comfortable. With dogs I like to do a minimum of 3 walks a day followed by some of their favorite activities. I believe pets should be checked on morning, afternoon and evening at minimum. I like to follow the routine of the pets parents to a T so as to not disturb the pets while their families are gone. I think having a routine is important for a pet especially when their people/family are gone.

About: I have 5years working experience with both large and small domestic/captive animals. This, along with my education at UCD, has helped me gain utmost confidence in reading an animal’s body language and behaving in ways they can be comfortable with me. I am a big fan of enrichment, so I am all for anything you’re willing to try for your pet that can get their minds stimulated! I’m detail oriented and skilled at maintaining whatever level of energy your pet needs. I’m currently working full time at a farm animal sanctuary and have the flexibility to walk or drop in on your pup between 6a-11a and from 9p-overnight as needed I have a 1bed apartment and a friendly golden that is trained to be around reactive dogs. I love to visit nearby parks and green belts, so rest assured your pet will have the sniff of a lifetime!

My priority is keeping your pets comfortable and maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure they receive their meals on schedule, fresh water, regular potty breaks, walks, play and enrichment, and plenty of affection and companionship. I do leave the house periodically for my own errands, walks, or activities, but I make sure your pets receive dedicated one-on-one time throughout the day and aren’t simply left alone for long periods. About: I have a great deal of common sense which is really helpful. I have also been around many types of animals since childhood and I enjoy them. I have very flexible schedule and I'm an early riser. This makes me available more often to care for your pet/s. I also enjoy them a great deal I'm aware of my surroundings and I am considerate.
