“Jay and Nancy were wonderful! They were so kind and put us at ease leaving our two rescues with them. The dogs were happy and I'm sure had a wonderful time roaming the enclosed yard, seeing the lambs and chickens through the fence, and running around with Finn and Pacho!! Nancy sent pictures every day showing our "kids" having a fun vacation! We were very pleased, and would definitely recommend them! Sparky and Angel also came home with beautiful new reflective collars and leashes! Thanks to Jay and his "Trailhound" business! Very reasonable, and way better than their Walmart specials:)”

“James and Aimee have a really cute and practical set up and look to feel very comfortable with dogs. We left our two dogs with them over a weekend and felt assured that the dogs would be okay. James and Aimee offered updates throughout the weekend and helped us feel that everything was okay. Our dogs looked happy when we picked them up. “Mac has a great stay with Cerise and her family. Cerise sent pictures regularly so that we knew he was being well cared for while we enjoyed the Smoky Mountains area. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely have Mac stay with her again.”

“Absolutely amazing ! We came from Florida and wanted to explore Gatlinburg and grab dinner, Ann got back to me super quick and watched my Ellie for a few hours. Ellie is such a scared, shy dog and Ann was so patient with her and loving. I couldn’t thank you enough for letting me have a good time and feel good that my dog was in good hands. Even though we didn’t want to leave our pup at all, we had such peace with her being in Cassy’s care. They were quick to respond to any messages and were even helpful in answering questions about our visit to Dollywood! “We contacted Zach at the last minute for an urgent boarding request. He was immediately responsive and happy to help, we dropped the dogs off within an hour of contacting him. He took careful note of all the care instructions we gave him and was calm when we were frantic about our situation. He was flexible and was able to accommodate our need to adjust the pick up time. Our dogs were happy and calm when we picked them up. Our bigger dog loved playing with Zach’s dog while we were away, and as a picky eater we were pleased she ate both her meals while at Zach’s. Thank you so much Zach, our vacation savior!”

“At first I was little uneasy using this platform, however my worry was quickly erased after our virtual meet and greet as Shirley showed to be a very nice and caring person. Throughout Tucker's stay I was provided pictures and given updates on how he was doing. From the pictures I received it was apparent he was very relaxed and was being well taken. I truly appreciate how well taken care of Tucker was during his stay. I will recommend their service to everyone I know who has a pet and is going on vacation near them near them.”

“Amanda is Amazing, very sweet and caring. Amanda connected immediately with my furry baby Rosie. Rosie is a super energetic 6-months-old and I was quite hesitant about leaving her. From the minute I met Amanda, I felt confident that Rosie will be happy and well taken care of at Amanda's home. I received pics and videos frequently.
