“Ann was always available when I needed reassurance that Izzy was ok. First time ever boarding my puppy and she warmed up fast to Ann. Will definitely use her again!”

“I was traveling in the area and needed a place to leave my dog for a week. Cassy was great. She responds quickly to email making communication easy. She sent plenty of pictures showing me the space. The kids were an extra plus because they seem to love dogs and promised to give River lots of attention. The only down side is the back yard is very small so I'm not sure how much running River could get in each day. I would use Cassy again if I return to the area.”

“Cerise treated Max like family. Max seemed right at home with her family and looked happy in all the pictures she sent. Max has stomach issues usually at night so she tried a licking mat and Max seemed to like it so we bought one. If we come back to Gatlinburg we would definitely she if she is available to watch our baby.”

“Their family was very friendly and treated Max like he was theirs. The pictures they sent told us that Max felt right at home. Max really liked it there and that meant a lot to us. When we go back to Gatlinburg we will definitely leave Max with them. Ryan H. and family thank you so much for taking care of our baby.”

“Had to leave for vacation last minute! Telecia gave my dog a bath right before I picked him up , she also responded very quickly when I would check up on him. She kept me updated with pictures and videos! Definitely will use her services again !”
“I have boarded Charley with Viviana before, this is my second time. Charley seems very happy with their home and her surroundings. Love to receive all the pictures that Viviana sends while I’m away. I know Charley is safe with her.”

“Krystal was absolutely amazing! I had a cross-country move during which everything that could go wrong DID go wrong. Krystal was compassionate and flexible, and the one thing I didn’t have to worry about was whether Max was safe and well cared for. He is a city cat, so he gained a new appreciation for chicken watching, and her kiddos kept him snuggled and loved. They are a good distance from my new home, but I will make the trip for Krystal to keep him when I go out of town. She and her family were a true blessing when I needed help caring for Max. I will always be grateful.”

“Simply the best. We’ve taken our boys to Kristy several times now. They know when we’re getting close to her house and always so happy to walk right inside! She’s amazing! Thank you, Kristy!”

“Kathy kept my mini Aussie for 4 days while I was out of town and cared for him as if he were her own! He was happy and tuckered out when I picked him up....a huge relief for me!! She is a gem and I would use her exclusively for my sweet pup!!”

“Elizabeth has always been great and very accommodating! Her family has been a great place for us to leave our dog Lexi. We have left our dog there multiple times and will definitely again when we are back in the area.”

“Our dog had a fabulous time, made new friends (both dog and human) and was very well taken care of during her time there. We do not hesitate to recommend Nicole and Dexter to other pet parents!”

“Absolutely awesome with our guy. Very personable and polite. Took great care of our pup and was a great communicator. Couldn’t find a better person to care for your furry family member. Would absolutely use again! Thanks for being awesome Zach!!!”

“Bethany was great! Our dogs stayed with her for a week and you can tell they had a blast. Bethany is very knowledgable about dogs and very patient with them; you can tell by the way her dogs behave and interact with her and others. She was very open about having our dogs as part of her family and treating them like so. It is hard to leave our beloved four legged babies with anyone, but Bethany is someone to trust for sure. We would definitely call her again if we are in need of a sitter.”

“Had a great experience with Erin with my pup. She kept me informed of how my pup was doing throughout his stay with pictures and texts. He was super well cared for and have no problems using Erin again in the future.”

“Tracy has to be the best Rover sitter we have ever had!!! We were lucky to find Tracy as we needed next day pet sitting for our pup. She was quick in communication and gladly accepted our last minute request. Upon drop off she clarified on his routines and any special dietary needs. Throughout the stay, she sent sooo many cute pictures of our pup having the best time (tongue out is a great indicator)!!! She even checked in asking if it is unusual if he does not eat all his kibble during a meal. All around best dog lover and also the kindest human being. I would definitely entrust and recommend Tracy to anyone needing a Rover recommendation in the area!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
