“Quincy had a nice time with Donna. She slept in a large crated area and played in her fenced yard. It was a great spot to board our dog when we stayed in a rental house in the area that did not allow dogs.”

“Ann was so good to work with. I am a bit of an over protective fur baby mommy and get very scared to leave my pup. She was wonderful with pics and updates which set my mind at ease for the day/night my family went to Dollywood.”

“Cassy did a great job of Sadie while we took a 10 day adventure out west! She regularly communicated with us and sent pictures. Sadie came home tired, which is a sign that she had lots of fun! I will definitely use Cassy again!”

“Krystal was absolutely amazing! I had a cross-country move during which everything that could go wrong DID go wrong. Krystal was compassionate and flexible, and the one thing I didn’t have to worry about was whether Max was safe and well cared for. He is a city cat, so he gained a new appreciation for chicken watching, and her kiddos kept him snuggled and loved. They are a good distance from my new home, but I will make the trip for Krystal to keep him when I go out of town. She and her family were a true blessing when I needed help caring for Max. I will always be grateful.”

“Elizabeth has always been great and very accommodating! Her family has been a great place for us to leave our dog Lexi. We have left our dog there multiple times and will definitely again when we are back in the area.”

“Viviana & Brian are exceptionally qualified with caring for our dog, and their property is beautiful and so dog-friendly. I feel so comfortable in leaving our dog with them.”
“This was my first time using this service. I was a little nervous but Sydney made it so easy! She is wonderful. I would completely trust her with any of my animals. She was able to watch our puppy with very short notice. I definitely wish we lived closer because we felt very safe dropping our baby off to her!”

“We were incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention Ryan and family provided for Bailey. They went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being. We highly recommend them”

“Bethany took such good care of our sheepadoodle Bunny while we were in town for a vacation. This was my first time using Rover and am so glad I did. She sent photos and updates on Bunny and made me feel so comfortable and I knew she was well taken care of. You can tell Bethany loves animals. Highly recommend her.”

“Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic! She took great care of our Bella and provided daily photos and/or videos of her having the time of her life at “Camp Elizabeth”. We couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be using her in the future!”

“Francis was so happy at Erin’s home, he wasn’t ready to leave when I came to get him! Erin was quick to respond to all of my messages and made me feel like Francis was in great hands. I’m so happy to see him this way and I’ll definitely be using Erin again!”

“Kathy is truly amazing! My hound dog is not like other dogs and needs a lot of reassurance, love and space to feel space! Kathy provides just that environment. She responded to me promptly each time I check in on keepsake and made sure he was happy and well cared for! I can’t thank her or recommend her enough!”

“Briggs had an amazing time with Allyson and Tyler! They kept me updated throughout the days with texts and pictures. Will be using them again anytime I’m out of town.”

“Joseph was wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly. After the meet and greet, I knew Sioux would be in good hands. Joseph made sure to send pictures and videos everyday and Sioux was tuckered out when I picked her up. I'm glad that I found a great local sitter and will be reaching out to Joseph for future vacations!”

“Sully had another great stay with Jessica, her kids, and his new best buddy Tucker! We have definitely found our ‘go to’ care provider for our Little Man when we need to be away. Thank you Jessica and Fam”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pigeon Forge
Telecia was amazing! She had the best energy from the very first moment and immediately made us feel comfortable. She was responsible, wonderful with our dog, and kept us updated throughout the stay. We felt very confident leaving Panda with her. We will definitely book with Telecia again whenever we visit Pigeon Forge! 🐾🤍

Telecia was a match made in heaven. We were looking for a sitter for our gang of 3 and they loved her. Our oldest is a little iffy about new people and she rolled up in her yard like she’s known her for years! Our youngest is just a couple months old so we wanted someone who would give her the attention she requires. Not only was it my wife’s birthday but it was Telecia’s as well. She never hesitated to accept our booking or allow us to add an additional day when our flight was delayed. Stiletto, Bella and Willow thank you so much for taking care of them. Hope you have an amazing birthday.

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
