“Storm was very delightful to work with. Our Bella has attitude with many people, but she was very accepting of Storm from the start. It is comforting to know we can enjoy our vacations and have a responsible caring care taker for our house and furbabies.”

“I’m a nervous mama, especially when it comes to my senior dog. Cara was kind and patient with my pups and sent lots of pictures while I was enjoying Dollywood with my family. 100% recommend her services! 💜”
“Kim and her daughter took excellent care of our sweet cat named Alice. They visited her daily, rain or shine. Alice is very social and loves attention. They gave her plenty of petting, freshen her bowls of water, refilled dry food, gave wet food, and treats. They also scooped her litter box daily. Alice was happy to have their attention and she was very well cared for during our 4 night absence. I highly recommend Kim as a pet sitter.”

“Leslie agreed to meet the dogs before her first visit and is very understanding of their different needs. She gave them more time to play than I expected and was patient with my fearful dog. Thank you!”

“Ami was great with our 2 cats. She sent us pictures & videos so I could see how much they trusted & loved her. She played with them & would pet them which they love. The litter boxes were cleaned & they were fed on a daily basis. Highly recommend her & I will definitely reach out to her again. Thank you Ami for taking good care of our fur babies.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years now, including my families pets and my friend’s pets including dogs, cats, and even goats. Currently I take care of my German Shepherd dog at home, feeding in the morning and night time, letting him outside, and playing with him. I take care of pets gently, when playing with them if they are young and energetic i will play a lot more with them than older pets.
“We found Jen only the day before we needed someone to check on our pup. She was very quick to respond and communicated well with us. She confirmed she could get to our rental cabin before committing. She sent pictures of the time she spent with him. Highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was little and I have volunteered with many animal shelters with walking dogs, feeding, and grooming for example. I do work full time so I can take your pet for walks on weekends and holidays from 6 am to 2 pm mostly on Saturdays and Sundays I will take your pet for potty breaks, walks, or just to stop in and love on them. If you have a cat I can always scoop the litter box or refill water
“She was so great to our 3mo pup who had to come on vacation because she’s still too young for boarding. She was easy to communicate with, came to our cabin, and was very kind to our babe.”

About: I am older. I have lots of life experience with my furbabies and know how important they are. I want to love your babies just like you do! I would like to do this during the weekend as I work full time during the week. Some days during the week may be adjusted, but not often. We live on 10 acres and way off the road so they love roaming the countryside with us! It is a join to watch them play
About: We have had all types of pets growing up that I have cared for. I have been dog sitting for years for family and family friends as well. I am a college student with a flexible online schedule!! I am available to sleep over if your pet needs overnight company as well. Message me and I can work around whatever your pet needs. Feel free to check out the pictures I have up on my profile of the animals I have taken care of:) I feed and give water, clean up after as needed, go for walks and play. I love taking them to the dog park as well and have a safe vehicle if that is an option you are willing to trust me with.

“Haley took such good care of my babies. She even came over before to meet them with me there & I felt 100% safe leaving them in her care. Will definitely reach back out in the future!! Thank you Haley!! ?”

“Janine was wonderful and super flexible to offer drop-in visits to our pups in our AirB&B while our family had a day exploring non dog-friendly trails. She sent plenty of pics and notes and the dogs were much happier when we returned.”

About: I grew up with yorkies and love spending time with my families black lab! I’ve done a great job at walking, feeding and bathing these pups, and I hope to make them feel loved and safe. I have a full-time job, and want to extend my services since I enjoy taking walks/hikes in the national park and surround areas after work and on weekends. I am great with instructions and being quick to take action and stay on top of things. I believe in leaving places better than you found them, and being extremely attentive and caring.
About: I love all animals.Ive had pets my whole life.I like all kinds of pets from dogs, cats, reptiles, farm animals etc. I can come walk, play, cuddle, or just potty them. I will love them like they are my own as I see them as an equal and part of the family. I am transitioning from child care as a career to pet care and house cleaning.i would love to do this an a regular bases.hopefully find regular clients but one time is also okay with me. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Pigeon Forge. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
