“Like so many, my dog is my bestest bud and I’m very picky about who I trust to watch him, even at home. We were visiting Dollywood from Florida and knew Jaxson would need a walk while we were at the park… I was very nervous to use Rover for the first time, especially in an unfamiliar area and staying in a hotel. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I have owned two but my family now takes care of them since i've been in college. I often walk and feed my roommate’s dog and I have been dog sitting for my neighbors for 5 years! I am currently unemployed and only take one in person class a day. I have plenty of free time to hang out with your pets! I live in an apartment complex but it is gated and has a play area for dogs. I will keep your dogs attended at all possible times and do not mind crating if necessary.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
