About: I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes and will be sure to make your pup feel at home! I work from home and can give lots of attention. I also have a large open yard for play, enclosed kennel space as well, and a small dog for added socialization. I work from home and my own dog stays with me throughout the day. I do regular bathroom breaks, have access to water, and when the weather is nice get out for frequent walks. I have a shaded outdoor kennel should the weather be nice enough for my dog to have some extra outdoor time or use the screened in porch. Lots of options for your pup to get all they need. Your pet will follow the same schedule as my pup based on the time your pet is with me. Morning bathroom break, feeding (if applicable), time with me while I work, regular bathroom breaks during the day, end of work day feeding (if applicable), bathroom break before bedtime, and crated overnight. During nice weather I like to get in 2-3 walks; morning, lunch, and evening. This schedule can be modified based on your pets needs.

About: I grew up in a cat household and became a dog mom as soon as I left home. I absolutely love all of the cats and dogs I’ve been fortunate enough to meet in this life. I raised my pup, Grumble, from 3 weeks old until she left this world at 11 years old. I am very familiar with the range of needs a dog will have throughout life, from teething to play to mobility assistance. I'm fully available in the winter as my regular job (gardening) is seasonal and won't be picking up again until later in the spring time. I can be flexible to your pets needs and more than happy to follow any directions you provide me with for their optimal care and contentment.

I will do my best to provide competent care for your pet. I am currently retired from the Columbia County jail, after completing 23 years. I am a Navy veteran. My wife and I have twin boys who are all grown up and out of the house. As a result of this I have become a little bored. I would appreciate your consideration when deciding on who to entrust the care of your pet while you are away. You will be able to be rest assured that they are being taken care of. I am usually available all the time except for the occasional vacation I might go on. Weekends are no problem either. I am pretty much available year round. I like to hang out with my dog all day. Adding more animals to the mix is no problem. I like taking walks with them and I also have a fenced yard.
