“We are new to the state, and were searching for a reputable dog sitter. Within the first 15 minutes of meeting Shell, I knew our pups would be in good hands. Shell is knowledgable, always striving to learn more about care of dogs, full of useful info that she shares openly and often. She is cognizant of the need to keep small pups and large in different areas when necessary. She's working on my youngest Chihuahua to help socialize her--as she's very shy and untrusting. Put aside her long history of caring for dogs, she's just a good human being, and I enjoy her company when I stop by. After a couple of times of daycare for my pups, I am confident about leaving my pups for a longer peiod of time. A vacation with my husband is beginning to look possible! :)”

“I was visiting my son in Camas,WA and needed daycare so we could spend time at Lake Merwin. I looked on Rover for daycare for my Goldendoodle and found Dana and Mark. They were very friendly, warm and welcoming. You can tell they love dogs. They have a beautiful, dog friendly backyard and even had a doggie pool! I loved the photos and videos they sent throughout the day. My dog was having so much fun, I wasn’t sure if he’d want to come back to the Airbnb with me. Finally, they were very accommodating when we picked up our dog later than expected! Dana and Mark are exceptional! He loves to play with other dogs and is very gentle. Fenced in back yard. Always with supervision. I am a stay at home dog mom so your dog will never be alone or in a kennel. I live in a small gated community directly across from our fenced-in private dog park, so I can assure you that your pets will be safe in my care. I am capable of following any instructions given for care in your own home such as walking, feeding, playing, administering medicine, you name it! I have a pet hammock installed in the back seat of my car that I can buckle your pets harness into for safe transport as well :+) My policy is to always keep dogs leashed when not in a secure, fenced environment. I simply don't trust a dog's recall unless they are my own and I've personally trained them. If I observe anything concerning with a pet, I'll reach out to the owner right away to ensure it's not a serious issue. I know how important it is to be fully informed about my own pets, so I can provide immediate instructions and avoid unpleasant surprises later on
