Milo had a nice and safe time with Douglas! Douglas is quite knowledgeable about dogs and can cater well to each individual dog's needs. He also makes sure to send daily updates with pics. Milo has some health conditions (outdoor allergies and a joint issue) that made me nervous to board him but Douglas kept a close eye on Milo and respected/followed my care instructions for Milo. I would absolutely recommend Douglas and would board Milo with him again!
Michelle was very warm and welcoming when we brought our little dog, Muffin! She made sure to make us feel comfortable with her space. Her communication was also excellent when setting up the boarding. I received many photos and updates about how things were during the stay too. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to anyone who would need someone to look after their pup!
Had a really good experience with Richelle. She was super flexible with timing and easy to work with, which made everything smooth. Nori came home tired and happy, so I know he was well taken care of and got plenty of attention. I’d definitely book with Richelle again and recommend her to others.
Tanya is very attentive and caring. My dog is very nervous around rain and doesn't like water. When I arrived to drop off my pup at Tanya's, it was raining. My dog did not want to get out of the car. Tanya was patient as I tried to pry my dog out, but he would not budge. Tanya was able to gently coax him out. During my dog's stay with Tanya, she kept me updated and shared photos. I could tell my dog was very comfortable. When I went to pick him up, he was so relaxed. He didn't want to leave! I could tell Tanya gave him lots of attention and care during his stay.
Bailey was fantastic and super loving and caring to my Milo. She was extremely communicative, friendly and routinely went the extra mile. She has a wonderful perception of how my dog was feeling and attended to any need of his. Exactly what you want in a dog babysitter
