“MacKenzie was fantastic! We had a family member cancel with short notice for watching out 2 dogs and 3 cats for a week while we were going on vacation. I quickly hopped on Rover to see who was near us, and decided to message MacKenzie based on other reviews that had been left. She was quickly able to come over and meet our gang to make sure it would be a fit. After that initial meeting, my husband and I both felt very comfortable and confident with her coming to stay and take care of things while we were gone. The day we were supposed to leave, we ran into some issues but MacKenzie was flexible and fast to communicate. She was very punctual and sent brief updates/questions throughout the week (she has our preference on communication and we had told her we didn't need regular check ins or updates). When we got home, we could tell our dogs and cats had missed us, but it was also clear that they had been well taken care of. Overall, if and when I may need another house & pet sitter, I wouldn't hesitate to reach back out to MacKenzie and I won't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for help.”

I have been caring for pets ever since I was a toddler. Caring for a pet in my household has always been my responsibility and I’ve done so very well, although I currently do not own a pet at the moment it just makes me more passionate to care for others. About: I have taken care of animals since I was 7 years old and professionally since I was 18 years old. I love ALL animals. I have experience with the following animals: Bearded Dragons, Cats, Dogs, Ferrets, Rabbits, Fish, Hamsters, and Birds. I know how to administer shots and give medications orally to Cats, Dogs, and Ferrets. I believe that pets aren't pets - they are family. I live in a house with my husband, 4 month old baby, and 2 kitties. I work a 9-5 full time job but can take breaks to help with walks, potty breaks, and feedings. I have a full-time job however, I can take breaks throughout the day to attend to your animal's needs (walks, potty breaks, food, etc.). I have full availability on the weekends. I have 2 cats who get along with other animals. They roam around the house and tend to do their own thing. Staying in client homes, I will only use items/rooms that I am told can be used. I ALWAYS clean up after myself and will do light housework if asked/needed.

About: I’ve always had multiple dogs my entire 28 years of life! As the youngest of 3, it was always up to me to walk, feed, and train the dogs. I currently have a 5 year old pit/pointer mix and a dachshund mix under a year old! We love going for walks at the river or visiting the dog park in Chester! My wife and I also have 2 cats, meaning our dogs are very active friendly! We love all animals, shape and sizes! We reside in Colonial Heights and have a relatively decent sized fenced in back yard! Our cats are spoiled and have a dedicated room where they can come and go as they please, no dogs allowed! We also have a spare room to accommodate any dogs that may need to be separate for any reasons. Safety is very important to me! In my car I have multiple doggy seatbelts and harnesses dedicated for riding. I look forward to showing your dog or cat to the Daisey Does It way! I truly care for anyone’s pets as my own. I currently work part time while attending part time classes at Brightpoint Community College. I’m home except for a few early mornings, so my availability is pretty open. I can walk dogs or do home visits throughout the day or night. I can also board a dog(s) on most nights throughout the week. I have a relatively large fenced in yard with lots of doggy toys! My wife and I have 2 dogs that love meeting new friends to play with! We also have two cats, they have always been around dogs. We treat all animals as our own. We believe animals are better than people, haha! Our pets are our children, they are allowed on the furniture, and sleep with us as well. We can crate your animal if needed and have a spare room if you’d like your animal separated for any reasons. Our dogs are trained for off leash hikes, but we do walk them around the neighborhood as well. I’d love to take your fur baby to the local river trails even to run off leash in my backyard!

About: I've had pets my whole life from the biggest of dogs to cutest of cats. I'm a very active mom, and fitness lover that could always use a furry partner. 🐕‍🦺🐈 I'm currently working mornings 7am-3pm, so anytime before 6 am or after 4pm drop off works best for me. I have a back yard as well as 1 lovely cat that usually doesnt mind other cats or dogs being around. My home is clean warm and inviting to all animals. Hooray! As a mom pet care fits into my schedule perfectly. My kids have a lot of fun with all animals that come to our home. I currently moved into a smaller place but my 6 year old son and a young wild & free 3 year old son, who can't get enough of the running he gets to do during my sits.

About: I've taken care of dogs and had dogs all through life. Have fostered for Richmond ruff house. I enjoy taking care of animals and walk a lot so your pet will get plenty of exercise. I have a large fenced in backyard so your pooch can play freely and have potty breaks any time they need one. I work in office during the week and have the ability for your pets to be let out during the day and during the weekend am around full time for your pets. I have a fenced in yard, a daughter who loves taking care of animals and it is a smoke free home. I am happy to exercise and walk your pets regularly and maintain any feeding schedule you prefer. I currently work in office during the week and have a hybrid schedule at times. But my teenager is there after school to help and let pets out. I have a large yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. I have dog bowls and a large dog crate on site so less for you to pack.
