About: I had a dog as a child. I have had dogs for over 35 years. They are great company and a great addition to any family. I am retired. My time would be totally devoted to spending time with your pet(s). I look forward to giving you the comfort that your pets are well-cared for while you are not home. My pets at home are pretty spoiled. They are not crated and we play inside and outside. Whatever the owners require is what I will do. Unfortunately, my most recent dog died of cancer. I miss her; but look forward to taking good care of other people’s pets.

About: Dogs are family, and that is how I treat every visit. I have spent 12 years caring for my family dog and now my own, along with regular walks, drop-ins, and overnight care for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family. I am comfortable with dogs of every size. Millie, the Bernese Mountain Dog in my photos, is my boyfriend's dog and lives at his house, but I walk and care for her often. At over 100 pounds, so I can handle larger dogs who may pull on walls. I am experienced with administering oral medications, managing leash-reactive dogs on walks, and handling standard crate and feeding routines. I keep detailed notes on each pet's needs and quirks, and I always have your vet's information on hand in case of an emergency. You will never have to wonder how your dog is doing, because I am happy to send updates throughout a visit. I am available for early morning visits and again toward the end of the workday and into the evening, which suits pet parents who need care before or after their own workday. Midday visits may be possible with advance notice. I have some weekend availability as well; just message me and we will coordinate. Safety Your pet's safety comes first. Dogs stay leashed and harnessed any time we are outside, including in shared hallways, elevators, and lobbies, since neighbors and other dogs can appear around a corner without warning. I check the weather before every walk and adjust: short routes and shaded paths in the heat, and less time outside in the cold. Before the first visit, I make sure your vet's information, any medications, and other specifics are written down or saved in the Rover app for easy reference. We can go over detailed instructions at the meet and greet or by message beforehand. If anything seems wrong, you will hear from me immediately. Trust I work full time in HR, so confidentiality and the careful handling of sensitive information are things I take seriously. I treat your keys, door codes, and home with that same standard of care. Keys are never labeled with an address or unit number, and they are stored securely in my home when not in use. You will receive photos and an update with every visit. I never bring anyone along, and I never share photos of your pet publicly without asking first. If my plans change, you will hear about it early rather than at the last minute. Environment In your home, I stick to the areas you tell me to use and leave everything as I found it, including lights, doors, and the thermostat. I also pick up after your pet and tidy anything we have used before I leave.

About: I grew up with 2 dogs in my family and helped take care of them. I also took care of, and played with, my friend’s dogs. I love dogs and enjoy caring for them. I am looking to make extra money. I get along with dogs very easily and love meeting new ones. I am available any time, both weekdays and weekends. I live in an apartment complex with one flight of stairs. The most important thing I do for pets is to follow their routine. I like to spend time playing with the animals, but also making sure they are getting the walks they are used to and meals at their regular time. I prefer caring for pets in their own home, so they are in familiar surroundings. I am an athletic trainer. I mostly work nights from 3-8 and sometimes on weekends. I live with my boyfriends and he works morning and is willing to help take care of animals! I live in an apartment complex with one flight of stairs. They are carpet and I am willing to pick animals up to help them if they have a tough time with stairs.

Because I work from home and manage my own schedule, I’m able to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, companionship, and check-ins throughout the day instead of pets being left alone for long periods. About: Hi! I grew up with cats since I was a baby. I have experience from kitten to older cats. I also have experience with dogs. I have watched a family member’s dog when needed. I have experience with puppy to older dogs. Hi, I am currently working at a school in Dresher. I’m available during the week starting around 7pm. And, I’m available all day on the weekends! About: I have had dogs my whole life. As a teen I worked in a kennel and ran a kids obedience class. In my 20s and 30s, I fostered for a bully breed rescue. I've had everything from nine week old puppies to 13 year old dog. So the size of the age of the dog has never really made much of a difference. I'm pretty familiar with most tools for walking and training and if I'm not, I'm confident telling you so ,along with my ability it learn proper technique. I believe patience is key with any animal. I've had deaf dogs, dogs that need to be carried up and downstairs, the crazy dog that runs around and eat your socks. I believe staying calm and patient is the key to dog getting comfortable with you. I have a super flexible schedule. I'm a stay at home mom of a teenager. I scheduled personal appointments pretty well in advance giving everyone time to make sure things are covered. I currently watch a couple dogs for friends and I've had no problem dropping in on short notice or having their dogs dropped off to me with short notice. My husband and child are really dog savvy so having one randomly need to crash for the night or come over for a few hours, never really phase them. Work is one of those things where in my house everyone just understands you gotta go. In my house, we put a baby gates an extra dog crate . There's always water bowls available. I do have a large fenced in area and plenty of toys available. Out on walks everybody stays on a leash. Give them plenty of space and time to sniff around, but making sure we get some exercise. Always good to carry water for the dogs and snacks. Some dogs need more space away from everybody else when they're walking and that's OK we'll find a different walking route change things up, I feel like you know your pet better than anyone else. You'll tell me what they need and how to love them best. I believe they're all individuals and have individual needs whether be in your house ,mine or walking down the street.
