About: I've been with and around pets since I was 14. I am a reliable resource to pet, play, feed, and walk neighbors' and friends animals for lots of time. I don't personally have any pets myself, but I often have dogs come stay with us and go visit other people's pets. I'm used to a dog running around and everyday responsibilities of having a pet/ I care for pets in my home or clients' home with the knowledge of what the dog is allowed and not allowed to do, what boundaries the home has, and the animal's safety at the front of my mind at all times.

About: I grew up with dogs and now currently have a 6 month old black lab/shepherd mix of my own. I dog sit quite frequently and have been doing so for a very long time. In Charleston, I have been house/dog sitting for two years and would be happy to give references if needed. I have experience with dogs of all ages with a variety of different health concerns, so if your dog takes any medication or has any special needs that’s not a problem at all! I also work from home and have free time sporadically throughout my day and would love to spend some quality time with your pup! My last dear pet passed away last summer and now I am free to care for yours in my home or yours. I have open availability during the day/evening for walk/play/feeding visits, and I have the availability to house your pet overnight in my home I live in a townhouse so while I don’t have a large yard or one that’s fenced in, there are plenty of areas in the neighborhood for dog-walking and tons of dog neighbors as well. Your potty-trained pet can have free reign of my home if that’s something you’d like. I will be happy to discuss and follow any specific needs you have for your pet!

About: I have had dogs since birth. My most recent girl passed away a year ago, but I am very experienced with both care and training. I am a nurse who started Rover due to being in between jobs because of my own ongoing medical care. Currently I am employed, but had too much fun on Rover! I work part time and am very flexible with care! Currently ONLY offering BOARDING TO CATS. I have a designated dog park at my apartment with people I trust who go there, usually no one or one other person is there. I enjoy engaging them to do the obstacle courses, but am fine playing fetch or chasing them around as well.

About: We are long time dog owners who have cared for pets of friends and neighbors for 20 years. We love to be outdoors in our large fenced in yard on more than half of an acre. Our Portuguese Water Dog, Joey, is a fun-loving friend who makes a great companion to any guests in our home. Our goal is to keep your dog safe and entertained while you are away. I was a software engineer for 25 years and now I am home everyday doing some part-time consulting work. My wife is a school teacher who loves to play with dogs when she is at home. We are available to watch your pet for daycare or boarding everyday! We have a large fenced in yard on more than half of an acre. We have lived in the same house for 20 years. When the weather cooperates we love to be outdoors! On rainy days we have plenty of space in the house. We have a variety of beds and crates for boarding and tons of safe, fun toys for daycare. We want every dog to have a great visit so that they want to come back in the future.

About: Hi! My name is Ashley, and I’m a proud mom to my 11-year-old daughter, as well as a devoted pet mom to a 12-year-old boxer mix, a playful 5-month-old French bulldog, and our 4-year-old house cat. I work as a special education paraprofessional and also have seven years of childcare experience, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and a caring nature. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I would love the opportunity to provide your furry family members with safe, loving, and dependable care! I am a special education paraprofessional during the school year and I took the summer off to spend time with my daughter and family this year. I absolutely love animals of all kinds so I figured this would be the best opportunity for me to keep me busy over the summer. Spending time with my pups always keeps my heart happy and I’m sure yours will too! I can not offer boarding but if I will walk or play with your pups anyway that is available at your home. Long walks or a game of fetch are always good options!

About: I had a dog as a child. I have had dogs for over 35 years. They are great company and a great addition to any family. I am retired. My time would be totally devoted to spending time with your pet(s). I look forward to giving you the comfort that your pets are well-cared for while you are not home. My pets at home are pretty spoiled. They are not crated and we play inside and outside. Whatever the owners require is what I will do. Unfortunately, my most recent dog died of cancer. I miss her; but look forward to taking good care of other people’s pets.

About: I used to have a Shih-tzu named Eris who was a very sweet girl with lots of energy. I currently look after a French Bulldog from time to time who I absolutely love. I like working with small dogs/lap dogs but I can work with bigger dogs too. I work from home, and I have plenty of time to play with your dog or take them on walks. I spend most of my day ar my desk, and I would welcome the extra encouragement to go outside and take the dog for a walk. I live with two other family members who love dogs, so your dog will never go without attention. If your dog is small, then I will happily let them sit on my bed while I work, and I'll reach over to give them pets whenever they want. Larger dogs are welcome to lie in a dog bed by my desk, or downstairs on the couch with me.
