“Ayshah is truly one of the best sitters I’ve found on rover. I believe she goes above and beyond for both you as a pet parent AND your dog. So impressive, highly highly recommend.”

“Lois did a great job of taking care of my dogs and house. The house was exactly as I left it, I was sent multiple updates a day on the dogs (along with photos), and they were flexible on leaving and return time.”

“Sean was absolutely wonderful. He played fetch with the boys, took them on walks, cuddled with the boys and KittyKat and checked in and sent pictures. When I arrived home the boys and KittyKat were excited to see me and very content and I could tell they were well cared for and enjoyed Sean. Lastly, Sean is a very respectful and thoughtful house guest and I enjoyed coming home to happy pups and cat and a clean home.”

“James took care of my two dogs while I was away for almost two weeks. I missed my dogs so much and James was always responsive and sent me pics so I knew they were well taken care of. Glad to have found James on rover.”

“Christian was absolutely one of the best sitters we’ve ever had! Our regular sitter was unavailable, and Christian may have just taken the top spot. He was incredibly responsive for a last-minute booking, and it was obvious from the start that he genuinely loves dogs. Our boys were very well cared for, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were with him. We would book with Christian again without hesitation!”

“First time booking this sitter and they were awesome! Lots of photo updates and they went above and beyond to leave the house ready for our return. We would gladly book Sydney again!”

“I was really nervous when my travel plans aligned with the winter storm, but Deondre and his wife were so prepared and attentive with Milo that I was able to quickly put those fears to rest. They stayed in my home and gave him constant company, kept up with his meds, and even left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Your pets and homes are in good hands with Deondre!”

“Chloe went above and beyond to meet our two dog’s very different needs. She sent lots of updates and loved on them as if they were her own. We will definitely use her again in the future. They loved her!”

“Arnoldo has watched my dog a few times now and is the perfect sitter for him. Because Ernie has separation anxiety, he requires house sitting while I run errands. Arnoldo is super communicative and shares updates throughout his stay, which always gives me peace of mind. Will definitely continue to book Arnoldo!”

“Madison is incredible! We loved having her watch our dog Abby while we were away on vacation. She is a true professional with communication twice a day and pictures every day. She followed our care instructions for Abby so well and also took great care of our house washing bedsheets and folding laundry as well as running a load of dishes and making the bed so we came home to a clean house after our long travels. We look forward to booking her again!”

“Kasianay was fantastic with my pup! She had great communication and kept my little guy doing things he loves like walks area the neighborhood. I look forward to Kasianay sitting again in the future as she made my often anxious pup so comfortable.”

“For this stay Jackie stayed at my house with both Mabel and Dottie. She left the house in good condition and kept me updated on my pups with pics and videos. She made sure to take them for a walk each day, which they loved! I didn’t have to worry about them on my trip and the dogs were so excited to see her!!”

“Dan was fantastic with our two pups! They were very happy and well taken care of when we got home and the house was spotless. Dan sent pictures and updates which was very appreciated. We will absolutely use Dan again!”

“Jenny was very communicative, and took great care of our pets! She sent lots of videos and photos of our cat and dog being playful and happy, and we came home to a clean house. Grateful!”

“Ashley was such a help when we had to change our Labor Day plans at the last minute! Our pups loved snuggling with her and she even managed medications and walking the two of them.”

“love love loved my experience with Leslie! she’s an excellent communicator and very open about her plans and how much she is at the house. she followed all of my instructions and left my home how she found it. i knew Remi was in excellent hands and was able to fully check out during my trip, which as a dog parent you know can be difficult. i selfishly didn’t even want to leave a review so that i could gatekeep her.”

College Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
I would certainly recommend Chloe! She’s been great with my guy, a French Mastiff, who can be uneasy with new people and she’s been incredible handling him. She communicates before, during, and after all her visits. If you need help with your pup, definitely reach out to Chloe!

Christian was an absolute five-star pet sitter for us. Honestly, I think our pets were disappointed when we came home. From the start, he made vacation feel completely stress-free. We got regular updates, photos, and could tell immediately that Zoe, Chaco, and Folly were genuinely comfortable around him (which is saying a lot, because our pets all have very strong opinions and zero shame about expressing them). He handled the chaos perfectly: * Zoe’s neighborhood surveillance duties * Chaco’s dramatic commentary on literally everything * Folly ruling the house like a tiny dictator The house was great, the pets were happy, and we never once had that “I should probably check in again…” anxiety that usually comes with traveling. Christian is reliable, communicative, easygoing, and clearly great with animals. We’d trust him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend — unless you need him during one of our future trips. 🙂

Mia is awesome! She was truly a lifesaver when I needed someone to watch my puppy. She made me feel at ease since we first met her and I knew my Eevie was in good hands. Mia provided me updates and pictures throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend Mia to anyone, she is truly great.

Lina was great!! She took care of my dog and cat while I went to the beach for a few days. It was so nice to be able to relax and not worry about my little ones. She communicated often and let me know that they were doing well and that everything was OK at the house. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future! It’s great to know that there are people like her out there! A+++++

I can’t say enough great things about Jess! From the moment she met Barry and Winnie, I knew my pups were in loving, capable hands. She went above and beyond—daily walks, cuddle sessions, photo updates, and so much thoughtful attention to all their quirky little habits. I came home to two happy, relaxed dogs and a spotless house. Jess gave me such peace of mind while I was away. Barry and Winnie clearly adored her (I’m pretty sure they were a little sad to see her go!). If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets and home like her own, Jess is the one. Truly exceptional! 🐾💛
Melody did wonderful with my large GSDs that can be a lot to handle in unfamiliar situations. They loved her. She gave them the best brushing that they have had recently. Only one of them really likes to be brushed. The other you have to bribe with treats, but she did both. I’d definitely book with her again.
